• Yuniu (8/5): - 체크인은 무조건 A동 1층 패드로 해야함 하카타역 도보 15분 이내 스미요시 신사 바로 길 건너편 인근 유료주차장 걸어서 5분거리 맥스밸류 바닥에 매트깔고 자는 방식 2층 다락방 같은곳에 올라가사 자는데 사다리로 올라감 싱크대가 있긴한데 뭘 해먹지는 못 할 정도로 작고 그릇도 접시3장 뿐 연박해도 수건은 하루치만 주고 빨아쓰라는데 널 곳이 마땅치 않음 층고가 매우 높은데 에어콘이 작아 2층은 더움 변기위치가 애매함 볼 일 보는동안 딴 사람은 씻을 수 없음 건물이 2층까지만 있어서 엘베 없음 가끔 밤에 폭주족 소리가 아주 잘 들림

• Lise (3/5): Prestation pas au RDV et établissement pas très honnête ! - Appartement plutôt bien agencé, propre, et pas trop loin des transports en commun et de la gare JR. L’établissement nous a demandé de repayer la taxe de séjour alors que nous avions déjà payé toutes les charges lors de la réservation. Communication sans issue avec l’établissement qui a conditionné l’accès au logement au paiement des frais supplémentaires ! Limite pas très honnête !! Pas de paiement, pas de clé ! On a dû repayer. En arrivant, nous avons eu la très mauvaise surprise de voir que la machine à laver était en panne ! Avec une affiche « en panne, désolé ». Or, faisant un voyage de plusieurs semaines au Japon à plusieurs, il était impératif pour nous d’avoir de quoi laver notre linge. C’est la raison pour laquelle j’avais choisi ce logement qui indiquait être tout équipé ! Aucun effort de la part de l’établissement qui a indiqué qu’ils ne pouvaient rien faire, c’était en panne et c’était tout. Après avoir insisté sur notre problème, ils ont concédé à un dédommagement ridicule de 3€! Autant dire que c’était juste pour la forme et dire qu’ils ont fait un geste. Les matelas n’étaient vraiment pas confortables comme c’est souvent malheureusement le cas au Japon, mais surtout le lit en hauteur grinçait à chaque mouvement et le matelas reposait sur une planche de contreplaqué, donc très dur ! Même si l’appartement était globalement propre et plutôt bien placé, je ne peux pas le recommander compte tenu des problèmes rencontrés, et surtout de l’inaction et de la mauvaise foi de l’établissement. Si vous avez de la chance tout se passera bien, par contre si vous avez un souci, sachez que personne ne réglera le problème.

• 박 (8/5): 위치 좋음 신축인편 - 하카타역에서 도보10분 이내 편의점은 어딜가나 많음 체크인방법 이메일 따로 못받았고 무인이라 좀 헤맴 A동 1층 건물 아이패드에서 체크인하고 숙박세 결제 하면됨 일본숙소라 기대는 안하고감 작긴함 온수 잘 나옴 비데 따뜻했고 세탁기는 탈수가 고장 욕실에 건조가 되서 빨래 마르기는 함 2층 침대는 꺼져서 불편해서 못잠 복층구조라 아이들이 좋아하긴했는데 사다리가 좀 위험해보였음 5인가구 침구는 충분했음 음식조리 가능하나 사용하진 않았음 덴진은 도보 40분 걸림 다시 간다면 덴진쪽에 숙소를 잡을거같음 스시요시신사 바로 뒤에 있음 파출소도 가까워서 안전할거같음 넷플렉스나 한국방송은 안나왔던거같음 무인이라 장점이자 단점임 건물 사진보고 가셔야 찾기편함

• Thu Hương (8/5): It's OK! - Nice location, just take a shortly walk to Hakata station. The room is small, it's a little cramped when we open all 3 big luggages but we can manage it. The bathroom is a plus, we can wash and dry clothes easily. I know about accommodation tax but not know it takes 220¥ per person per night and we have to pay separately. I feel like a scam.

• Mert (6/5): - The location and the layout of the room is quite convenient. Check in process is really easy and modern. The futon beds were extremely thin. It was one of the most uncomfortable surfaces I ever slept because of how tough it was. I asked the owners at least for a second futon so I can sleep properly without a back pain but they said it can't be provided. If this place can change the beds/futons and make them at least a little bit more comfortable, it's almost perfect.

• Michael (6/5): - The hotel is within walking distance from Hakata Station, with several 7-Eleven and Family Mart stores nearby. There was no noise from neighboring rooms, though we could hear footsteps from the floor above, and some noise from a nearby construction site early in the morning. Overall, not a bad place to stay, though the room is quite small. The property is unmanned, so check-in and check-out are self-service.

