• Robert (1/5): Avoid The Station Napoli! They have no idea how to run a hotel. Best to look/book elsewhere! - Nothing! They screwed us! Poorly, poorly run! Threw us under the bus! Confirmed the rental weeks before we arrived. Upon evening arrival, either our room had been rented to another or a "squater" took the room. The squater wouldn't come to the door, the Owner was no help, couldn't answer basic questions about how or why this happened, and told us we should look elsewhere to sleep for the night!!? We spent the next few hours on the phone with Booking.com support, which eventually agreed to pay the difference in whatever property we could find and book that same night. Cudos to Booking.com. Huge thumbs down for The Station Napoli.
• Repa (1/5): Horrible - Where do I start…Mould in the room. Staff couldn’t understand a word of English. Asked to get room changed. But then got accused of we using another room. Never changed the towels on the first day and when asked, said we never asked for it. Came back after 2 days towels still weren’t changed. Following day I asked for the towels changed and then demanded to reprint a paper (wifi qr code) that was taken off the wall by a friend who has MH issues which I even apologised for. Ants were on the breakfast table

• Karen (1/5): Incómodo inseguro y me sentí amenazada - No me gustó nada No me gustó nada fueron muy falta de respeto, 1. las instrucciones para entrar al hotel no estaban claras, la recepción estaba cerrada no había nadie. Me costó muchísimo conseguir el lugar 2. Yo me estaba bañando y salió un bote de agua muy incómodo en el baño y corrió afuera se la puerta del baño, pusimos una toalla en el piso, en ese momento llega un señor hindú a revisar la habitación y mi amiga le abrió la puerta entró a revisar y fue en ese momento cuando le mostramos cuando había agua afuera en el baño en el piso. Le pedimos más toallas para secarnos el cuerpo. Y ellos trataron de alegar que habíamos corrido mucha agua en el piso de abajo pero era imposible por qué cuando cayó el agua ya lo habíamos secado pero estaban buscando manera se sacar más dinero, me preguntaron por 11 euros, se los di en efectivo y después empezaron a llamar a mi número personal y reclamar por los daños, y mandar mensajes para amenazar de denunciar por la policía, por qué ellos querían más dinero. Nos sentimos muy inseguras allí, el barrio peligroso afuera habían pandillas, adentro ese señor entrando y después el señor amenazando . Pues no lo recomiendo.

• Agnieszka (6/5): Dla niewymagających ludzi ten obiekt będzie ok ale my już nie skorzystamy na pewno. - Bliskość do dworca jest atutem i kuchnia nie najgorsza. Pokój dosyć przestronny. Internet był ok. Nieprzyjemny zapach to pierwsze co nas przywitało. Z łazienki wydobywał się smród z kanalizacji. Do tego croissanty nie były ani razu na czas więc tylko raz skorzystaliśmy ze śniadania. Generalnie na zdjęciach wyglądało to lepiej.

No repetiría ni lo recomendaria El desayuno se deja en la zona de cocina y no hemos llegado a probarlo porque cuando hemos ido ya no quedaba nada.No creo q sea la forma en la que hay que organizarlo. Nos hemos quejado y no ha habido respuesta. La habitación apenas tenía eschufes y uno de ellos no funcionaba La zona no es la mejor. Muy caro para lo que ofrece el alojamiento y puntuación demasiado alta en esta aplicación para lo que realmente es.
• Rosângela (10/5): Maravilhoso. - O alojamento é super bem localizado, a algumas quadras da estação central de Nápoles, o que facilita muito o deslocamento tanto para outras cidades de trem, para o aeroporto de onibus que também sai do lado de fora da estação e também para se deslocar pela cidade. Pois há metro, trens e onibus na região e também se pode fazer a pé até o centro histórico em uma caminhada de 1.5 km mais o menos. O local tinha toalhas limpas, roupas de cama também e o ambiente era limpo e cheiroso todos os dias. Contava com uma cozinha compartilhada e servia um café simples, mas bem gostoso com croassans bem caseiros e frescos e tinha chá e uma máquina de café para prepararmos nossas bebidas. Foi tudo excelente. Voltaria com certeza. A única coisa a relatar é que havia uma cama de casal e duas de solteiro. A de casal está em boas condições, mas os colchões de solteiro precisam ser trocados urgentemente, pois já estão muito moles.

