• NTOETSE (3/5): The apartment is beautiful and have a beautiful furniture and a nice equipped kitchen but the location is unsafe. It is - The apartment is good with good furniture. The apartment was smelling drugs even after they cleaned it. The agent is unreachable every time we called nobody answered the phone. We were stranded to get into the apartment for the whole 2 hours under a very cold weather. If you need help about the apartment nobody is available to assist you. All I can say is you stay there at your own risk.

It was not an eskom issue, only our unit was affected . The beds are so uncomfortable . Too much noise . I requested a cot bed before we arrived and we did not get it . I phoned the office about 10 times reporting the electricity issue and they kept saying they are sending the maintenance guy . Only for him to arrive 9 hrs late . It was so cold . Worst experience ever . Apartment 703 . Apartment was smelling of cigarettes upon arrival .

• Cindy (1/5): Terrible Accommodation - The view The cigarette smoke smell in the apartment , curtains and walls. The blocked shower drain flooded the floor. The leaking toilet which couldn't be used. The black mould on floor and mushrooms growing out the wall in second bedroom. The dirty pans in kitchen. The dirt under the beds and carpets. The mess left behind in drawers from previous rental. No blind in bathroom window. Broken glass bedside table. The noise from the night club underneath was so loud you cannot sleep at night.

The noise was tremendous! Noise from the night club closeby, well into the early hours of the day for the entire duration of our stay.

That was all smooth and professional The apartment is really dirty. The furniture is very old and worn in. Couch on Patio missing a leg. Couch in lounge is threadbare and has no foam left in cushions. Duvet inners are too large for the duvet covers and are filthy dirty. The noise from neighbouring clubs makes it impossible to sleep at night. Nevermind the music the constant hooting is ridiculous

They’re too deceiving - The location The staff, firstly the staff wasn’t responding to my communication and secondly they wanted to move us to a different place while we had already arrived at the apartment. And prior to that they wanted us to check in late because they hadn’t prepared the apartment

We were given only one key and we were promised to get the card key but we never received it. We were provided an apartment that had no WIFI and TV was not working at all. Even after many attempts to get help from the property manager no assistance received. Only maintenance guy came by to fix the chair that we found broken in that apartment but still he could not fix it. As for WIFI the maintenance guy could not fix it as he told us that the problem of the WIFI has been like that for many months and the owner is not fixing it. The lights on the sitting room were not working, we complained about it but still no help received. The entire 4days in that apartment was a nightmare. We requested partial refund or be moved to another apartment for the inconvenience caused and the property manager kept on promising to resolve our matter but he could not. We have checked out today with the same situation that we got when we checked in. None of our problems have been attended to. I would not recommend anyone to book that apartment especially ROOM 703. I am still angry and disappointed with all that treatment more especially after the huge R6624.00 that we paid. I am still waiting for my partial refund. othing I liked about the property ROOM 703 . • Odiele (5/5): Overall the staff who assisted us were very professional. - If your staying there to experience nightlife and have a program/plan this location is ideal!the view from the balcony is beautifull A few maintenance issues such as absolutely no wifi for the whole duration of our stay.The ensuite bathroom door lock is faulty.Some lights hanging from their sockets, a couch leg broke.
• Rabelani (3/5): Terrible! Definitely not a family friendly property. We came to CApe Town as a family to relax and enjoy but when you ar - Not much to like about this property unfortunately! The noise pollution is unbearable! At night it’s the noise from all the night clubs, be it music or people screaming and shouting or the construction work which starts very early! The WiFi didn’t work for the first 2 days. The fridge had a fish smell which we reported but this was never cleaned even after the host came in to confirm this and promised to get someone to come clean. The furniture is falling off! I honestly feel that this was a huge ripoff

We will definitely be staying here again in a few months, the process was easy and we were accommodated with a late check in (around 19:20 pm) having someone meet us there was also very good. When we checked in the wifi was down and we were told it would be fixed the next day but unfortunately it was not.

I didn't like that the apartment was on top of a club and all night long till 6am there was banging noise coming from downstairs and the club next door.

This is complete and utter false advertising!! I will go on every website and leave a shocking review for this apartment!

• Hubert (8/5): Great stay, highly recommend the place, will return. - spacious and central location Parking was a bit obstructed by other vehicle parking too close to one side the entire stay (4 nights). TV sound was problematic (unable to hear sound). Both toilets do not flush very well, need to reflushat least 3 times for an effective clean.

• Emerson (8/5): Nice and good value for money - Location, safety, overall amenities of the flat and the internet. A few small issues that all put together took a bit away from the experience. Things like broken blinds in one of the rooms, loose door in the kitchen cupboard and a faulty shower in the main bathroom. Also a huge downside was the fact that the TV only had netflix, I went with my parents who don’t speak the language and satellite TV would have made a massive difference to the stay.

• Theo (7/5): Great views, but bring some earplugs. - The location is very central; nestled in between Long and Loop Streets. So everything's is a stone's throw away. The apartment itself is a good size, with the basic mod cons. There are also great views of Table Mountain from the balcony. There is a night club right downstairs, next door. If you are a light sleeper it will keep you up all night. The music is loud, the patrons are rowdy, the taxis picking them up hoot incessantly. The owner should look into investing in noise proof windows...but until then, I suggest guests invest in some earplugs.

The couch is really low and the other chairs in the sitting area not comfortable. There was a leak from the ceiling in second bedroom I reported it no one came out to check and it was dripping all night and next day someone came to tell us that they had turned off water supply from the flat above. There was one sauce pan and I had children and stayed 12 nights with one sauce pan. There were cockroaches in the other bedroom

Second bathroom kept flooding every time someone took a shower. Towels and facilities weren’t clean. Not enough blankets.
