Guest Reviews
- Richard (8/5): Had a good stay - Location of the property to my event venue was pretty good Physical security and reception should be improved
- Ola (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ian (7/5): Great experience. - Location great, if you like the city vibe. The showers could be a little better, lighting needs work.
- DanS (6/5): - Whilst the location and the work space were great we did have some pretty major issues. I come across to CPT every 3 months for a week or 2 and as is I wouldn’t stay here again which is such a shame as all the issues seem really easy to fix. I have listed these below so you can at least know about them for future guests.
1. The gas ran out on Wednesday and we told the lady that came to water the plants and she said she would tell someone but nothing was done about it. We were cooking meals here and the gas ran out mid Breakfast on Wednesday so we ended up wasting a lot of money on food we could not cook as we did a big shop on Monday
2. Rugs - these are a death trap, we had multiple people slip and 1 actually fall over so we ended up rolling them up and moving them away
3. Floors - I got a 3 inch long splinter on the second day, it tore through my sock destroying them but luckily it only grazed my foot.
4. En-suite shower - only a dribble of water comes out, I get there are water restrictions but since it came out so slow I had to have 20 min showers just to get wet while the main shower had great pressure, makes no sense.
5. Internet - we were working and the connection was inconsistent at best and most days we had to switch and pay for mobile data. Also it was completely out for about 36 hours
6. Access to water plants - A lady just walked into the apartment with no warning and she simply walked in and made herself at home. We had to ask her who she was and why.
- bijal (8/5): Lovely spacious apartment - This place ticks all the boxes apart from being hassled for money every day by local tramps that hang around outside the front door. Not pleasant for women and children as some of the tramps invade your personal space and follow you around!
