Guest Reviews
- Bill (8/5): Great - I could speak to the hosts over the phone. Very valuable. Electronic communication is not the same!! No Aircon in the Unit
- Bree (8/5): A comfortable stay - Excellent location, comfortable. Could do with a good clean in the laundry/bathroom especially mould in the shower and around the washing machine.
Also no wifi which is confusing because the tv is accessing the internet.
- Angela (3/5): Wouldn’t stay there again - Great location No aircon, no wifi and no mobile signal. Not well advertised that it didn’t have these facilities.
- Lindsey (6/5): Large apartment in great location but it feels old and tired - The apartment is in a lovely area, so close to both the national park and Hastings St. Beautiful Little Cove is a very short walk away.
The apartment is large and has two great balconies that get either morning or afternoon sun which is nice. Parts of the apartment feel old and tired, for example the cooktop has rust around the edges and the couch base has disintegrated so you just sink down a lot, it’s not comfy at all. The lounge is pretty dark even in the middle of the day and really needs more lighting. The cleaning could also be a bit better, there was a lot of hair in the shower from previous visitors.
Check in was very disappointing. My booking.com app said check in was from 2pm so we went to Hastings St to pick up the key at 2:30. The lady at Accom Noosa told me the apartment wasn’t ready. I said my app said check in was from 2 and she said “All our properties have a 3 pm check in”. I said should I come back at 3? She tersely responded “we’ll text you when it’s ready”. Finally at 3:10 I got a text and we had to walk all the way back to get the key. I think they need to fix their booking.com entry but more importantly treat clients in a nicer way in circumstances like this. The lady I dropped the key back to was lovely so it was just one staff member.
- Katrina (8/5): - Great location, very spacious, balcony off the bedrooms looks over the ocean Place was a bit dusty
- David (8/5): - Child was bitten by spider on neck while sleeping, more than once
Also, dishwasher didn’t work
- Jakobsen (9/5): -
- Mark (8/5): Nice location and layout but dirty and no wifi and difficult check-in - Great location in a quiet area with good views from the side balcony connecting 2 of the bedrooms. The unit layout flows well. The unit car park although not secured was convenient with visitor car spaces for an extra vehicle. The property is managed by accom noosa who did not respond to messages on the booking.com system yet sent several automated messages wanting credit card and drivers licence details as a security deposit. We also received a message after payment was made regarding renovations to the unit next door. Fortunately no work was being done over the weekend so it wasn’t an issue. The staff there didn’t seem to have much knowledge on the property. You are required to pick up the keys from their office on Hastings street where parking and traffic Is a nightmare. Whilst the unit has a great location and good layout it was quite dirty however had everything we needed for our stay. There is no wifi and phone reception was limited.
- Sackman (7/5): Great location, and place to relax- some minor improvements can bring up to 5star status - Location was fantastic, size of the property was good No Wifi?
Driveway is not conducive for short cars. Cleanliness of the public areas near the pool need to be maintained on a regular basis.
- Kimberly (10/5): Exceptional -
- Troy (5/5): Clean and comfortable unit let down by average communication and management. - I was only told about renovations going on at the property after the booking was made. When I tried to confirm if it was in the adjacent unit I received no response (on arrival we found out it was), There was no wifi as advertised. We contacted the management company and they forgot to deliver it to us. There is also a ventilation fan in the ensuite that you can't turn off, its extremely loud and can be heard with the door shut.
- Annabel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aldis (7/5): Beautiful location and lovely apartment, but lacking attention to detail - Fantastic location - only a short walk to the National Park, Little Cove, and only a few more minutes to Noosa Main Beach. The boardwalk is beautifully lit at night so a perfect place to walk any time of the day. Our family really enjoyed the apartment pool, perfect for little ones too with a nice shallow section to stand in. Unfortunately the bed rooms of the property have old/musty carpets and for those sensitive to dust and mould this is not ideal. The cane furniture in the living area was also mouldy and had a bad smell. The apartment can be well ventilated by opening doors at either end but this wasn't enough to make it comfortable, particularly at night and during storms when we needed to close the doors. The property does not have aircon.
Internet was very poor and there is no Telstra phone reception in the apartment or wifi connection in bedrooms. Had to leave property to make a phone call.
The property provides a few tiny sachets of dish washing and clothes washing products which is hardly sufficient for a family that has travelled so far to holiday there. It is SUCH a shame to have to purchase dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, clothes washing powder and decent hand wash when these could so easily be included in the accommodation. Simple pantry items should also be included, such as oil and salt. These are not costly, and it would be far more environmentally friendly too if the property could move away from sachets and tiny packets of things...small changes would improve a family's stay greatly.
- Camila (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gareth (9/5): Superb -
- Sarah (10/5): Such a beautiful location and you can walk everywhere - Parking on Hastings at to pick up keys is difficult
- Marcus (8/5): Very good -
- Neil (8/5): Great sunny unit right by Noosa National Park - location and great sunny deck with loungers The stairs
- Abby (7/5): Good - I liked that it was nice and tidy. That I had three different addresses sent to me and that I had to pick up the key from a different location.
