• H. (10/5): - The entire place was very clean. We were able to use the pool/hot tub. The laundry room was easily accesible as well. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful. There is only valet parking available which is $25 a day. I called ahead of time to ask about parking or I would not have known. The microwave in our room had a burnt smell when using it when our food had only been in for about 30 seconds.

• Nichole (10/5): Home away from home !!! - Me and my husband didn’t have a great experience last time we traveled. We were a little hesitant . Thank goodness when we walked in it was beautiful!!!! Amazing and so clean I felt home even though it wasn’t close ;) staff was sweet and helpful ! Mmm I do dislike that we had to find parking if we didn’t pay for valet which I didn’t really see when booking . I still would have stayed but I would have liked to be more prepared for that !

But my favorite part.....when I was charged $25 a day for valet parking even though at no point was it disclosed and then "offered" like it was a complementary service.....IT'S NOT! It's not a lot of money but it's the idea of being forced to pay for something that should be a choice to do yourself.

• Amy (10/5): Great Hotel - Our stay at the Residence Inn was great. Everyone who worked there was professional and friendly. My only complaint, and it is a small one, is that the fan for our AC ran continuously. It was extremely hot while we were in St. Paul, so perhaps this is why. But it was frustrating because the fan was noisy. But truly we had a lovely room and a lovely stay.

You have to valet your vehicle which they charge you $25 each time you valet plus a parking tax of $2.25. I don’t really care but you don’t get a choice and aren’t told about it. • Alex (10/5): Best Hotel I’ve Stayed At. - We stayed for two night and a group of friends initially stayed for one night but they decided to stay another night the next morning, the staff that we interacted with were really fun and great help when we had issues. When we got to our room our tv was super blue, like hurt your eyes blue. I called down to the front desk and the woman said that someone will come up to help. Once the guy came up he walked in and immediately said “WOW that tv is blue” and went out the room almost immediately to get us a whole new tv. Once he came back up he set it up nice and swiftly and was ready to go, we talked for another 20 mins about random stuff and he was super chill, he also called down to the shuttle that goes by to have them wait for my group cause they needed to run on an errand. Additionally from what I heard the shuttle ride was super nice and the driver was really good to talk to as well. And finally the room itself was great, at first I was unsure if the room would be worth what I paid, usually casino hotels are about the same as what I paid for just a basic room. But these are like fancy little studio apartments. Honestly wouldn’t be mad to live there. 10/10 stars on all fronts. Definitely the best hotel I’ve stayed in at this price.

I parked in the children's hospital ramp kiddy corner from the hotel. Slight walk but weather was nice.
• Shelby (9/5): Hockey Game Stay - Stayed for a hockey game at the Xcel Energy Center. Being able to walk was perfect. The hotel lobby was clean, the room was spacious with a full kitchen, & the breakfast was decent. The room could have used a little TLC; wiping down the ceiling, straighening the art on the wall, there was a shelf that didn't work properly because it leaned too much. The pool & jacuzzi spa were nice to go to in the morning before checkout.

I wish there was streaming services that were available for people who didn’t have their own streaming subscriptions. Elevators smelled like weed at times.

• John (10/5): 2 night stay - I was absolutely blown away by the beautiful room. It was spacious and comfortable. The television was set up so that you could watch it in bed, or turn it around and watch it from the bar in the kitchen, oreven further and watch it from the couch.

It started as an olive green color and was "baby poop yellow" when we got out. I wore that same suit all summer to 3 different outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool, and the color never faded until I used your hot tub. I talked to the front desk about it the following morning and wasnt given a solution I was happy with, considering I'll have to buy a new suit now.

• Eve (10/5): - All the staff I encountered were absolutely phenomenal, shoutout to Terry the night front desk manager who checked me & my daughter in. He was super kind & understanding he also gave us great advice & recommendation. Pool is modest but it satisfied my daughter so that’s all we needed. It’s salt water so less chemicals to worry about. Hot tub chemicals irritate the eyes less w/o jets on. Breakfast is DARN good for being included. Staff was very attentive to refilling it. Awesome stay.
