The staff (including Pay) were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the front desk staff who were always available to provide assistance. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was also ideal for us as my girlfriend was visiting family living close to the hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. Thank you to all staff. - My wife and I stayed here to be close to a friend´s house which was perfect for us. Everything about this hotel is absolutely fabulous. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful at all times who even ran out with umbrellas to protect us from the sun when walking from the car park to reception. Such a wonderful example of professionalism and hospitality. All facilities and amenities were meticulously clean 24 hours and the room was great with an extremely comfortable bed. The food in the restaurant was amazing with a great choice of dishes on the menu. Nothing, Everything was perfect.

Graziella (10/5): A hidden gem. - A hidden gem. Beautiful setting, spacious rooms, extremely clean. Fresh food for the breakfast selection. Friendly and responsive staff. Limited vegetarian choices for the breakfast buffet, but staff were very responsive to requests for vegetarian food.

Colin (7/5): Spacious and well equipped room - The room was very large and also contained a sofa, a small dining table and two chairs as well as a mini fridge. There was a small balcony to sit outside on which was nice. The bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom shower pressure was good with plenty of hot water. A nice touch was the dressing gowns and slippers. Breakfast was served in the restaurant and a good selection of items was available. The hotel is nicely decorated and there is a small bar near the reception area which had an extensive selection of whisky on offer. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were pleasant and helpful. The swimming pool was closed for both days that we stayed and we were only informed it was closed when we arrived which was a shame, as we would have like to have used it. A suggestion would be to have a path made from the front of the block to the restaurant and reception rather than having to walk around the back of the block and the maintenance/staff area. We had a car and so being some way from the main town was not a problem but this should be borne in mind for guests who might wish to sightsee the area who require taxis.

William (8/5): Overall a nice environment, good rooms and kind staff. - This is a nice park-like environment with beautiful trees. The rooms are large, modern and clean and the staff polite and eager to help. Parking is good under shaded roof. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others, so the negatives noted should be seen in that light. They are constructive criticisms, not reasons not to visit. There was no furniture in the room on which to open and unpack suitcases, despite the room being admirably spacious. The options were to kneel on the cold floor or put bags on the sofa, meaning we then couldn't sit in it to watch TV. This didn't matter much because there were no channels to watch anyway, just Thai-language broadcast TV. (This conflicts with information on bookings.com. Every other guest there when we stayed was non-Thai). The disappointing thing is that both these points and lacks have been noted by previous guests, but the issues have not been addressed. Restaurant staff were keen to help, and did so, but despite 12%, (for example), of the population of UK being vegetarian, and similar percentages prevailing in other European countries, there was barely a non- meat option on the menu. This isn't good enough in 2023. Bookings.com notes AMEX accepted, but reception said not. This inaccurate information didn't matter to me, with multiple cards, but what would have happened if a guest arrived with only AMEX, having been assured on Bookings.com site that that would be o.k.?

I like high end finishings in the rooms, very clean and well kept grounds/gardens/pool, and quality food in the restaurant. The breakfast is excellent every morning. The staff here are all friendly and competent. I can tell the owner/manager does a good job training the staff. The garden crew gets extra kudos, along with the restaurant staff, and the housekeeping staff is outstanding. I stayed here previously also, over 4 years ago. I am astonished how the place still looks brand new, other than the trees and gardens having grown to be more beautiful.

William (10/5): Will stay again when in Area - The staff was amazing, so helpful and very goos representatives of the big hearted Isaan/Thai people. The hotel is new, has great rooms, and a wonderful pool. Breakfast was nice each morning, and the room was cleaned immaculately each day of our 5 night stay. I can say enough good things about the staff. I asked about English channels on the TV, as I could not find any, and they sent a guy to change me cable box to accommodate English language channels. What service !!! My only suggestion is that the hotel makes better signage at the highway turnoff, as at night the road is very easy to miss.
