• Souzan (10/5): Perfect location and pretty room. - Very clean and pretty room. Location is great. 10 min walk to Vatican. 45 min walk to Colessium. Probably long for some but I enjoy this. Otherwise a 15 minute bike ride. Also loved the restaurant right outside of the building, Lalocanda. Just as some of the other reviews, the smell of sewage that comes and goes throughout the stay. As well as the noisy neighbour's above that seem to come alive pretty late in the night just as we're winding down.

• Jenny (1/5): I had a terrible experience and was afraid and scared especially in a new country. I would never come back or recommend - The host called the police because he wanted more money, as my daughter had come to visit. The shower was completely broken, and he was very rude, wanting to come in at 2 a.m. to check on the room. He made me feel terrible and scared. He called the police, claiming I was committing a crime by letting my daughter into the room, and he called me and my family terrorists. Claiming we broke the law, my daughter lives in Italy and came to visit. The police handled it very professionally and said I had nothing to be concerned about and that I didn’t owe him anything. He was watching us through camera outside the bedroom door, which made me very uncomfortable. We ended up booking somewhere else and filling a complaint against him through booking.com. The host was very disrespectful and treated me and my family poorly, tried to get more money from us.

• Mohamed Awwad (7/5): Good with some problems - The location is so prime , close to vatican and close to shuttle bus , It was in middle of everything Not much luxury , the room was basic and the bed and chair were so messed and old , there were no toiletries or towels , noone came to change covers , the blanket in wardrobe was so dirty
• Luana (3/5): Good location, but the experience with the owner was not positive. - Good location. Unfortunately, I don’t have many positive things to say about this stay. The mattress, bed and chairs were very uncomfortable and really need improvement for guests. I also had an issue with the shower not getting hot. I contacted the owner and he came about an hour later and said it had been fixed. I only mentioned that no one had entered my room to check it, as I was still waiting with cold water. He became upset and accused me of calling him a liar, which I did not do. His reaction made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe, especially as a woman traveling alone. I still had two nights left after this incident and did not feel at ease during the rest of my stay. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I would not recommend this accommodation, particularly for women traveling alone.

• Ana Maria (1/5): muy sucio, muchas cosas rotas o en mal estado - Bien ubicado, pero el ""hotel"" sucio, muy sucio, muchas cosas rotas o en mal estado, por las imágenes parece un sitio bien cuidado pero muy lejos de la realidad, no había agua caliente y la ducha estaba rota... cuando nos quejamos al propietario su respuesta fue "si no os gusta, iros" vergonzoso, este sitio no vale la pena. Bien ubicado, pero el ""hotel"" sucio, muy sucio, muchas cosas rotas o en mal estado, por las imágenes parece un sitio bien cuidado pero muy lejos de la realidad, no había agua caliente y la ducha estaba rota... cuando nos quejamos al propietario su respuesta fue "si no os gusta, iros" vergonzoso, este sitio no vale la pena.

Am semnalat acest aspect proprietarului si nu a vrut sa ne schimbe camera pe motiv ca in sezonul cu turism redus asa procedeaza ei, ofere camera mai slabe fata de ce inchiriezi si nici nu investesc in ele. Ba chiar ni s a spus sa fim multumiti cu ce am primit pentru pretul pe care l am platit, desi acesta era pretul la toate cazarile din zona. Am primit o camera unde tablia patului era toata jupuita, cadea matarialul din ea in capul nostru si era plina de par! Scaunele erau la fel de jupuite, daca te asezai pe ele ramaneai cu materialul pe pantaloni. Singurul nostru "noroc" a fost ca s a stricat bazinul de la toaleta si doar asa am reusit sa il convingem sa ne mutam in camera pe care o inchiriasem defapt, care era libera dar nu a vrut sa ne o ofere de la bun inceput! Odata mutati in noua camera scaunul a ramas la fel de jupuit insa tablia patului era in stare buna. Peretii aveau putin mucegai. Nu am inteles de ce nu ne a fost data camera care oricum era libera de la bun început, ori pentru ca eram romani, ori pentru ca ne a vazut mai tineri si a crezut ca acceptam si nu zicem nimic. Nu suntem persoane pretentioase, nu ne asteptam sa fie lux, dar nici sa stam in patul plin de par nu e igienic. When we arrived, we were offered a completely different room than the one we had paid for. We reported this to the owner and he did not want to change our room because during the low tourist season, they offer rooms that are worse than what you rent and they do not invest in them. We were even told to be happy with what we got for the price we paid, even though this was the price for all the accommodations in the area. We were given a room where the headboard of the bed was completely ripped off, the material fell off it and fell on our heads and was full of hair! The chairs were also ripped off, if you sat on them you would end up with the material on your pants.