• ??? (10/5): - 주변에 다양한 편의점이 있고, 24시간 운영하는 마트도 있어 편리했습니다. 길건너 바로 스미요시 신사도 있어 아침에 산책하기도 좋았습니다. 숙소도 4인이 생활하기에 부족하지 않을 정도로 충분한 공간이 있었고, 잠을 자는 공간도 넉넉해서 좋았습니다. 단지 몇몇 공간에 청소가 안되어 먼지가 많이 있었고, 2층 침대는 소리가 났으며, 에어컨은 소리가 상당히 심했습니다. 수리가 필요할 것 같습니다.

Zuerst einmal bekam man den Zimmercode nur, wenn man noch einmal Steuern bezahlte, obwohl der Gesamtpreis inclusive alles Steuern und Gebühren war. Weit von der JR Station entfernt. Am Schlimmsten waren die Betten. Hart, unbequem? Hochbett quietsche bei jeder Bewegung. Der Aufstieg zu den Betten ist eine Zumutung, egal wie alt man ist. Keine Stühle zu Hinsetzen, kein Platz. Sofa fleckig. Wir waren froh als wieder weiterdurften. In 5 Wochen Japan habe wir viel gesehen, aber das ist wirklich nicht zu empfehlen. Wir kommen nie mehr wieder.

• Makiko (6/5): Good for a short stay. - They provided a powder detergent for the loundry and the bathroom had a dryer function. I booked 2 rooms but the pre-check in (TAX payment system) didn’t work for both rooms. It made the actual check in on the site using a tablet so complicated.

• Chaerin (10/5): - 짐이 많은데 후기에서 엘리베이터가 없다고 하길래 방을 1층으로 요청드렸는데 1층으로 주셨어요. 번호키라서 카드나 열쇠 안들고 다녀서 편하고 주방이랑 세탁기가 있어서 장기숙박하기 좋아요. 제가 있던 5월 말 기준으로 숙소 바로 앞에 공사중이어서 아침에 좀 시끄러워요.
• TOMOKAZU (8/5): - 博多駅からは10分程度、空港まで地下鉄利用しても30-40分とかなり移動には便利。 また近くには、食料品を扱っているドラッグストアやラーメン、居酒屋、びっくり亭など飲食店があり楽しい場所です。
• DOHUN (8/5): - 가족5명이 잘지내고 왔습니다 하카타역, 텐진등과 가까웠고 침구류등은 만족스러웠으나 아쉬운건 세탁기가 고장나 사용하지 못함과 전자렌지용 식기가 없는점이었습니다 앞으로 다시갈 의향 있습니다

• Hiroyuki (6/5): - コンビニが近くにあり便利。ロイヤルホストも近く、朝食に使った。また、複数駅へ徒歩圏内で立地はよかった。 部屋の広さは問題なかった。 排水、布団関係はきれいで問題ないものの、冷蔵庫内に前の客が何かこぼしたのか仕切り棚がベタベタだった。 除菌シートを仕方なくコンビニで買って最低限だけ棚を拭いて、基本、冷蔵庫は飲み物のみ入れて、全て外食した。 あと、インターナショナルが利用していると思われ、部屋の臭いが気になったので、絨毯かカーテンにファブリーズを必ずかけるべし。
• Vivien (6/5): Pleasant - Location was convenient, walking distance from Hakata station. Overall it was ok for one night but I would not have liked to stay there for longer. It was our second stay in Fukuoka and the other apartment was much better. Here we were right next to a big building site, so we had a lot of noise. Not the apartments fault, but annoying anyway. We were on the ground floor and were literaly looking at a wall half a meter from our blurry window. The worst thing was that someone had been smooking in the bathroom. It smelled like old cigaretts. The kitchen equipment was not the best. We had chopsticks and four plastic spoons, four plastic plates and four plastic cups for eating plus one pot and one pan.

• Mai (8/5): Very good - Good location. Good restaurants arround. Room in an excellent design to save space. Almost all necessary facilities are equipped. Has aircon in toilet so it is convenient to dry clothes Internet is in good speed even if we have to call the host for another internet provided. Futon has mold. Appreciate if oil and salt is provided for cooking. Some places has dust. Washing machine is a bit dirty. Sometimes can hear noises from room above. The double decker bed is not in firmed conditions and makes noise when getting on and off that made children afraid of sleeping there.
• Caringal (7/5): Good - I like it that it really has a space for luggages and we are a family of 4. Near 7-Eleven (2 mins walk) and Family Mart (3 mins walk). And 11 mins walk to Hakata Station. The matresses are thin but did ok.

• Rochelle (9/5): Superb - Responsive host Near the bus station About 15 to 20 minutes walk to Hakata station Recommended! It's a bit uncomfortable to sleep on the sofa bed. Some parts are sunken. However, my body got used to it as each day passed.

