And no towels . Power control was loose For the price they are charging, they should provide better service

• CHANDRA SHEKHAR (1/5): LUXURY hotel? Not by a long shot! - Nothing really. Not well-maintained. Services were poor. Staff were not as responsive as they should have been. The property classics to be a LUXURY HOTEL. It’s not anywhere close to being that. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, nor would I ever re-visit it.

• Venkat (9/5): Very peaceful stay - Mayapuri Amira was excellent in terms of room size and facilities. The place was very quiet with the plaintive cry of peacocks breaking the silence. The turn off (into the property) could have been indicated in a better manner. Google maps directed us wrongly and we had to retrace our steps.

• Murali (6/5): Big rooms in quiet atmosphere with natural surroundings. - Room size is double the size of normal room of any hotel and quiet Atmosphere. Corridors are so large you can ride bicycles or play cricket. Room wall papers peeled off, furniture looks old and bathroom fittings are rusted.

Lobby, reception, stairs are spotless, staff are friendly Breakfast is of very poor quality and the menu is the same on all days. Hot water is not available in the early morning and provided only after frequent reminders

With a bit moderation in the price tag the visit would have been fabulous - spacious rooms beautiful furniture pool and ayurveda centre was also a good inclusion in this facility better sign boards from the Swamimalai side and the opposite direction would be helpful this would particularly be necessary since the adjacent road are narrow.

This is for breakfast After 10 mns someone came to guide us. Previous evening at 5 kept calling the dining for room service for tea at 5 pm. But nobody picked up the call

Without your own transport, you tend to get fleeced by the autos the hotel recommends. Nothing in the room worked. TV didn't work. Fridge was disconnected and had no power. The electric kettle was there but didn't seem to work.

• Amrys (2/5): Not satisfied - Nothing is to the satisfaction 1. Cleanliness is required. Floor is not so clean and the water is clogged in the bathroom, which takes 4-5 hours to drain. Very importantly, a second person cannot bath immediately after first one. 2. Not even kettle available at room, we have to ask for hot water to drink. 3. The main attraction is the swimming pool, which is not cleaned since inauguration. its a green swimming pool, no one will think of dipping themselves in such an unclean pool. 4. No transparency in billing. Apart from GST, the tariff included additional charges than what was specified in booking.com, which no was ready to explain the difference in amount. 5. House-keeping never bothered to clear the plates till the next day afternoon. 6. Overall, the property is not worth the money Rs. 3500/- for a day. 7. Not sure, with what facilities they have 3star rating..

• Ambarish (2/5): horrible - the rooms were good the staff at check in were rude. declined early check in at 12 noon stating check in was at 2pm. the hotel was empty !!!! the restaurant had limited availability of food inspite of an elaborate menu and food was lousy. inspite of requesting for an early check out at 4am, there was NO ONE at the reception and the front door was locked. had to jump over a small wall to access the parking area with 3 large suitcases. left the key card on the front desk, was later harassed on phone asking for the key card. thank god had paid in advance, will never stay here. The Indeco Hotel close by has great service and staff !
• Avanthi (8/5): This is a really nice place to stay. The decor in the room and the modern artsy wooden furniture adds to the ambience. T - The location and how upscale the hotel is. staff are nice, the guard washed my car for the next morning which was great & there were peacocks in the car park which was great! There was hair in the room rolling around which makes me think perhaps the cleaners weren’t diligent, but the place is so upscale - it’s a shame to not pay attention to cleaning.
