• Markus (9/5): - Schönes Ferienhaus für zwei Paare. Gute Lage. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Freundlicher Kontakt. Leichter Rauchergeruch. Für Nichtraucher eher unangenehm
• Thomas (10/5): Top Unterkunft! - Sehr gute und umfassende Ausstattung des Hauses. Zentrale Lage. Einfache und sehr nette Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Fußbodenheizung und großzügiges Bad im ersten Stock.Top! Betten etwas unglücklich für Personen mit Rückenproblemen. Hier wären etwas härtere Matratze wünschenswert. Aber das ist natürlich auch Geschmackssache. Ein weiterer Sessel im Wohnzimmer wäre vielleicht eine Überlegung wert.
• Susanne (9/5): Sehr schön und nur zu empfehlen - Sie war nett eingerichtet, alles super. Ein paar normale Dinge reparieren lassen und alles ist perfekt.
• Brigitte (9/5): - Sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus. Es liegt sehr zentral. Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. bis zum Römerpark und zur "Südsee" ist es ein kleiner Spaziergang. Der Dom und das Zentrum sind ca. 500 m von der Wohnung entfernt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus. nichts
• Michael (8/5): - Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.Es ist alles da was man braucht. Zu unserer Überraschung war es passend zur Adventzeit weihnachtlich geschmackvoll geschmückt. Ein Bäcker/Café direkt um die Ecke. Zum wunderschönen Zentrum und Weihnachtsmarkt sind es keine 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett. Wenn wir Xanten noch einmal besuchen möchten, kommen wir gerne wieder. Uns hat alles gefallen.

• Heidi (10/5): - Het is een heel ruime vakantiewoning. Alles was aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. De aanwezigheid van de twee badkamers is een pluspunt, alsook de ruime tuin. Er is zelfs een wasmachine wat soms wel handig is. Bij aankomst konden we gewoon binnen via een deurcode. De host was zeer vriendelijk. Bij vragen kon je onmiddellijk bij haar terecht. Een aanrader!

• Tanja (10/5): Sehr schönes Haus in Xanten - Ein ganz tolles Haus, super sauber und gut ausgestattet. Meine beiden 6jährigen Enkeltöchter und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Zum Kurpark und in die Stadt sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß.

• Maximilian (10/5): Ein gemütliches, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage – ideal für ein paar erholsame Tage in Xanten. - Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Besonders gefallen hat uns der wunderschöne und gepflegte Garten – ideal zum Entspannen nach einem Tag in Xanten. Die Ausstattung war komplett und durchdacht, es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Zudem war die Lage ruhig und dennoch gut erreichbar. -

• Ashley (10/5): Spacious, comfortable and perfect location - Amazing accommodation, it was very spacious and had everything we needed for a family trip. It was just a 5 minute walk from the historic town centre, and in the other direction just a few minute walk from some supermarkets. The host was very helpful and friendly.
