A anfitriã é extremamente receptiva, gentil, educada e solícita. O quarto é muito confortável, dormi muito bem, tem ventilador de teto e a casa é naturalmente bem ventilada. Tem café da manhã incluso, é simples porém bom, e vem com uma geléia de laranja artesanal deliciosa. Recomendo, certamente ficaria lá novamente se voltar para Poços de Caldas.

- Moura (1/5): Péssima experiência - Só a senhora simpática, mas um hotel péssimo. Tivemos que cancelar e não tivemos retorno do valor pago. A pior experiência que tivemos, se possível fação uma vistoria no local, é apenas uma casa. Não gostamos, é uma casa com apenas 4 quartos. 02 não tem suite, 02 com suite. Sem café da manhã, somente uma garrafa de café na mesa, geladeira coletiva e banheiro coletivo para os 02 quartos sem suíte.
