• Choon (8/5): - I like that the room is Japanese-style, which is kid-friendly, as the children can continue sleeping even if they roll onto the wooden floor between the beds. There are no sharp edges in the room; the corners of the bedside cabinet are blunt, making it safe for both adults and children. The staff were very attentive to my concerns. They responded promptly when I informed them that I would be checking in late, replied quickly while I was on the way to the hotel, and efficiently provided the items I requested, such as mineral water. The room was clean and we had a good night’s sleep. I could also see my car through the window. The toilet is small and wet, as it does not have a dry section. There is no lift, so we had to carry our own baggage up the staircase. The flooring under the wooden bed is tiled, and my son fell on it and hit his head; however, this is not the hotel’s fault. Overall, I still think the room is very worth the price.

• Eunice (3/5): Poor - Nothing Booked non smoking rooms. Room booked has heavy smoke, requested to change rooms, claims only got 1 room of same specifications. Changed to a cheaper room(2 twin to 1 queen bed), had to makedo with squeezing into 1 bed, promised for refund upon checkout. However not given as booking done through this platform. Need to click no show at property first, which will result in full payment through this platform. 1 room no water bottle, 1 room no body soap.

However, the Hotel management contacted me and patiently clarify the issue with me. I requested both room together but they arrange 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs.
