- Enno (10/5): Klostergarten jeder Zeit wieder - Schönes Domizil in ruhiger Lage. Die Atmosphäre des Hauses lädt zum Entspannen ein. Schönes Zimmer mit großem Bad. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet und super nettes Personal. Die Innenstadt von Kevelaer ist fußläufig in 15-20 Minuten gut erreichbar.

- W.T.A. (8/5): Rustig verblijf - Mooie ruime kamer. Locatie hotel op loopafstand centrum. Goed ontbijt. Een klein minpuntje, een raam kon niet open. Maar dit is netjes gemeld en de technische dienst was de volgende dag paraat. Dus eigenlijk geen reden om te klagen.

- Frank (9/5): Ein schönes Wochenende in Kevelaer. - Sehr guter und netter Service. Einwandfreies und sauberes Zimmer. Hier übernachte ich gerne auch mit Frühstück. Fußläufig war alles zu erreichen. Das Auto muss nicht bewegt werden. Da ist mir nichts aufgefallen was mir hätte fehlen können.

- Norbert (9/5): - Das Hotel hat einen sehr schönen Außenbereich, den Klostergarten eben, auch mit überdachten Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Lounge ermöglichte es uns, abends noch ein wenig gemütlich zusammen zu sein. Mein Einzelzimmer war in sehr gutem Zustand, hatte ein großes Bett und es gehörte ein schönes Wannenbad dazu. Das Frühstück war gut (aber auch nicht mehr).

- paul (9/5): Prima verblijf voor een nacht in een rustige buurt - Ruime kamer met super fijne douche (gelukkig geen 'zeikstraaltje') in een zeer ruime doucheruimte. Diverse restaurants in de buurt op een kwartiertje wandelen (bijvoorbeeld Herr Lehmann is zeer goed maar reserveer dan wel want die hebben in een of ander Duits TV programma gewonnen en zaten op de maandagavond ramvol). Ontbijt in het hotel is prima. Niets, prima voor een nachtje.
- Zecevic (6/5): - Het is een mooi hotel, rustig en eenvoudig ingericht. Wij betaalden €121 voor een nachtje, daarbij ontbijt geboekt voor €25 voor twee personen. De kamer was ok, jamer dat er geen extra kussen in de kast lag. Het was wel fijn dat het stil en rustig in het hotel was. Het ontbijt viel een beetje tegen. We kwamen rond 08:30 ontbijten, er zaten een stuk of tien mensen in de zaal. Daar liep een jonge dame de tafels op te ruimen, ik gaf ons kamer nummer door, het eerste wat ze zei is " mooi, jullie zijn de laatste hier voor het ontbijt." Dat bleek ook gezien het aanbod, en de restjes dat in de bakken lagen . De broodjes waren vers en lekker, het beleg minder. Rauwkost werd niet meer aangevuld. De koffie was slap en niet lekker. Al met al, best wel ok , maar voor dat geld had ik meer verwacht. Dus we komen niet snel terug.

Kevelaer is a good location for bus or train travel to German and Dutch towns and cities in the wider area. Good cafes and restaurants in Kevelaer. Hotel staff were very helpful. I loved relaxing in the garden grounds. Having to leave at the end of my holiday :-)

Did not cater for English speaking people on the TV could have done with more English channels. Very clean. Close links to buses and railway. Breakfast was a bit disappointing for the money. Room was very comfortable, shower etc very good as was breakfast. Reception staff were very helpful on checkout, particularly with directions. Nothing at all, all good.
