Emplacement central proche de la gare, des commerces et des restaurants. Contact facile et instructions claires pour le check-in autonome. Décoration peut-être un peu sommaire, il en faudrait un peu plus pour que la chambre soit plus chaleureuse. Mais ce n’est que mon avis 😉

My poprosiliśmy o pożyczenie czajnika i kubków - bez problemu otrzymaliśmy następnego dnia. Takze to na plus Jednak takie podstawowe wyposażenie, powinno być na stałe w pokoju - brak szafy na ubrania - pokój dość ciemny (mało światła dziennego)

No se si se debió a un error...pero si nos molestó que no nos respondieran a la pregunta de donde podríamos encontrar un aparcamiento cercano. Nos tuvimos que buscar la vida para encontrarlo sin meternos en la ZTL.

• gianfranco (8/5): piacevole soggiorno - buona la pulizia ,cambio asciugamani dopo due giorni, ampi spazi , soffitti alti (camera 1 King size). posizione centrale buona, bagno ampio e completo. letto matrimoniale con spalliera in cattivo stato e con materasso completamente scarico ( il tutto da sostituire ). TV che riceve malissimo i canali. Si consiglia di posizionare nel bagno appendi asciugamani da muro ( difficoltà di dove posizionarli)

• David (9/5): - They were very helpful, the room was very clean and the location is good (15-20 min walking from the main station). The room didn't have natural light at all, which is not an issue if you plan to stay only for sleeping

Stanza comoda e spaziosa , abbastanza silenziosa nonostante sia in pieno centro. occorrono alcuni piccoli accorgimenti per rendere maggiormente confortevole il soggiorno, come uno spazio e ripiani adeguati per i vestiti, uno specchio a figura intera. Il termosifone nel bagno non funzionava, e ci hanno ringraziato per la segnalazione

• luky1959 (8/5): Ottima sistemazione. - Tutto l'iter, dalla prenotazione all'ingresso nella struttura, è molto smart (funzionale ed efficiente). Ambiente pulitissimo e assistenza al cliente ottima. Se vogliamo proprio trovare qualche difetto potremo dire che ho impazzito trovare parcheggio e forse saresti meglio andare subito nel garage vicino ( lo consiglio a tutti!) 😉E Il letto, a nostro parere, troppo soffice.

Posizione ottimale e, nonostante sia locato nel cuore della città, non è stato avvertito alcun rumore provenire dall'esterno. La stanza aveva tutto il necessario per il soggiorno tra cui un mini frigorifero e un phon. Proprietario gentile e sempre disponibile.

• Giuliana (1/5): Disappointing and dirty - It was close to the port and near a lot of restaurants The shower had hair in it and was dirty. The water did not drain so we had to keep turning the water off in the shower every minute so that it did not overflow. So essentially you’re standing in dirty shower water the entire time. It was awful. Then the pillow cases were stained as well. I did voice this complaint as soon as we arrived and the host did not care and at the end when I voiced how disappointed I was she didn’t even respond.
• Martin (4/5): Generally disappointing experience, because of the rude owner and bad cleaning. - Almost no natural light in the room (outside shutters and interior blinds). A/C was working. The owner sent me her bank details so I can send her the tourist tax directly in her bank. Otherwise only cash accepted. Poor cleaning. The room was a mess at the check-in time. The owner told us to wait another 1,5h (until 16:30). Even after the cleaning, there were someone's shoe steps in the bathroom, dirty toilet and hair in the shower, Rude owner. When I asked her to consider a discount based on the messed-up cleaning and delayed check-in time, she only sent aggressive messages in Italian (despite previously communicating in English).

Room is placed over a restaurant. Door to the room is very thin and people from other rooms will wake you up at night. Can't imagine staying here during high season or weekends. Very squeaky bed, couldn't move at night without waking up my partner.
