- yvette (4/5): Poor maintenance!!!! - Toilet was not flushing when we arrived for 3 night stay. Reported 3 times to desk clerk. Housekeeper plunged & later supposedly added chemicals, but still would not flush. Desk clerk claimed she’d tell manager 2nd day. No one ever came to repair. No flushing toilet.

- Tyler (7/5): Nice Hotel, but some problems to work out - Rooms were clean and had a modern design Lobby was spacious and nice with places to set and work Room was spacious and pull out couch worked well for my 5 year old Hotel was quiet, could not hear any neighbors Sewer smell throughout the hotel was bad especially in the elevators Breakfast only had one meat and they were only putting out tiny amounts at a time… (4-5 sausage patties/8-10 strips of bacon) that’s not great when there’s 40 people eating breakfast. Faucet was mounted so far to the right of sink that water got everywhere anytime I (or my 5 yr old) washed hands Mattress was an older spring style mattress and uncomfortably firm for a 300lb side sleeper, I had to sleep on my back

- IR (10/5): A memorable stay. - I appreciate the courtesy and friendly staff, from the front desk people to housekeeping, Consuelo and Lorena. It’s always comforting knowing that when you get back to your room everything looks refreshed. I’m also appreciative of the patience given towards my family, we travel with 6 kids ranging from 1yrs old to 17yrs and I know it can get overwhelming but your staff made us feel right at home. We weren’t too thrilled with the pool, there were some debris at the bottom that cut our feet.

- jessica (10/5): Excellent stay - This my favorite location to stay in Dallas. It is off a major highway, mid point between Love Fields Airport and Garland/Mesquite/Rockwell area. Entire hotel is consistently clean staff is friendly elevators quick and reliable. Bed and pillows are comfy, shower amenities plentiful. All outlets work by bed by desk ext and there is a small fridge. No complaints on my behalf. If your very very sensitive to lights or traffic noise maybe select a room facing the back street instead of the highway but its absolutely no issue for me.

Hotel was overall very clean and well put together. I really appreciated front desk service who were considerate of me and where I parked to help keep our vehicle/possessions safe. A great big thank you to front desk attendants during night and day shifts!!🥰🙏

I pay to stay at your facility and then you charge me $5 a day to park in your parking lot. Your clerk said we pay or your vehichle will be towed. Unbelievable! Having to pay for my car to stay in your parking lot! No more Chilton properties for me.

- Alexandra (9/5): We had a great stay at Hampton Inn and Suites. - We loved our stay at Hampton Inn and Suites. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great. There were a lot of different choices (waffles, toasted bread, cereals, eggs, sausages, fruits). We appreciated the variety of choices and the area to sit down was nice.
