• antonio (10/5): Soggiorno a Pisa - Camera quadrupla spaziosa, calda e pulita. Acqua x gli ospiti e dispenser x bevande calde. Vi è una comoda cucina con angolo lavanderia. Comoda la posizione per l'ospedale, anche a piedi. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Dispenser sapone nella doccia vuoto.

• Clorindo Nunzio (1/5): vergognoso - dire pessimo è fare un complimento. Camera piccola, sporca, fatiscente, con evidenti crepe sulle mura. Idem per il bagno. In casa circola un gatto, che dorme sul divano e accoglie gli ospiti della struttura. Una cosa del genere non solo è vergognosa ma andrebbe segnalata all'atto della prenotazione perchè ci potrebbero essere delle persone allergiche che avrebbero serie difficoltà a pernottare in questa struttura. In camera c'è una porta comunicante che si apre dall'esterno che non garantisce sicurezza. Inoltre le porte di ingresso della struttura erano state lasciate aperte, forse sono rimaste tali per tutta la notte dal momento che il cancello di ingresso viene aperto a distanza dai proprietari che, peraltro, non ci hanno chiesto neanche i documenti per entrare. In più è previsto un sovrapprezzo per chi arrivava oltre le 21:00.

• Claudio (1/5): Assolutamente pessimo - Posizione vicino ospedale Assolutamente nulla esperienza negativa mai visto una cosa del genere infestato dalle zanzare alla reception ci hanno dato le piastrine ma nella camera nn c'era il porta piastrine , lato cucina attaccato al letto praticamente inutilizzabile nn si poteva neanche andare a letto se si volesse adoperare per cucinare bisognerebbe in piedi sul letto frigo impossibile da aprire , tubi tutti a vista, crepe nei muri , doccia nn utilizzabile, Carta igienica finita, tazza che nn scarica bene , lampade sul comodino nn funzionanti , phon rotto , sapone per le mani c'era ma il dispenser rotto nn usciva. Dalle foto sembrava migliore . Nella seconda camera ne avevamo prese due c'era una porta chiusa dove si sentivano voci di operai e lavori che nn permettevano di riposare in tranquillità oltre che la porta nn dava sicurezza ,persiane rotte . Inoltre nn hanno ascensore solo un montacarichi piccolo con luce fulminata che tende a bloccarsi a dire del ragazzo che ci ha accolto .

• Anbarasi (1/5): Unsafe and Unprofessional – Left Stranded at 2am - Before booking, the property initially assured me that arriving late would not be a problem. Communication was available through WhatsApp. The property failed to provide the key at the time we arrived, even though they were fully informed of our delayed flight. At 2:00 am, we were left standing on the street, calling several times with no response. The explanation given by the property was that keys cannot be left outside due to thieves having entered the house twice before. This makes the place feel unsafe and raises serious concerns about security for tourists. If the property is unsafe, Booking.com should not list it as a trusted accommodation for travelers. Guests rely on Booking.com to recommend safe and reliable places to stay.

• Edwin (10/5): Everything was great! The host was wonderful! The location was safe… and there was parking! Overall it was a great stay - I loved the layout and the quietness. Pisa tower was only 10 minutes away (driving) and everything was nearby. The parking space helped us a lot and we felt very safe with so many locks on the doors. No complaints at all. One thing we noticed right away was the smell of kind of sewer or something. It wasn’t too strong but it’s not something we’re used to smelling, so we noticed it right away. But it didn’t affect us in a way to want to leave or complain.

• Camila (1/5): Very confuse instructions, bad smell in the rooms. - The only positive aspects were the availability of street parking and the location near Pisa airport. When we arrived at 3:00 PM on Friday, there was no receptionist available. Unfortunately, the instructions we received via WhatsApp were unclear and incorrect. We were told to enter a code into a black mailbox, but it was actually gray. Additionally, we found two lockers next to the gate, and the code provided did not work. The gate was locked, but we noticed a third locker beside the entrance door. In the rain, we had to wait a lot of time until the owner opened the gate or answered. Than, when the owner finally opened the door, we could access the third locker and got the keys for the room. This was quite inconvenient, especially as we had confirmed our arrival time a day in advance, and there was no one available to be there or answer. Once inside, we were disappointed to find the room had a musty smell. The bathroom floor was smooth and slippery, posing a safety hazard. There was no rug in the bathroom. Overall, our experience did not meet expectations.

• Tony (8/5): Recommended for couples with motorcycle to relax overnight. - I could park my motorcycle in the properties backyard. It was safe and quiet area. TV channel are Italian and old analog technology. Small TV. I had to lock unlock the bathroom as it was separated from the room as well as the fridge. It was very clean had bide and jacuzzi which I did not use.
• Fanny (6/5): Late check in are very complicated to organize. Basic room with private bathroom. Nothing to say about the cleaning, it - It was really complicated to check in. I send many texts before to get an answer. If you’re coming after 9pm, I don’t recommend to go there because you’ll have to pay an extra for « the late check in » and almost organise it by yourself.
• Abbey (4/5): Wouldn’t stay at again. - Clean and bed was comfortable Reception unmanned constantly. No bell at reception so couldn’t get in touch with staff at all. Not the most welcoming staff, bare minimum service. Aircon was rubbish and didn’t cool room at all. Wasn’t able to adjust or get it to work any better, think it needed a good filter clean. Was just noise and no cool air.
• YUNG (2/5): - The property has kitchen and many cups and plates, but not many utensils like knife, maybe bottle opener. It could be our bad luck day, only our floor has power outage, the property management is not easy to reach. Also we do not feel safe because the front door does not lock at all even at night after the staff took off.