- Lana (8/5): Had a very relaxing time, so close to my favourite beach. - The apartment was a great size with a very big living room and an ample kitchen. The bedroom was very comfortable and had lots of hanging space for dresses etc. The bathroom was a little run down, and there was building going on next door, but we were gone all day so didnt really bother.
- Alan (3/5): Poor - Location Mouse droppings on window sills, dead cockroaches on floor,Mould and dirt on tiles in shower, no spare rubbish bags or toilet rolls (pretty lousy for what you pay)
- Carolyn (4/5): Great location. Would definately consider booking again but only in cooler months. Beware No Aircon - This property is in an excellent location. Little cove is just 100 meters and Hastings street is a 15 minute walk away this property is NOT AIRCONDITIONED which is most likely reflected in its affordable pricing however at the time of booking we did not notice. The unit is stifling hot with ceiling fans not adequate. The unit was too hot to stay in during the day and unbearable to sleep in at night.
- Sharon (7/5): Good - Location was lovely and convenient. Process was clear and easy, Staff were friendly and accommodating. My fault for assuming there would be air con for the price paid and Queensland location. Bathrooms could have been cleaner on arrival (example: balls of hair sitting in shower that had not been removed.)
- Rod (8/5): Comfortable apartment, except for the surprising absence of air conditioning. Really needs this, at least in the bedroom - Great location in Little Cove, spacious, clean and well-equipped. Refreshing small pool. No AC, so it gets very hot in summer.
- Tegan (4/5): Disappointing - Wasn't too clean and didn't have air con
- Stephen (7/5): Love the location, good space in the apartment. - Location is great. Easy walk to everywhere No airconditioning.
Noisy with construction happening next door
- Lauren (7/5): This place was great and I would recommend it to my friends and family, however, this property would benefit immensively - This property was lovely. The location was amazing- very close to the beach, and all beds were comfortable and facilities were clean and easy to use. We also enjoyed the ability to park underneath the property, and the use of the pool to cool off after a hot day. This property has no air conditioner. This was particularly difficult at night trying to sleep as it was very hot in the summer. Also, the internet kept dropping in and out of service, meaning it was difficult to watch streaming tv.
- Brett (9/5): Superb -
- Diana (10/5): Quiet, relaxing with some lovely views. - Good value for money, clean, spacious with everything we needed. Close to little cove beach yet not much further to Hastings st and Noosa’s main beach. Lovely views of the ocean from inside the property and the large balcony.
Great access to the popular national park tracks. Always worth the walk for some stunning views.
- Ingrid (9/5): Superb -
- Hamish (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ryan (6/5): Great location. Shame about the jackhammers - It is a bit annoying having to collect and drop off the keys a few km away. Noosa town was packed and there was no where to park - drove around town 3 times. Collecting the keys added another 45 minutes to a long trip.
The construction next door was very invasive. Literally using a jack hammer outside our window at 7 am every day. We were warned about this only after making a non refundable booking and we're offered no concessions or solutions.
- Leanne (8/5): Very good -
- Angela (4/5): Disappointing - Good location No heating in winter. Blanket aren’t very clean. Dirty sock found in the spare blanket. Not enough hot water for shower. We were a group of four people, first night we showered not long after one another, the last person had a cold shower, she almost got sick from the cold shower.
- Vicki (9/5): Great quiet location to beach and town. - Quiet location close to National Park headland walks and 15 mins into shops and cafes.
Short stroll down some steps to Little Cove beach and then along the boardwalk into town.
Very well equipped kitchen and apartment. Very clean.
Pool was a welcome bonus.
Enjoyed having a spacious balcony to relax after a day out.
Plenty of room for hanging out washing, beach towels etc..
Would definitely stay in this location again.
- Maria (9/5): Enjoyed our stay, would return. - Fantastic Location, very roomy, nice and quiet, easy walk to the beach. A little dark inside and no air conditioner.
- Alison (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vicki (8/5): Very good -
- Stephen (9/5): Superb -
- Andrew (8/5): Very good - Great location. Good access to pool and national park walking tracks.
- Paula (7/5): Good -
- Rhyl (6/5): Pleasant -
- Michael (8/5): Very good -
- Simone (1/5): Bad - For the second year in a row our private court yard was intruded upon by the same very aggressive neighbour who insisted on using it for his own personal use despite being asked to leave! He insisted on accessing our property looking into the children’s bedroom. Very creepy and unsettling.
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional -
- Don (8/5): - Great location, unfortunately a dark lounge and noise from neighbour yard.
- Brenda (8/5): very enjoyable. - space and location
- MARK (10/5): - Location to ammenities and activities, cleanliness and accessories provided.
- Rita (8/5): Very good -
- Tim (7/5): Good -