• Daydee (9/5): Good for a small group - Like living in a small apartment. Can fit four although I think our party of three is the maximum number of people given the small space. It's an unmanned hotel, so you check yourselves in and out. The hotel emails the check in procedures days before, and I recommend registering in advance so that it's easier to check in, i.e. you only have to scan a QR code to get your room's password. Personally glad that we have a first floor room so that we don't have to climb up a flight of stairs. I don't think there are any elevators here. The location is great: there's a drugstore that's like a grocery store nearby and I was able to buy some black tights (long story, small emergency). Takes us maybe 12-15 minutes to walk to Hakata Station. There's an option to ride a bus, but we ended up preferring to walk on the days we stayed. The noise or lack of sound proofing. I could hear people going in and out and talking in the nearby rooms. As for amenities, it's complete. I just wish there were ironing facilities. The control panel is a bit hard to operate, sometimes we have to bang on it a bit before it reacts and lights up so that we can enter the passcode. There is nothing to view. The window is very opaque - can't see anything outside, and it can't be opened.
• Anna-isabell (8/5): Very good - It's a nice modern apartment with everything you need and very good located close to the center. The futon beds were quite hard
• Yujin (8/5): Generally, this apartment is good, but - Good location, clean room!! But some facilities have to be checked such as TV antenna, Wi-Fi connections status.

• Ikumi (4/5): Disappointing - We had to buy mattresses and pillows. The ones supplied were so thin. One of the sheets sets was moldy and had bugs. Not good for a family.
• Wai (8/5): Too small for family of 4 - Value of money The wind dryer cannot dry the clothes.
• Akiyoshi (8/5): Very good - Location, room, price Bathroom smelled odd
• Lily (8/5): Comfortable stay near train station - The place is very close to the main station on short walk or bus ride to the shopping centres/street. The space is quite spacious with the loft and enough space for at least 4-5 adults. There’s full-size bathroom, washing machine, microwave, fridge and stove so it’s more convenient than a hotel room. No dryer so you gotta hang your clothes to dry. The noisy business that people complained about has been moved now so it’s not noisy. We got one room upstairs so it’s hard to get big suitcases up and down the stairs.

• Reynaldo (10/5): Fukuoka Mission - The room had ( almost ) all modern conveniences and appliances. Inverter heater/Aircon, ref, microwave, electric kettle, induction stove (!), washing machine (!), heated toilet with bidet, shower/bathtub with cold/hot water, keyless entry, etc. It's almost unbelievable for the price! Location was almost perfect, less than a kilometer from Hakata Station, and convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. Just that the Aircon and exhaust fans filters needed cleaning. The sofabed downstairs wasn't very comfortable to sleep in.
• Krystle (10/5): Exceptional - Location is perfect, near konbini - 7/11 and family mart. Hakata station is a fair walk away. The room is clean! Loved the toilet 🙂 Nothing!

• Iris (10/5): Nice stay and will come back. - The room is bigger than expected as shown in the pictures, enough space to open two big luggages. It is good to have more than enough futons to use. Shower is also good with nice hot water and convenient with washing machine. Overall a nice place to stay! Basically nothing I really don't like, only the walk from Hakata station is a bit of distance especially tiring to walk after whole day our doe sightseeing.
• Stuart (7/5): Really good apartment, very happy - Very good value for money, staff were very quick to reply to messages. Check in was simple and easy and the location was very good, only a short walk to the subway or hakata main station. Sofa bed was hard and very dirty behind it. Shower room had mould on the sliding door. Alot of dirt behind the fridge, including things dropped behind it. The rug had a stain on it and part of it was wet when we arrived. Apartment could do with a better clean is all. It was noisy at night due to no sound proofing but it's an apartment in Japan, we knew it would be as it wasn't advertised with sound proofing so we weren't really bothered.

• Mugan (8/5): Very good - 1) Clean & comfort 1) No elevator, not good for big luggage. 2) Bed, need to climb up, not recommend for senior or big size people.
• Arada (5/5): Passable - The location is very good. the staff is very polite and quick to respond. host need to pay attention to the cleaning more. air conditioner has a lot of dust. there is window but has a lot of dust which cannot be opened.

• Arli (10/5): Comfortable - The location was really good, a few minutes walk to the metro. We were surprised with the space. We thought it was too small but it was comfortable for 4 pax. The amenities as well was great. The host was very accommodating. None
• Yenn (7/5): Trip Pod Sumiyoshi C - Convenient location with walkable distance to Nakasu and Hakata. Easy check-in and check-out process. Noisy neighbours partying all night every day during my stay.
• Max (5/5): Passable - Spacious living area with multiple mattresses. Sleeping on mattress on hard floor is painful to my back. I had back ache after first night for my duration of the stay. Not enough charging points.
