• Anna (8/5): - Jól felszerelt szoba, a szobához terasz is volt, kedves és segítőkész személyzet. Tiszta környezet, szép belső udvar. A szálláson bicikli bérlésre is van lehetőség. A közelben éttermek, kávézók. Mi innen mentünk Cobá és Chichen Itza kirándulásra, amelyek könnyen megközelíthetőek voltak kocsival. A reggeli nem volt annyira bőséges, mint más szállásokon. Félkész utak vannak, de a hotel előtt van parkolási lehetőség.

• Alice (8/5): - Bella stanza con tutto il necessario ed un terrazzino molto carino. Quando siamo arrivati non funzionava bene l'acqua calda nella doccia ma abbiamo avvertito il personale e hanno risolto il problema. La colazione non è a buffet ma è buona con possibilità di scelta tra dolce (pancake o waffle) o salato (uovo sodo o strapazzato), tutto sempre accompagnato da frutta e da una bevanda tra caffè e latte o thè. Una mattina abbiamo avuto un'escursione presto ed il personale è stato così gentile da prepararci caffè e frutta da portare via fuori l'orario della colazione. Mi sembra che l'hotel abbia soltanto due posteggi privati però lasciando la macchina sul lato della strada abbiamo sempre trovato posto. La posizione non è centralissima però con una passeggiata si arriva tranquillamente sulla via principale del centro, anche se di notte la strada è poco illuminata.

Not the best location - around 30 minutes walk to the main street so you're gonna spend more on taxis. No street lights outside the hotel but a big pit so be careful when you're walking back at night. *There were POWER CUT every morning during our stay, one day it happened a few times in the morning, wifi, air con everything was off*

Ville morte à fuir, je regrette d’avoir perdu mon temps ici. Le fond de la piscine sale. Musique dans l’hôtel toute la journée jusqu’à 22h. Mauvais petit déjeuner.

• Rogelio (10/5): - This is hidden gem in Tulum, it has a lot of charm. I go diving with Infinity2Diving and they are around the corner from this hotel. The staff is ver accommodating and friendly. The chef there is ready to serve you a great breakfast. I will definitely stay there for all my upcoming diving trips. Thank you Strabon!!
• Cory (10/5): Loved it - Had a wonderful stay. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Had to book a cab early in the morning for a tour. The time for pick up kept changing. And the front desk was awesome in helping me. Highly recommend. Everything is within walking distance but if you need a cab it's easy to do. If and when I come back to Tulum I will def stay here again. Great for the price.

• David (6/5): Du potentiel mais avec des prestations incomplètes. - La chambre confortable et grande, la literie très bien, le calme de l’hôtel et la localisation par rapport à la rue branchée « bobo bohème » de Tulum Le personnel pas très serviable et pas très fiable. Et le petit déjeuner pas bon, pas à l’heure et très très restreint (café ok mais le reste est en supplément). C’est dommage.

• Aliana (10/5): My girls and I had a great time and felt comfortable staying at Strabon Tulum and plantócome back - It was in ce real Tulum. We were within walking distance from so many places. We rented a car though which was our best options to do everything we planned. Strabon had free parking and cameras to ensure our car was safe. Not their fault but it rained before we got there so the mud and the potholes were a little rough.

• emmanuella249 (4/5): Big deception - When I came, they gave a room with 2 double beds as I was alone and the give to a family of 3 a room with 1 double bed. I don't understand why. So I ask them to switch as I don't need 2 double beds. Secondly, before I came in Tulum, the sent me some activities without price. I beg them for 2 days to send me the prices and I finally get them but it was too late to reserve. They've not a breakfast. What they serve is not a breakfast. They only have coffee, no hot chocolate, no tea (I asked them and they said they don't have), they only gave us fruit and bread. One day as I was going on an activity, I asked them to put my breakfast in my room as they always bring it to me in my room. When I came back, I realize there's no breakfast in my room, so I pay a breakfast for that day and I didn't take it. They were so slow when you asked them something. Really deceive regardless of my experience with them. I'll no longer stay in their hotel for my next time in Tulum.

Nice pool, terrace, basically everything. It is better to have car to get to the beach or through the city. I definitely do not recommend to use the gas station close to the hotel. They are robbing tourists. But in hotel was everything perfect :)

• Gesa (4/5): Great if you like dark, moist, musky smelling places overgrown with plants and poor breakfast - Old pics of the property - they should have had the plants cut back The vegetation had to be cut back- hard to reach the room with all the leaves of the Areca palms in the way - mosquitos everywhere. The bathroom sink and counter had been broken and the mirror was covered in with black mold spots. The walls were moldy and the room smelled musky to say the least - the room was very dark. The breakfast was very poor.

Es kam kein guter Flair auf, man könnte dort viel mehr rausholen und den Leuten mit Musik Cocktails anbieten und zum verweilen einladen am Abend sowie auch ein tolles Standard Frühstück schaffen! Die Zimmer sind super groß und geräumig dagegen.

• Christopher (10/5): A verdant and easy-living gem near Tulum center - The accommodations immaculate, the services gracious and the place serene. On is immediately impressed by the plants, pruned and encouraged to grow in all the exterior spaces of this wonderful hotel so that one is always moving about and thru a carefully art directed jungle. Even getting to our ground floor room, to its marble terrace with it's contemporary iron-crafted wing chairs was an adventure. There's a little pool, a kind of conceptual cenote that's charming. Most of all, the staff is gracious and eager to assist and provide comfort, towels for the pool, beverages, a wonderful breakfast. It's a small well-maintained hotel. Located in the outskirts of town, one can easily get to shopping and restaurants either walking or by taxi. There's a superb French-inspired bakery just two blocks away. We felt safe in the neighborhood, which like most of Tulum town is undergoing aggressive development, but this hotel stands alone as a really nice establishment in which to stay and see this part of Mexico.

Interior jardin is also a nice touch. There was an electric arc right in front of the hotel. Made a buzzing sound 24/7. Also, hotel is bit of a walk from the central avenida.

• Ted (8/5): - Très propre et personnel très accueillant. Petits déjeuners servis avec fruits frais et bonne humeur. Petits moins : accès par une route bosselée et parking dans la rue. Avoir une voiture est une quasi obligation

• Eduardo (8/5): Bom hotel, localização ruim - É um hotel pequeno mas bem confortável. Quartos de bom tamanho e bem equipados, por um preço bem razoável. A localização é ruim - não é perto do centro e não tem muita coisa por perto. O estacionamento é na rua. O café da manhã é servido tarde (apenas a partir das 8h00), não é buffet e é bem simples.
