• Gülbin (8/5): Einmaliges Erlebnis mit Sc Freiburg in Istanbul - Lage gut für alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, ein Wahnsinns Frühstück, Gelegenheit türkisches Frühstück zu genießen. sehr natürlich freundliches Personal von Rezeption bis Zimmer/Frühstück. Wir hatten eine besondere Situation, haben im Save was liegengelassen, und es wurde uns in jeder Hinsicht geholfen. Es war sicherlich auch mein Fehler, es gibt Zimmer im Keller, mit kleine Fenster. Genau lesen, was man möchte. Die letzte Nacht haben wir im 1.Stock geschlafen, und da sind die Fenster wie gewohnt 😊. Ist nichts negatives, nur ein Hinweis für alle die buchen wollen.

O pequeno almoço tem raízes locais e aí é perfeito. Os colaboradores são prestáveis e prestaramboas informações e arranjaram o que foi preciso. As obras omnipresentes na maioria dos locais mais interessantes. Ruas em mau estado, sujas e com lixo nos passeios. Trânsito algo caótico em toda a zona histórica.

• Víctor (8/5): Hotel cómodo con excelente ubicación - La ubicación es excelente. A 15 minutos a pie de los.principales monumentos. Buen desayuno de buffet. La parte dulce es un poco más justa pero la salada es muy completa. Las habitaciones son cómodas aunque algunas triples resultan pequeñas y cuesta organizarse. Muy limpio. Ofrecen jabón y champú, café e infusiones y botellas de agua que reponen a diario. Durante tres de los días de nuestra estancia el ascensor estuvo averiado y eso es una incomodidad en un edificio alto con el salón de desayunos en el quinto piso. Algunas habitaciones triples son un poco pequeñas.

Breakfast excelent with many options. Rooms exactly as in the pictures and very clean. Wifi was interrupting quite often. walls very thin you could hear the noise from other rooms and hallways. Not a deal breaker, but for light sleepers might disturb.

Se proprio dobbiamo trovare un difetto... La ventola del bagno che rimaneva accesa per tanto tempo dopo aver spento l'interruttore, ma non è stato un problema comunque.

• Helen (10/5): Excellent stay at a first class hotel making our visit to Istanbul even more memorable! - The location of the hotel was excellent and very close to the old part of Istanbul, with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. The room was very comfortable and clean, as was the hotel overall. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of hot and cold food available. The staff made sure there was always a full selection of food available for guests. The staff overall couldn't have been more helpful in every aspect from the booking of a taxi transfer from the airport to the general care and attention they gave to us during our stay. We would definitely stay at the hotel again and would recommend 100%. Thank you for a great stay. Nothing at all.

• mayu (10/5): Top Hotel - Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral zu den Basaren, Eminönü, Blaue Moschee... es ist alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, jeder einzelne. Herr Adnan in der Rezeption hat uns herzlich empfangen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig. Das Frühstück, vielfältig und für jeden etwas dabei.

La chambre était spacieuse, impeccablement propre et très confortable. La literie est excellente. Le petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet est varié,frais et très bien présenté. Un grand merci au personnel, en particulier à Senol et Aygesul, pour leur accueil chaleureux. Ils sont toujours souriants, attentionnés et très professionnels, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour un séjour à Istanbul. Tout était parfait

Personale molto disponibile e gentile, in particolare Firat ci ha dato moltissime indicazioni ed ha soddisfatto appieno ogni nostra necessità. La nostra camera era giusta come dimensioni, fornita di tutto (pantofole, detergenti corpo e capelli, phon, acqua, tv, clima, etc). La pavimentazione della nostra camera sarebbe quasi il caso di sostituirla, causa infiltrazioni e danneggiamenti vari.

The staff, and especially Mr. Firat, was always friendly, easy to talk to and ready to assist us with any request. The location of the hotel was not ideal. While not far from nice attractions, its elevation and construction sites around it reduced its location value.
