• Moises (4/5): - Creo que es importante mencionar que es indispensable contar con acceso a internet para poder hacer el check in. El tamaño de la habitacion no es de 18metros como lo marca las caracterisitacas del cuarto, realmente es diminuto, mide 12 metros. La limpieza es cada tercercer dia, y tampoco se menciona en la pagina. La chica que a veces esta en el hotel tiene un pesimo caracter

• Haus (10/5): - Perfectly located in the heart of the historic district — less than 5 minutes from the old Cathedral. The room was charming, with a nice mix of historic touches and modern minimalist design. My only complaint is the rigid check-in policy.

Sin embargo, me gustaría señalar que el anuncio lo presenta como un hotel, cuando en realidad se trata de la renta de una habitación con baño privado. No hay servicios adicionales ni siquiera recepción, lo que puede ser confuso para futuros huéspedes. Sería útil aclarar esto en la descripción para gestionar mejor las expectativas."
• Alberto (6/5): Esperaba más - Después de decirme que sería posible dejar la maleta en la habitación antes del check in, me presenté a la hora prevista en el apartamento y no pudo ser. Tuve que buscar un locker en ese momento. Casi pierdo mi primera excusión por eso. De haber sabido que no era posible, hubiera llevado organizado desde casa este tema y no hubiera perdido más de una hora en resolverlo. Importante: Solo ponen un rollo de papel de WC. Para 3 días, dos personas. La verdad, bastante escaso. Por lo demás, el apartamento bien y la situación estupenda, pero... creo que si tuviera que volver a Málaga, buscaría otra opción.

• Lis Klintmann (10/5): Perfekt beliggenhed - Beliggenheden kan ikke blive mere perfekt. Lige i hjertet af Malaga. Dog kan man ikke parkere i nærheden, men til gengæld kan man gå til det hele, stranden incl. Ville blot have ønsket en vandkedel på værelset.

El baño es amplio pero el espacio de la Ducha es muy reducido e incómodo; la división de vidrio está incompleta y el agua se sale. 2. El Closet diseñado para colgar la Ropa es lo mas absurdo que he visto, a quien se le ocurre tener algo colgante. 3. Las 'mesas de noche' son unas tablas !!! 4. Deberían dejar sobre la Mesa unas 2 botellas de agua, creo que esto ni suma ni resta al valor pagado por la habitación.
• Maria del carmen (4/5): - De forma general mi experiencia a sido bastante mala. Lo bueno: Es muy bonito y muy bien ubicado. Tiene ascensor . Lo malo: Todo el servicio el tercializado y falta agua caliente. Las camas no son particularmente cómodas. Tubos dos incidencias, la primera que saltó la alarma antiincendios del hotel a las 22 hs. El problema: tuvimos que llamar los huéspedes a un call center para que nos enviaran a alguien ( si era una situación de riesgo real nadie responsable del hotel estaba involucrado, solo empresas externas y porque los huéspedes llamamos). Parece ser que es un problema habitual que se repite. La cereza del postre? Cuando al fin pude irme a domir el servicio que solucionó el problema me llama a las 1:30 am para preguntar cómo ha ido. El segundo gran problema? No hay suficiente agua caliente. Nos duchamos una vez bien y las otras dos con agua fría. Por lo que nos dijeron otros huéspedes ( conocidos en el incidente anterior) pasa a lo largo de toda la semana.

• Ramzi (2/5): - Mixed feelings about this place because I liked it and didn’t at the same time. When I checked in early, I was told that there would be some member of the staff on Sunday at 10 am to meet us and store our luggage before our room was ready. When We got there, the whole reception was closed and the lights off. Our codes would not be active for another 4 hours or so, so we had to wait for someone to open the main gate for us. We waited a few minutes but there was no one, so I had to use my roaming line to call the number at the front door. The guy that answered said he doesn’t speak English and that he will have someone call me back in 3 minutes. One hour went by btw and I never got that call. However during that time , some guests left so we were able to go in and at least sit in the lobby and wait there, but it was dark, super humid and hot and the washroom was locked with a padlock! I used the main phone line in the reception to call the numbers they had listed there and after talking to three people, the cleaning crew finally got a call to let us in our room. Atleast we got the room earlier than 2 pm. (It was noon by that time. I can’t blame the cleaning crew because they must have been rushed to give us the room but it wasn’t that clean. Beard trimmings were still in the sink and the new sheets weren’t that clean. After that first day we were able to get over the disastrous Checkin and focus on enjoying ourselves. The staff the following days were very nice and helpful

