I asked the rexeption person to call a taxi but the same taxi came to me pick up. The taxi driver looked very kind but he did not take the most efficient route to the airport. The reception person should ask the driver not take the customer because my experience became very bad at the end of my stay of this hotel

It takes at least half an hour to walk to the city infrastructure (shops, services, banks, bars and restaurants) or to the beach - they are located in opposite directions. I ordered a room with a sea view and an extra floor space, but a standard room without a view, without refrigerator and minibar. Poor breakfast, frequent problems with coffee - coffee machine malfunctions and long queues to it.

The bathroom is really nice and the shower is huge with a big glass block wall to let lots of light into the bathroom. The staff at breakfast were extremely helpful. I go up to get a coffee and one of the men said he would get them for us. They had a really good selection of food for breakfast and we were even brought out two omelettes without asking for them. When we checked out the staff called a taxi for us and confirmed with the driver that he knew where we wanted to go.
• Cher Ming (8/5): - The hotel is new and have not set up their credit card facility. I am stuck as I did not bring in so much cash to pay for the hotel room. But the reception is helpful and allow my friend to transfer the money to him through wechat so that my room payment can be done.
