- KIMIO (3/5): 2度と行かない。 - 客室の冷暖房が調節できない。全館共通の温度なので、寒ければエアコンの電源オフと書いてました。 そんなホテルはないと思います。 客室階ごとに喫煙エリアがありません。 予約する時は要注意です。

- takuji (8/5): 兎に角、温泉施設が豊富で良かった。 - シングルの部屋を使わせて頂きましたが、非常に綺麗でロケーションも良かったです。 また、食事の選択肢が多く、迷ってしまいました（笑） 温泉施設もバリエーションが豊富でした。 あまり旅行等をする方ではないのですが、現時点では一番泊まって良かった施設でした。 無料の送迎バス付なのに格安でこのクオリティは非常にありがたかったです。 温泉施設は良かったのですが、只一つだけ残念に思ったのが岩盤浴コーナーの内装が薄暗く、非常に寂しく感じました。 その他の点としては、個室内で食べられる軽食類のバリエーションがもう少し欲しかったです(カップ麺やレンジアップ品等)展望の良いお部屋だったので、そこで一人で朝からゆったりと食事が出来る選択肢も欲しかった所です。

- Maria (8/5): If I get there again, I will ask for a ocean view, the rooms look cleaner and have more natural ligh - The location, the views and the hot natural water was enjoyable, breakfas buffet was good with a lot of options to choose from. The location views were very nice from the rooms facing the ocean also we saw the Mount Fuji from the restaurant window. In general it's a good place to visit. To get a bag with clothes and a towel, everyone was wering the same clothes in the hotel. Our room was smelly and even we inform to the front desk people they didn't do nothing about it, we try to upgrade the room but we couldn't. The rest was fine.

- Andreas (10/5): Sehr gutes Familienhotel für Menschen die Onsen mögen und Abends nicht raus möchten - Sehr gutes optionales Frühstück. Die Anlage hat neben den üblichen Onsen-Zimmern (Massagesessel, Manga-Leseecke, etc) auch über 7 Restaurants und ein Izakaya. Das hat uns besonders gefallen, da wir mit kleinen Kindern abends noch etwas essen konnten ohne das Hotel zu verlassen.

- 淳一(Junicni) (8/5): 快適且つリーズナブルな一夜 - ・お風呂が多種多様で楽しめました。露天風呂もサウナも岩盤浴もプールもあり、普通のホテルでは絶対に有り得ない入浴体験が出来ました。 ・お部屋はシンプルだけど必要充分で快適でした。 ・イートインでお部屋に各食事処から届けてもらえて食事が取れるのは、メニューも豊富でとても良いサービスだと思いました。 ・館内全て土足厳禁で違和感を感じてしまいました 健康ランドとしては普通なのでしょうが、ホテルとしてはスリッパが無いので裸足や靴下で館内を歩き回るのは少々抵抗があります。火災とかで避難する時は靴下履きで大丈夫か？と思いました。次はスリッパか上履き持参かな。 ・部屋のテレビ画面が小さくて、寝ながらだと見えないのが残念でした。

- 森 (10/5): 健康ランド - 中華、蕎麦、焼肉、和食、居酒屋の飲食店が入っていて、大広間（座敷と椅子）で注文すると色んなジャンルの料理をテーブルまで届けてくれる。通常サイズとミニサイズもあって、少しずつお腹の様子を伺いながら食べられたので残さず綺麗に食べられました。楽しみながら食事ができました。 特にありません。

- 宗一郎 (3/5): やな感じ - 炭酸泉がメンテナンス中で変わりに漢方湯になっていた。良い香でリラックス出来た。 ・日曜日朝食会場が混み合う為食事時間が1時間以内となり落ち着いた食事は出来ない為、月曜日は別の所で食べた。 ・連泊中で部屋にいた時、従業員同士の怒号がうるさく部屋にいづらくなった為出かけるはめになった。 ・宿泊後に入浴利用の為日帰りのカウンターで並んでいた。カウンターが空いていたのでチェックインしようとしたが目の前で宿泊者優先と言われた。日帰りのチェックインカウンターで。

- 鈴木 (8/5): 温泉施設が最高‼️ - 部屋は清潔でこじんまりして静かでよかった。 エレベーター利用で温泉施設が簡単に利用出来、食事も好きなテナントが選べて満足でした。 ありがとうございました。 健康ランドに向かう時の道筋に目立つ看板を立てて欲しい。 曲がって入るところが分かりづらい。
- Yoji (8/5): 連泊おすすめ - 1 お湯の２３時間営業 2 仕事部屋がある 3 サウナが多種ある 4 富士が見えることもある景色 5 会計の一貫性 まとめ 連泊して、保養とか仕事をするのに向いている。（一泊では楽しみ切れない） 連泊した。食べもの店は色々あるが、食べ過ぎになった。自炊軽食したかった。小さいコンビニがあればな、と。

- Yukie (7/5): - ロケーション、お風呂、食事はとても良かったです。 特にお風呂は種類も多く楽しめましたし、アメニティが充実していて気持ちよく過ごせました。 部屋の掃除が甘く、清潔感が欠けていた。空調設備が古いのか温度調整がうまくいかず、暑かった。

- masaru (8/5): 海側の部屋で海を眺めたり展望レストランもおいしかったり、大浴場を満喫出来て普段の出張と違いリフレッシュ出来ました。 - お風呂の種類が豊富で良かったです。 ・エレベーターが満員で乗れずに次を待つことになる事が何度かあった。 ・シングルだったのですが部屋にもシャワーがあると尚最高です。

- Alya (6/5): If you have a Tattoo don't go. Otherwise great. - Everything was clean:) When I booked they referenced "shared bathrooms" which seemed normal to me. But as I arrived they told me they only had the Onsen as a shared bathroom. Since I have a Tattoo I was not able to take a shower at all which was frustrating.

- Thomas (1/5): Gare aux tatouages vous n entrerez pas.... - La vue sur l ocean Atlantique Je n ai pas pu accéder aux sources chaudes avec mes tatouages. L hôtel est assez difficile pour accéder à pied. Pas un mot d anglais de la part des hôtesses d acceuil elles vous montrent une fiche pré-imprimé.

- 恭子 (8/5): 満足。 - ゆっくり過ごすことが出来た。疲れを癒せた。 食事をしたが、お肉が少し古い感じがした。 ３人で泊まったが、部屋の広さは、2人部屋くらいで、せまかった。

- 渡邊 (8/5): - お風呂はとてもいいです。 スタッフの数も多くてチェックがされてる。 とても気に入っています。 和食の食事処が最悪。あれでは客は入らないはず。 大広間に移動したが、ここも味が今一でした。 清水って食事不味いのですか？ 食事も宿泊には大事なポイントになります。 残念でした。

- Ryosuke (2/5): 安いから仕方ない - 特段良いと思った点はないです 部屋が匂う。狭い。朝食は予約が埋まり、まともな時間の枠はなかった。館内に人が多すぎる。大浴場、お風呂の種類は多いけど、ひとつひとつが狭い。人が多すぎて不潔に感じる。
