• Alan (10/5): Excellent and we would stay there again when making a long journey north. - Although a basic room, we were very impressed with the layout and cleanliness of the room and ensuite. The bed was comfortable and additional pillows were provided. There were two double entry card security locks to the building and the same card gave access to the room. The choice of dishes on the breakfast menu were excellent and individually cooked. It was in a nice area close to a canal which provided a very pleasant evening walk. We thought the standard was very high and better than a lot of more expensive hotels. Nothing

• Martin (9/5): Nice hotel attached to a good family friendly pub. - One of the hotels on my Nieces wedding list for guests to her wedding could stay as it was near the wedding venue We had a problem with access key to gain entry to the hotel and our room. It took 4 attempts to sort it out

• michael (10/5): Lock keeper - Reception and bar staff Soap dispensers in the bathroom were difficult to use as I have arthritis
• Karen (10/5): Overall a good stay - The location was brilliant, went for food in the restaurant quite a few times it was excellent, overall a very good place and really clean, nothing was to much for the staff in the hotel Letting people no the was a 100 pound to be put down before u could get your keys wasn’t impressed at all we use this hotel every time we come over to Worksop might have to think about going somewhere else next time

• Yukiko (7/5): Value of money - Spacious. Basic but clean. Quiet. Car park is just in front. Very close to supermarket and restaurant. They charge deposit and said it will refund/cancel once checked the room by cleaner. But it was on hold for at least 3days so I needed to call them. They cancelled straight after call but it bothered me.

• Karen (8/5): - Wheelchair user, and it was absolutely 💯% accessible all around the grounds and the room and in the bar restaurant too.. Unfortunately, we came a cropper in the restaurant, we met up with some friends, went to order drinks, not stocked up on drinks, yet had plenty of flavoured gins and vodkas, and then went to order our meals, and they didn't have any steaks, so next was fish, no fish, 3rd time lucky nope, so settled for something we liked but didnt really want, so that was a bit of a downer, but when all said and done, it was lovely and tasty... The staff were lovely..

• Sandra (10/5): Fantastic - Quiet, clean. Breakfast was outstanding and at a good price. Would recommend to anyone travelling that way. I would definitely stay again. Evening meal was very good. Very happy. I hope nothing changes. Nothing. No fault with this place.

• DAVID (8/5): Friendly staff very clean - I was there on business in a van. The night porter watching the car park at night made me feel safe leaving my van at night. Friendly staff, room was modern and clean
• Clive (9/5): Very nice but for the hassle finding it - Staff were excellent especially the young ladies at the reception and behind the bar Breakfast was ok but not the buffet style expected nd therefore less value from other Premier Inn The only big issue is the location using postcode etc on Sat Nav which takes you nowhere near to the hotel but to area half a mile away. I had to drive around for ages at night in area didn’t know but as hotel is hidden away from the road and post code given by you I kept missing it ! Only when I called and got help from your staff I was directed to it , even then with the lack of outside signage nearly missed it . Please !!! in some way put extra signage outside either on the road or by the roundabout. Save a lot of hassle. For this case it’s the only big negative I have. I had already been on the road for 3 hours.