• Olga (3/5): - Местоположение Было очень грязно, при заселении был мусор в мусорке чюжой простени в пыли и волосах, кофе машина одна общая на 4 номера и очень грязная, за 4 дня у нас в номере убрали только 1 раз и после того как мы сами их просили. На потолке и стенах в ванной грибок и из за этого специфический запах, приходилось спать с открытым окном из за этого запаха. Душ сломан. Персонал неприятный. Дизайн хуже чем на фото. Из 4 розеток работало только 2. Я не рекомендую этот отель, и это сложно назвать отелем по факту это одна квартира в жилом здание где сдаются 4 комнаты. Шумоизоляция нет, слышимость ужасная.
• Annamaria (3/5): Non consiglierei questo soggiorno - La cosa positiva è stata la posizione, in zona prati, raggiungibile facilmente a piedi sia il centro storico che il Vaticano . Ero arrivata prima del check in, mi è stato comunicato scortesemente che non era possibile lasciare i bagagli perché non c’era nessuno. Il letto era scomodissimo, ci sono stati rumori frastornati tutti i giorni a qualsiasi ora.. per non parlare dello stato delle docce, il doccino tutto arrugginito.

• Virginie (5/5): Rome est exceptionnel mais nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel. - L’emplacement : facile de rejoindre certains site touristiques à pied et transport à proximité pour les site plus loin. La propreté et l’état des équipements nous ont vraiment déçu : la tête de lit était toute arrachée, les sièges des chaises également, la poussière n’avait pas été faite notamment dans la salle de bain, de la moisissure présente dans la douche mais surtout très présente sur le pommeau de douche ce que nous déplorons car ce sont des éléments qui peuvent être changés rapidement et qui pourtant donnerait une bien meilleure image de l’établissement. Aussi, une literie qui laisse à désirer : pas de housse de couette, matelas fin et dur. Il n’y a pas de personnel tout se fait par internet. Pas de réception, ni personne de dispo en présentiel.

• Mattia (8/5): Alloggio comodo e silenzioso, ben collegato con il centro cittadino - Struttura in posizione comoda, vicinissima a Castel Sant'Angelo e al Vaticano, a venti minuti a piedi dal Pantheon. Metropolitana a dieci minuti a piedi. Stanza senza troppe pretese, ma comoda, con finestre su cortile interno, silenzioso e molto tranquillo. La stanza andrebbe rinnovata, la testata del letto e le sedie sono molto deteriorate. I rubinetti del bagno andrebbero aggiustati o sostituiti.

Zona ricca di localini carini, ottimi per una cena o per un aperitivo.Sotto casa c'è anche un piccolo market nel caso si avesse bisogno di qualcosa. La stanza è all'interno di una palazzina molto tranquilla. Se si è persone freddolose,la stanza è molto calda per cui non si patisce il freddo!il proprietario è stato disponibile a venire a trovarci il primo giorno, per alcune nostre richieste. Consiglio una manutenzione alla doccia, perché la porta è abbastanza incrostazioni e non si chiude bene, e il tubo del doccino perde acqua. Il piumone del letto aveva qualche macchia. Non è una stanza molto silenziosa perché i muri sono molto sottili e si sentono i rumori dei vicini.

