• Orsolya (8/5): - Room was clean, location was good. We leaved early for Lake Como and they let us take our breakfast away. We had some pastries, staff was super helpful and nice! The breakfast was a bit simple, we missed some vegetables. In our room only the top shower worked.
• Bartosz (4/5): - Sąsiadki w pokoju obok podobały mi się najbardziej i w sumie tylko to. Zdjęcia nie odzwierciedlają rzeczywistości. Śniadanie słabe. W łazience brudno i grzyb. Dodatkowo zapach niezbyt przyjemny. Łóżko niewygodne. Za tę cenę mogłoby być zdecydowanie lepiej.

• Rodríguez Quintero (9/5): - En general todo estaba muy bien, solo que el inmobiliario tipo sillas dentro de la habitación estaban muy arañadas y las paredes estaban sucísimas, con manchas negras como de zapatos o de haber refregado maletas o algo por la pared, pero por lo general el servicio de limpieza de baño, suelo, y cama fue muy bueno. Desayuno no fue abundante pero tenias más o menos de todo, tostadas, cruasanes, yogur y cereales. Los recepcionistas amables y la señora de la limpieza también. Llegamos antes de tiempo al Check in y nos guardaron las maletas hasta que llegamos por la tarde al hotel, cosa que es de agradecer.

• Tom (7/5): Convenient and quiet hotel in a relaxed neighbourhood. - The hotel is on a fairly quiet side street, around 5/6 minutes walk away from the M1 tube line (Turro stop) There's a small supermarket at the end of the road so you can buy water etc... from there and there is an empty fridge in the room. Our room had a balcony, meaning we could have the doors open and have fresh air. The bed was comfortable, shower fine etc... We visited during Design Week, so the price we paid was unbelievably high, but for most of the year this is a very affordable hotel. Breakfast isn't worth bothering with - 10 euros for a coffee and a crousant, but it is an opional extra and there are loads of cafes on the way to the Metro so no big deal. There are a flight of steps down to reception so if you have accessibility problems, it is not for you. Room needed a fresh coat of paint, but it was clean.

• Carlotta (8/5): - Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. 6 minuti a piedi dalla fermata Turro della M1. Colazione buona e con vasta scelta. Bella camera. I muri della camera era un po’ macchiati, forse valigie e sedie li hanno rovinati. L’acqua del bidet veniva un po’ piano.

• Richelle (1/5): Schimmlige Wände und und uneinsichtiger Hotelbesitzer - Abzocke und Gesundheitsrisiko - Der Aufenthalt war grauenhaft, wir haben eine Stunde nach Ankunft storniert. Das Bad war schimmlig, der Putz kam von den Wänden und der Boden war so dreckig, dass wir zuerst dachten es sei das Fliesenmuster. Als wir den Hotelbesitzer darauf ansprachen wurde er extrem unfreundlich und laut. Wir sollten doch einfach nicht in die dreckigen Ecken und fassen und wenn der Boden schmutzig sei, wäre das egal. Schließlich würden nur unsere Füße ihn berühren... Wir haben alles storniert und höflich nach einer Erstattung gefragt, da wir die Woche schon komplett bezahlt hatten. Er hat sich geweigert, nicht mal das Geld für das Frühstück, das wir ja kein einziges Mal in Anspruch nahmen, bekamen wir zurück. So etwas habe ich wirklich noch nie erlebt. Bilder sagen mehr als tausend Worte (und in echt sah es noch schlimmer aus). Wer es vermeiden kann, dem rate ich sehr von diesem Hotel ab. Der Besitzer war unfreundlich und wurde uns gegenüber laut, als wir ihn auf Schimmel in unserem Zimmer aufmerksam machten. Wir haben am ersten Tag storniert und nicht einen Cent erstattet bekommen.

• Manvel (10/5): - Great Stay and Delicious Breakfast! Had a wonderful stay at the hotel — the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of fresh and tasty options. Would definitely stay here again!

• Garcia Palomanes (8/5): Encantadora - La buena ubicación del hotel al centro ,el desayuno y el trato del personal . La cama cuando te movías hacía demasiado ruido, y la calefacción estaba demasiado alta siempre y no se podia apagar ni bajarla.

• Cecilia (7/5): Inizio del nuovo anno a Milano - Ottima posizione dell'hotel vicino alla metro rossa M1 turro. A 15/20 min sia dalla stazione centrale che dal centro con la metro. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Camera pulita ed ampia, letti abbastanza comodi, la mia metà un po' cigolava quando ci si muoveva. Doccia molto spaziosa e bella. Da cambiare il tubo del doccino che é rotto e da sistemare il portasciugamani che è pericoloso che è traballante e può cadere in testa a chi sta sotto sul water. Manca un portasapone sul lavandino. Colazione internazionale sia dolce che salata. Le brioches non sono freschissime, ma buone e il pane è solo confezionato. Però ci sta tutto. Ottima la torta di mele. Ci tornei sicuramente nel complesso è un buon hotel.

• James (5/5): It's cheaper than many places, so if you're not spending much time in the room it would be ok. - The whole feel was disappointing. Walls are REALLY THIN so you hear everybody in the surrounding rooms. Night staff were not very helpful.

The entrance is up a flight of stairs and then down a staircase to reach the reception and with a suitcase is not the most comfortable thing to access.

• Chantal (8/5): - La struttura in generale e accogliente e moderna, la camera é pulita e tenuta in buone condizioni. La colazione é buona e offre dei boni prodotti, lo staff a mio avviso potrebbe essere piú preparato però tutto sommato il mio soggiorno é andato bene. Quando sono entrata in camera e quando lo cambiata la carta igienica non era con il rotolo nuovo.

The staff was polite and check-in went smoothly. The room had everything needed for a short stay. The room was smaller than expected and the walls were a bit thin, so it could get noisy at times.

Walls are paper, you could hear everything They didn’t refill shampoo and soap until we ask knowing that we stayed 3 days No coffee or tea in the room which is surprising for the price you pay.
• Anatol (8/5): Ogólnie na krótkie pobyty polecam :) - Było czysto, wygodnie, lokalizacja blisko metra, dobre sniadanie, bez przepychu, ale było wszystko co potrzeba na sniadanko łącznie z cieplym croissantem i kawą :) Na którki pobyt polecam. Niestety przeszkadzał nam trochę hałas od rana (chyba z kuchni), stuk talerzy i sztućców, mimo, że byliśmy na pierwszym piętrze. Od 6.30 ciężko było spać.

• Elsie (5/5): Het was ok - *Klein schalig hotelletje , ze waren zeer vriendelijk. *Propere kamer, elke dag gepoetst & verse handoeken en opgemaakte bedden. *Ontbijt was niet slecht maar zeer zeer basic. *Metro om de hoek dus makelijk te bereiken En wij waren ook enkel maar in hotel voor slapen en ontbijt en dan weg van 9u00 tot 22u00 wij waren er voor city-trip. De fotos die we te zien kregen op booking zijn een pak mooier en moderner dan in het echt. Er is wel wat slijtage te bespeuren in de kamer we hadden ook niet de kamer zoals gedacht op de foto voor met ons 3. *Ontbijt zeer zeer basic.... we miste wel zo het één en ander.
