• Christina (9/5): Superb - Clean apartment, renovated, good WiFi, host friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. The area has many restaurants and bars that you can also explore away from the center. Overall a very good choice for Rome if you don't mind the walk to metro and the shared kitchen. Kitchen area is shared and the room is not that spacious as presented in photos.

• Diana (10/5): Lele Rooms was a great apartment, fab location in a quiet un-touristy neighbourhood, with some lovely restaurants nearby - A lovely spacious and clean apartment, well appointed and in a great location, quiet but close to Termini and easy to get around. Everything was great.
• Sardorbek (10/5): Perfect ! Thanks Emanuele :) - Very clean, very nicely furnished, exactly similar to the pictures. Having access to a fully equipped kitchen (including washing machine) was a big plus. Check-in and check-out were very smooth and flexible. A delicious bakery right across the street, several supermarkets in the vicinity, and many delicious and typical restaurants/street food options around. Being equally close to the central train station and the university Sapienza, it was a perfect location for us. Last but not least, the host is extremely thoughtful and helpful ! Neighborhood seemed a little rough at the beginning, but turned out to be perfectly safe (day and night), definitively safer than posher looking neighborhoods in our home city

• Denise (9/5): If I visit Rome again I would be booking Lele Rooms - Great size rooms and efficient aircon. Good location with lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Easy to get into the city by tram or metro.
• Claudia (10/5): - Lele Rooms was immaculately clean in every way. The beds were exceptionally comfortable; the linen was cotton, fresh, and the duvets were large and comfortable. We asked for an extra one, and the host remembered. The shower was excellent: large with lots of hot water. The host is amazing!! He was in touch before our arrival, arranged a taxi pick at the airport, texted several times to see how things were, recommended a fabulous nearby restaurant, and came by once to replenish supplies like coffee, etc. Everything was A . Highly recommend.

• Simard (10/5): I will come back. - It is not super central but nevertheless near the central station. The district is well served by restaurants, bars and all kind of services. Very friendly area. The owner is a great host. He understands traveller's needs. And he sincerely wants you to have a good experience. As the check-in is by appointement only, it is very important to plan 2 or 3 ways of communicating, e-mail, WhatsApp, phone etc.

There was clean kitchen and coffee machine to use for several appartments together. The manager of the place is super helpful and nice! In my view, in big cities areas near station may be or seem bit shabby & wild. However, the location itself is central.

Además los el interior del apartamento y los cuartos son bastante confortables y limpios. Finalmente, el personal encargado es bastante amable, está disponible, y da recomendaciones sobre lugares para visitar y planes para hacer en Roma.

We have stayed 6 nights and landlord has treated very well to us and he was kind and supportive all the time. So, I am highly recommending you if you are considering to stay in Guess Room in Italy.

La zona è molto caratteristica e piena di ristoranti, bar, supermercati ecc. La camera è moderna e silenziosa e dotata di tutto quello di cui avevo bisogno (phon, saponi, set di cortesia, minifrigo...) Materasso super comodo. Tornerò sicuramente!

Il y a un espace commun, partagé avec une seconde chambre. Nous avons apprécié la situation dans le quartier de San Lorenzo, vivant et populaire, avec le marché et de nombreux cafés et restaurants. The location is around 10 mins away from the termini station and the owner recommended a very nice restaurant for us. However, I don't recommend females who are travelling alone to live in this area as it is quite quiet at night.

• Kyle (8/5): Clean, modern, convenient but area was a concern - The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished, maintained and decorated. Having use of a full kitchen was a real plus. The owner was very responsive to our inquiries and made check in and check out very easy The only negative comment we would make is that while the location was very accessible to public transportation, the area was quite run down and we were initially concerned about our safety there. However, we became more comfortable with the area over the time of our stay. We can say we experienced a real Rome neighborhood. With that caveat, we recommend Lele Rooms to anyone seeking that kind of experience,