Не было возможности использовать сейф, была сломана розетка, отсутствовал пульт от телевизора (но это мелочи), не было даже какого-то маленького холодильника. Холодильник не был заявлен в описании, но для меня это стало сюрпризом, на какое-то хотя бы подобие в номере или на месте размещения я надеялась, для меня это было важно. Хозяева размещения ничем не помогли в решении этой проблемы. Номер чистый и достаточно просторный, но нуждается в небольшой реставрации (обивка мебели).

Recomiendo que lo sustituyan porque no me pareció muy higiénico, por lo demás todo super bien

La literie est très confortable. L’état général de la chambre commence à vieillir. La paroi de douche était piquée de noir. La prise contre le lavabo est cassée. La peinture dans la salle de bain est écaillée.

• Tetiana (10/5): Быстро заселились,чисто,нам все понравилось. - Отличное расположение,очень близко до Ватикана и в пешей доступности все достопримечательности.Мы любим гулять,поэтому транспортом вообще не пользовались.Но автобусная остановка и метро близко.

• Vivian (6/5): Location perfect, hotel needs some work! - The location is perfect! Also nice bars and restaurants in the street but also area. Just a 15 minute walk to go to Vatican. The facilities are outdated, leather from the bedframe and chair comes off. Also the shower head had black mold on it and the big blanket wasn’t fresh. It’s unfortunate, if they would renovate the place and do more proper cleaning I would definitely book again.

• Mulder (4/5): Teleurgesteld - De locatie was erg centraal. Goed bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer. De mensen van het hotel waren goed te bereiken. De kamer was slecht onderhouden en was ook erg vies. Ook was het matras erg doorgezakt.
• Cielo (7/5): All good - Location was really great. Its a walking distance to the Vatican City. Security is fine. Door locks were very secure. Outside, you can find a nearby pharmacy, convenience stores, and cafes. Bonus part is that the bus station is just across the property! My room was not ready when I arrived around 4 pm. I had a very long flight, was very exhausted, and wanted a shower and a rest, but I was asked to come back after 30 minutes to get my room ready. When I came back, it still was not done. The manager did ask for apologies. Also, you can hear footsteps on the upper floors but it was fine I was able to sleep okay.

La stazione è a 10 minuti i - La posizione è incredibile, a 2 passi dal Vaticano e castel Sant’Angelo e a 15 min a piedi dal centro storico Allora, la camera non era proprio pulitissima. C’era molta polvere sulle luci del letto, in bagno la doccia non era molto pulita e lo scarico del water faceva capricci. In più l’insonorizzazione della camera è inesistente. Generalmente è da 6 e 1/2

• Kacper (1/5): Dramat, pieniądze wrzucone w błoto. - Jedyna "zaleta" tego mieszkania, to jego lokalizacja oraz klimatyzacja. Reszta pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Niestety, to miejsce nie spełnia podstawowych standardów czystości i higieny. Po przyjeździe odkryliśmy liczne, poważne problemy. Rozumiemy eksploatację niektórych rzeczy i ich zużywanie, ale tak brudne i zaniedbane mieszkanie, to gruba przesada. Pleśń w kabinie prysznicowej, na ścianie i grzejniku w łazience – to zagrożenie dla zdrowia! Brzydki zapach pościeli, brudne poszewki, zakurzone żarówki (od miesięcy nieczyszczone). Zatkany odpływ prysznica włosami, zabrudzony kran bidetu, kamień w prysznicu. Odklejająca się tapeta – ogólny stan remontowy zły. Zdjęcia w ofercie wprowadzają w błąd – pokój wygląda znacznie gorzej w rzeczywistości. Brak komunikacji z właścicielem mieszkania przez czat na booking.com. Właściciel nie odpowiedział na nasze prośby o zmianę pokoju lub zwrot pieniędzy, więc byliśmy zmuszeni awaryjnie szukać innej lokalizacji. Stanowczo odradzam. Jeśli szukasz czystego i bezpiecznego miejsca, omijaj to mieszkanie. Warto zapłacić więcej albo poszukać lokalizacji dalej od centrum, by uniknąć stresu i miło spędzić wyjazd.
