- Boulard (7/5): Malgré une perte de temps de départ, bon séjour - Emplacement idéal Deux points difficiles Le contact avec les gérants de l’appartement qui répondent à côté des questions posées. Le code de la porte géré par internet qui ne fonctionne pas toujours. Heureusement que l’on nous avait donné une clé ! D’où une perte de temps d’au moins deux heures à l’arrivée, très désagréable !

El barrio de las letras, a mi juicio, es perfecto para parar. Creo que los espacios son pequeños. No obstante para 3 es perfecto. Creo que debe prestarse atención a que en invierno no se pueden dejar apagadas la calefacción y caldera a quien llega, es importante mostrar un poco de atención al cliente.

- EUNJUNG (10/5): 마드리드의 아담하고 편안한 숙소 - 주요 관광지와 가깝고 아토차 역도 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다. 숙소가 아담하고 편안해요. 체크인 아웃도 쉽게 할 수 있도록 연락주십니다. 조리도구도 잘 갖추어져 있고 주변에 맛집도 많아서 더 좋았습니다. 환경을 생각해서 수건과 휴지는 인원 수 만큼 제공됩니다. 추천하고 싶은 숙소입니다.

Communication from the apartment owners was really good as well. Really loved the location. There was nothing that I did not like.
- camila (7/5): - La ubicación fue excelente. Esta a 10 cuadras de todos los principales puntos turísticos de la ciudad. Muchos bares, restaurantes y servicios cerca del departamento. Para tres personas el departamento es ideal, 4 como en nuestro caso entran un poco apretados pero esta bien! El dormitorio principal el cómodo! Muy buena comunicación con el anfitrión, siempre dispuesto. La limpieza del baño al momento de recibirnos tal vez no fue profunda y el desagote de la ducha no funcionaba bien. Hablamos con el locatarios y nos dio respuesta al instante!

- Robles Fernández (9/5): Todo bien aunque hay cosas mejorables - El alojamiento estaba muy bien, estaba limpio, era bonito, era facil y sencillo de acceder. No me gustó que la fianza la cogieran, deberian de buscar un método en el que te pudieran coger 200€ de fianza una vez que has hecho algo que no se debe. Se escuchaba un poco de ruido si abrias el balcon, supongo de los aires de los vecinos. En el cuarto pequeño no habia ventana y puede resultar agobiante. Por el resto todo perfecto

- Tim (6/5): - Good location The place is very small and some things need repairing. The floor is uneven and broken/in disrepair in multiple places. The kitchen is tiny (literally only one person can be in there at a time). It can get very hot in there as well even though there is one air-conditioner - it doesn't cool down the bedrooms very well. The beds are just ok to sleep on, nothing special.

Air conditioner drains to living room. Have to constantly empty bucket. Unacceptable. Electric circuits overloads often requiring reset of fuses. If you use AC and any other high current appliance such as oven it will trip all electricity in apt . No external views at all. Cumbersome web page required to open building door. Apartment door code failed one day prior to departure.

- Ali (10/5): Almost Perfect - Excellent location next to the metro station. Clean and comfortable. Everything you need is available (coffee machine, pots, plates, dish sponge, washing machine ...). Although it takes some time to get used to the check-in system, everything is explained in detail and you can get support quickly for help. I highly recommend it.

- Ian (8/5): Very good - The location was perfect for access to the city centre, the apartment was clean and tidy and just as advertised. Overall, nothing really to not like. One thing that have been a problem, but was luckily not, was access on arrival. We arrived around 10pm and there was no access to the communal areas of the apartment. Fortunately, someone was leaving soon after we arrived, so we managed to get in. The keys needed to access the communal areas were inside the apartment, so it was only a potential problem on arrival.

- Nana (9/5): A nice place with great location - The flat isn’t very spacious, but it’s cozy and comfortable. Well equipped and very convenient for a family with kids. Ideal location, very close to the city center, surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Close to supermarkets and public transport as well. Highly recommend!