• Petruta (7/5): - La colazione, in modalità fai da te, era buona. Le lenzuola erano pulite e l’hostess si è dimostrata preparata e disponibile nel fornire indicazioni. Devo però segnalare diversi aspetti negativi del soggiorno. Non era presente il riscaldamento e durante la notte faceva freddo, situazione inaccettabile. Inoltre, la cabina della doccia era sporca e con presenza evidente di muffa, cosa che denota una scarsa cura della pulizia. Mi aspettavo decisamente di più rispetto a quanto descritto nell’annuncio: mancavano anche le pantofole indicate tra i servizi.

• FACULTAR (1/5): - I didn't like it at all, and even less the service from the person in charge. The area feels unsafe. The photo of the room for four showed two double beds, but we had to settle for a small, uncomfortable bed. The room smelled bad because the refrigerator was unplugged, and the bathroom was very dirty. I don't recommend this place. When I checked out, the person in charge threatened to take me to court, post a bad review, and give me a bad rating. I don't recommend this place, not even because of its proximity to the station, and it has terrible public transport connections.

• Marcello (6/5): - Posizione ottima, a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Napoli. A mio parere sufficiente, se si decide di alloggiare 1 o 2 notti. Struttura vecchiotta, da migliorare la pulizia. Per la colazione ci sono pochi posti a sedere in uno spazio limitato. Nel nostro caso considerato che erano già occupati da altri ospiti, per esigenze di tempo abbiamo preferito andare a farla fuori dalla struttura.

Camera abbastanza spaziosa per 4 persone e comoda la zona in comune per la colazione che è ben rifornita, sul tavolo ci stanno solo 4 persone ma in camera c'è un tavolo utliizzabile. Il divano letto è un po' rumoroso e molto molle e dalla doccia esce dell'acqua quando la si usa.

• Tanya (8/5): Okay - It is a nice clean apartment with a great location. You can’t put toilet paper in the toilet after use cause of the plummeting. So you have to put the paper in a bin which is a bit gnarly. We chose to find proper toilet facilities elsewhere which made this part of life a bit difficult. We forgot some stuff and the communication with the staff ended very negative. We were already back home so my friend picked the stuff up but had difficulties finding the stuff and when I contacted the staff they made a big deal about how they were doing us a favour and that we had lied about something I didn’t understand.

Capisco che non è colpa diretta della struttura. Però si dovrebbe pensare ad un altro sistema per far in modo che tutti possano fare colazione e che non si basi tutto sul senso civico degli ospiti, perché a quanto pare non funziona.

• Gabriele (7/5): - Staff gentilissimo, risposte rapide tramite messaggi e ci ha lasciato la possibilità di depositare i bagagli per mezza giornata. Il sifone del bagno non sanzionava, tornavamo a casa con una puzza importante che aveva invaso tutta la camera. La colazione era inclusa la e ci venivano forniti dei cornetti nella sala comune, purtroppo un paio di giorni non c'erano perché gente prima di noi ne aveva mangiati più di uno a testa

• Myriam (5/5): - El desayuno muy escaso, tanto que los de la habitación vecina se comieron los cornettos, pensando que eran para ellos. La ubicación y la entrada muy fea. El sector se siente un poco inseguro, tanto que uno de los días hubo un asesinato en frente del hotel.

• liliana (8/5): - Ubicación y amplitud del depto La cama era en verdad un tipo de sofa cama, un poco incomodo, para el precio esperaría una cama mas confortable.
• Cinzia (9/5): - Posizione molto comoda. Parcheggio a pagamento quasi sotto il B&B. Servizio colazione abbondante. Il bagno un pò piccolo, ed il phon non funzionava.
• Claudina (9/5): - Me encantó el lugar. Muy bien organizado el desayuno y el acceso muy clarito. La cama muy cómoda y en general todo estaba muy limpio. No tengo quejas, pero si q me atrevería a hacer una sugerencia. Las instalaciones en general, siempre requieren de un mantenimiento. Aunq todo estaba limpio y ordenado, se gasta muy poco en repasar las paredes y puertas, con un poquito de pintura y de esa forma conseguiríamos una estancia más maravillosa si cabe.
• Marcela Guadalupe (10/5): - El apartamento estaba muy bien, muy cerca de la estación Garibaldi que te permitía moverte de manera fácil al centro y al aeropuerto o tomar algún tren para ir a otro sitio. Se puede dejar la maleta en la consigna y eso es un plus, el detalle del desayuno también se agradece mucho, los croissant estaban riquísimos. La comunicación con el apartamento fue muy fácil y respondían muy rápido. Todo estupendo, solo pondría alguna almohada más.