• Verified traveler (10/5): Très bien pour un week-end - Emplacement central, parfait car on peut tout faire à pied, la plage est environ à 15min. L’hôtel et les chambres sont très propres, rien à dire. Clim, serviettes de douche, sèche-cheveux, télé… Le système de code est pratique car on ne peut pas perdre de clé et nous pouvons faire le check out très facilement. Le seul petit bémol est le bruit entre 4h et 6-7h du matin, même avec les fenêtres fermées, car il y a de nombreuses boites de nuit dans les rues à côté.

Ook is er een lift voor de bagage en kan je de bagage in een ruimte veilig opbergen als de kamer nog niet in orde is. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Kamer werd elke dag gekuist: nieuwe wc rol, verse handdoeken en vers beddengoed. - : Airconditioning was aanwezig, maar werkte niet zo heel goed. Er was geen handige kast waar je veel kleren kon in opbergen. Het werd elke dag gekuist, maar wel niet zo grondig: haar op de grond van persoon voor ons.

• Alexis (10/5): - We had a lovely experience staying here. Our room was clean and was decorated beautifully, and we had a nice view from the balcony. The location was great - there were many restaurants, shops and sights nearby, and there was a little card in our room with recommendations for things to do, which was lovely. It was a bit loud at night - but that’s because the building is located in a busy area with lots of bars and restaurants nearby, so it wasn’t a huge issue or fault of the property. Only other issue was that the shower tended to leak out into the bathroom, and the sink was a bit finicky - sometimes getting more or less intense on its own while using, but it wasn’t too bothersome.

Peccato per la pulizia non impeccabile e la doccia aperta bella ma poco funzionale ( il bagno si allagava)e che in camera non ci fosse neanche acqua o una macchinetta del caffè. • Octavio (10/5): Perfecta ubicacion, Atencion de Lujo - Nuestra habitacion estaba de lujo, nos gusto mucho el diseño y la limpieza, la amabilidad de las personas en recepcion, En nuestro viaje por España visitamos 7 lugares y de todos, el hospedaje que mas disfrutamos fue este Hotel. Definitivamente regresamos! Sin olvidar de su ubicacion, perfecta para todo lo que se debe conocer en Malaga!

Muy buena comunicacion del dueño con los huespedes. No hubo nada que no me gustara. Si regreso volveria a hospedarme en el.

This may mean, however, being awakened by outside crowds at 2 in the morning. The lack of soundproofing inside may also disturb you if you have noisy neighbors.

• Brigitte (8/5): - Draps frais belle sdb et douche. Lit refait chaque jour , apprécié. Beau secteur tout est accessible 30 min de marche du train arrivee et départ. Aucun transport en commun. Sauf excursion Ronda, et l'arrêt a 20 min de marche. Bel environnement sécuritaire mais un peu bruyant si on n'aime pas climatiseur. Sinon fenêtres isolent bien du bruit. Ascenseur et jolie cage d'escalier J'aurais apprécié un mini frigo pour fruits eau jus
• Ruben (2/5): Extremely rude check in staff. Bad communication - The experience of 1 night in this hotel was more than questionable. The checking was complicated and the staff member managing it was extremely rude. We arrived at 13:55 with all the heat and he refused to open till 14:00. How ridiculous is that? The bed sheets were old and in a very questionable state. The toilet gets flooded in 2 seconds. Definitely a NO OPTION even for super sort trips. It was absolutely horrendous and quite a disappointment as hotels.com user. Worst 100 euros spent ever.
