• Harold (7/5): Great location, value, comfort and views. - The location was exceptional. The views were awesome. The suite was spacious. We found a washing machine manual online. The farmyard was genuine. The host was away, the alternate host was away the first evening, so there was no heat. Not a catastrophe, but not the greatest, either. The animals were absent, as it was early in the year. We missed them.

• Piotr (10/5): Fantastic scenery and location, would definitely recommend for the nature lovers. - We were arriving in very snowy conditions in the winter and the host cleaned the road for us. In general very hospitable persons, we made a tour to their sheep farm and our kids played around with a dog. House is very clean and location is fantastic overseeing directly the ocean. Everything went well.
• Tom (9/5): Beautiful and clean apartment with a beautiful view - Beautiful apartment with a wonderful view (if you do not mind the collection of cars and vans). Very spacious apartment with very comfortable beds, a practical bathroom with a nice shower and a very well equipped kitchen. Wifi is very decent and because you are staying on private property you can park your car right in front of the property. There is also a nice terrace with grilling facilities. (We stayed during late autumn so we couldn't use it.) Everything was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay. The owners are really sweet and speak a lot of languages (even Dutch which was a pleasant surprise)! It is a bit faraway from the town center but that is part of the overall charm. You will need a car to get around (but I guess you have one since you are touring Iceland).

Not sure what kind of farm it is but the apartment is surrounded by vehicles, cars, trucks… A semi blocks the only window viewing the North. Also, there is a clothes washer but no dryer (only small drying rack)

• Kerstin (8/5): Very good - We stopped here for one night on our way from Akureyri to Snaefellsness. The apartment has everything for a short stay. In the morning a couple of sheep and a cat even came to visit. For more than one night it would have bothered us that all beds were in one room.

• Julie (10/5): Lovely, very clean and comfortable apartment. - lovely, well equipped and very clean apartment. Beds were extremely comfortable as was the living room. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking or preparing food.. It was a beautiful Ikea apartment, so well organized and very livable. Large picture windows in the living area opened out to a small deck and a beautiful view of the fjord. The coffee machine could be better.
• Julie (10/5): Perfect retreat with a beautiful view. - The apartment is very comfortable with a beautiful view. Having a washing machine is great too. We loved the cats - they made themselves at home inside for the evening. Since we love cats, that worked well for us. I stead of eating out, we ran to the supermarket and picked up food to cook for dinner. It was so peaceful there that after eating out for 10 days, it was nice to stay in. We wish we could have stayed longer!!

• Sanjay (10/5): Beautiful location, great property - We really enjoyed our stay at the Steinn apartment which was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable. Nice kitchen and big living room was a wonderful change from crammed rooms at other properties. Friendly pets (cats, dogs) and sheeps add to the ambiance.
• Briana (10/5): - This working farm is off the beaten path. Beautiful views surround the spotless apartment. As we arrived late in the day, we were a bit confused about how to check in, but we ended up finding the key inside our well-accommodated apartment (half of the house). We never met the hosts, but the cat and dog were very friendly. We had a nice stay.
• Ajay (10/5): - It is a different experience to stay in a farm. Beautiful views. Apartment is simple and has all the amenities I would need. One thing that the place gets very warm and you have to keep the windows open .
