- Vera (8/5): It was normal - Location was great, the valet was very expensive but it was good just to call for the car and have it downstairs I was too expensive for the quality. I reserved a normal room, but I got a disable one because they were sold out. I asked for a pack and play a couple of days prior my arrival, but when I got to the room, I didn’t it on there. So I needed to wait almost an hour to get it. We arrived at 2am with a 1 year old baby. The breakfast was okay. I was really disappointed to see that I needed to use disposable utensils when the price of the staying was so elevated, I was hoping for something more.

- Damien (6/5): Great location, friendly staff, and a comfortable stay overall with a few minor areas for improvement. - Great location within easy walking distance to lots of attractions and food options, and Uber pick-up/drop-off was very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was a good size for our family, and the pool area was simple but enjoyable, our kids had a great time there. Guests should be aware that reception is on level 6 and the elevators get very busy, with long wait times during peak periods. The room was not set up for 5 guests on arrival even though this was booked in advance, we had to request extra towels and prepare the sofa bed ourselves late at night with very tired kids. The pool bar also closes quite early (5pm). The biggest downside was the pillows, which were extremely flat and uncomfortable, easily the worst hotel pillows we’ve experienced.

We traveled with two teenagers, so the trundle bed was perfect so that they didn’t need to share a bed. We loved the Roof Top Bar with live music nightly. We really loved everything- the only thing that would have been better is more towels for the room. We only had three bath towels, there were four of us in the room. We requested another but it never arrived. Minor in the grand scheme of things- truly that was the only negative.

The entire weekend we had warm water for showers, like you were short of hot water.It was terrible as it was cold outside and we all felt like we froze when we got our showers. That would be a reason for me not to stay again. The thought of getting in a shower when you knew there wouldn’t be hot water was terrible.

The room had no information on Nashville for being out of town. The bathroom frame was coming off the wall, the water in the toilet was low, the 100$ damage fee when I checked in? The parking was easy, and the parking staff was very friendly. We loved the pool and hot tub too! The ONLY reason I didn't give this a 10/10 was because it's located in such a central location, the noise can be a little much. We stayed on a lower floor so we could hear a good bit of noise well into the night (we're early to bed kind of people haha). with a sound machine and the AC fan up high, we were still able to fall asleep though!

This was a fantastic place to stay, clean, safe, and all the staff was very kind and welcoming, but the major benefit is its location to all the entertainment Nashville has to offer. The bed was not the most comfortable, a little harder than I like, however my partner was very happy with the bed. I think it's really just a matter of personal preference.

- Sherry (8/5): In total, it was a good stay. - The location is pretty good—near Broadway, about a two-block walk, which wasn’t too bad. The room was clean with newer facilities. We booked for four people but were only provided three sets of towels. Valet parking costs $60.

It’s close enough to Broadway for a quick walk to all the entertainment, but far enough away for quiet time when you’re ready to slowdown. Clean rooms and friendly staff make it a great place to hang your hat when in Nashville.
- Y8930BUbrendas (8/5): First visit to Nashville for the holidays. - I visited SPRINGHILL Suites Nashville at the beginning of December for a short getaway with girlfriends. It was delightful. Robert and his valet team could not be more friendly and efficient from our arrival to our departure. The hotel staff was just as wonderful. I will definitely visit again. Keep up the good work.

Every single interaction with the valet team was outstanding, but I especially want to recognize Robert. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, Robert was the definition of exceptional hospitality. The service was incredibly fast and efficient—our car was always brought around promptly, even during peak hours. ***Beyond efficiency, Robert was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. He went above and beyond, offering helpful local directions, provided great local tips, and always greeted us with a genuine smile, making us feel valued as guests. It’s the little details that elevate a stay from good to great, and Robert at Springhill Suites Nashville Downtown / Convention Center delivered on every front. It was refreshing to receive such efficient and welcoming service. FIVE STARS!!!
