- Verified traveler (8/5): 滿意但仍有改善空間 - 1. 入住不順利，由於沒事先通知要用LINE連絡，在門口電鈴按了10分鐘都沒有反應。(民宿主人回應: Hotels.com 的後台設定不完整造成的困擾，將立即改善) 2. 房間非常小，但以這個價位尚能接受。 3. 整棟空民宿可看見民宿主人精心佈置，相當特別。 4. 電視的位置很奇怪，沒有合適的位置可以看電視。(民宿主人說將修改） 5. 早餐提供附近知名碗粿及味噌湯扺用卷(價值50元)，非常可口。 6. 民宿主人專業經營多家民宿，很客氣、態度良好，或許下次入住會有更好的體驗！

- Verified traveler (2/5): 適合不怕吵與不介意味道與早餐的旅客 - 旅店服務人員是友善的，但是不知道為什麼我已線上刷卡付清住房費用，現場仍要求我付現。（後來確認我確實有付款後，沒有收費。） 房間陳設與佈置有用過心，但是沒有確實清潔上位住客用過的寢具，枕頭/床/被子都留有他(她)的體味，因為覺得噁心，所以整晚都睡不好。 房間隔音不好，街道上的車聲人聲都很清楚。 浴室的隔牆好像有機器在運作，毎隔一段時間會發出很大的聲音，接著連天花板也都會震動地轟轟作響。我想這樣的房間，不適合開放給房客住宿。 沒有提供如訂購頁面展示的歐陸式早餐，連麥當勞早餐券也沒有。希望hotels.com協助提醒旅店必須提供，如果沒有撤下那行字感覺是廣告不實。
