- Elizabeth (10/5): - We stayed at 3 hotels during our trip to Abuja. Alphaplus remained our favorite. Location to jabi lake was great. Staff was so kind. Room service was slower than expected, but the food always arrived warm and delicious. The market across the road has just about anything ypu need and ypu can walk to Jabi Mall. There are rides you can take just put the gates as well as a hotel driver. Loved this hotel! Bed was a little hard.

The wall art doubles as an A/C #fancy Good variety of channels, though not many. Comfortable beds, though could be softer. If you like firm beds, this is good. We didn't end up using the pool, gym, or bar on site, but that is available. Also is a 15min walk or 2min drive to Jabi Lake Mall, which was REALLY convenient. That was the selling point for us. We liked how accommodating staff were, and it was a very peaceful atmosphere. My only suggestion is that they offer more clarification of what foods are pepperish so we could make decisions based on our health limitations. I'd order a dish that wasn't spicy one time, but was spicy the second time. It made it a bit difficult to figure out how to order to match our health limitations.
