• Jasmin (7/5): - Sehr nettes Personal, grosses Zimmer Die Strasse ist leider sehr laut auch in der Nacht. Die Bettlaken und Handtücher wirken etwas alt und verwaschen, sollten ersetzt werden. Ich hatte zwar einen Balkon aber keinerlei Mobiliar wie Tisch oder Stuhl um ihn zu nutzen.

• Kimberly (10/5): One of the best places in Dalat - This hotel is in a very convenient location, close to many attractions (Crazy House, Cathedral Church, Bao Dai Palace, Xuan Huong Lake and Night Market). The breakfast was really nice. The beds were super comfy, and I loved the warm, welcoming design of the room. Staff were always smiling and helpful.

• Jake (4/5): With all respect I would not recommend this hotel because it was to much work and disappointment, why would you want tha - We liked the location When we booked the room it said it came with a bath and a shower. We wanted to make sure there is a bath and after messaging them, the agent rudely explained that the “bath” stated in description means shower which was a bit disappointing and without any sense. There was water bottles in the room and once we checked out they wanted us to pay for the 4 bottles even tho there was no price list indicating waters were not free. A bit disappointing we had to defend ourselves over water bottles that looked like they were free and are usually free in other hotels.

• Châu (8/5): thất vọng về khách sạn - không xa trung tâm 1. không có lễ tân trực chỉ có 2 cháu bé, sáng 7h đến nhận phòng đợi hơn 20p mới có chủ ra làm thủ tục 2. đặt xe trước qua zalo và khách sạn đồng ý nhưng đến lại nói hết xe. mình phải tự liên hệ book xe ngoài rất tốn thời gian 3. phòng cách âm vô cùng tệ, bên ngoài hành lang và phòng kế bên mở tivi hay trò chuyện đều nghe được hết. phòng 201 ổ điện dưới tivi có nguyên cái lỗ nhìn được phòng bên, họ mà mở tivi phòng mình tivi cũng tự mở theo làm phải rút điện 4. nước suối chỉ cấp miễn phí ngày đầu, không refill các ngày sau đó. ở nhiều ks đây là ks đầu tiên như thế haiz 5. có 1 anh tối ngồi trực khi hỏi chuyện trả lời không nhiệt tình, và gọi khách là ê ê ê 6. bánh kẹo trên bàn dưới sảnh hết hsd từ 2024 nhưng vẫn để khách ăn, mình phải ngăn các bé lại. mong ks không muốn để thì nên dọn luôn chớ hết hsd nguy hại 7. khách sạn không đáng 3 sao

• Anastasia (10/5): - Ставлю 5 звёздочек. Нас очень хорошо встерили, с учётом того что забронировали отель буквально за 30 мин. до заезда. Мы были очень уставшие, на ресепшен девушка прекрасно говорит на английском, все понятно. Утром организовали чудный индивидуальный завтрак для нас с мужем, правда! очень вкусно: омлет, хрустЩий батон , зелень, овощи, и, я не знаю, как называется, типа вьетнамского хот-дога, только вкуснее. Ну и чай кофе на выбор. Подсказали вечером рестик где вкусно, помогли заказать автобус до нячанга, т.к. русские карты не работают. Кондиционера в номере нет, но он и не нужен и так замерзли😅 Единственное, немного есть запах сырости в номерах, но в других отелях Далата не была, сравнить не с чем. Бронировали на одну ночь 9.10.20205 Мы, в принципе путешествуем без завышенных ожиданий, нам понравилось! Пысы: номер с балконом. Шумновато, потому что пьяная компашка вьетнамцем решила именно под нашим балконом двигать свои разборки до часа ночи😅

• Александр (5/5): - девушка на рецепшн хорошо говорит по английски очень вежливая. Номера относительно чистые есть все необходимое. Локация хорошая. Нет депозита при заселении что удобно. Большие тараканы в номере возможно конечно нам так повезло просто. Отменили завтрак сославшись на то что у повара какие то проблемы хоть и выплатили компенсацию в 50 000 донгов на человека это создало неудобства так как не хотели заморачиваться и искать с утра где позавтракать весь день был распланирован. Горячая вода идет не сразу спустя 3-5 минут.

• George (10/5): Golden Bee felt like a little home away from home! - Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a summer getaway. Staff made us feel truly welcome with their kindness and helpful tips for sightseeing.
• Poppy (10/5): A wonderful place to stay – highly recommend. - It was nice that they had a smart TV with Netflix so we had wonderful time relaxing in the room on the rainy. Full new set of facilities in room and in bathroom - I especially love the lavender scented body wash. The city view from the windows along the corridor was incredible. The staff were super friendly and went beyond the border to serve the guests. The price was reasonable and unbeatable. I definitly will come back.

• Tudor (10/5): Great value - Great value little hotel! It’s not far from the center (20min walk or a 30k VND grab car ride away); bonus it’s super close (3 min walk) to the Crazy House, which anyway you should visit at 8-8:30am to avoid the crowds (trust me). It is clean, the staff is super friendly and speaks good English, the water is super hot and with enough pressure, the wifi is ok. No real downside for the price level. You can’t really go wrong with this place, unless your expectations are unrealistic for what they charge.
• Sang (3/5): Front desk was sweet but couldn't make up for icky state of hotel. - The location is ok, the staff was really sweet and helpful. Hotel is shabby and dirty. I was scared to really touch anything but had less than 24hrs in town so just decided to stay put and spend all my time outside the hotel except to sleep. The shower is hot and had good pressure.

• Hannah (5/5): Passable - The bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot. Poor ventilation so the bathroom had mould on the toilet seat, sink, and window frame. It was obvious that they've had this problem a while and tried to clean it up, but its not been very successful. In several areas of the bedroom, mould was also starting to appear. Not the hotels fault, but they are widening the road, and the road works start early.

As tourists we want to get to know your country, hence eat your food, these breakfasts were just imitations of western ones, but very poor. Employees pretend to speak English, but they really don't.
• Oleksandr (8/5): Very good - Good hotel, 200 meters from Crazy House, friendly staff, stable Wi-Fi, many cafes near the hotel. The bed is comfortable, good hot water pressure, there is an elevator. The hotel is next to the road, my room was with a balcony on the third floor, at night it was quite noisy because of the traffic, earplugs helped.
• Eleanor (10/5): Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Lat. - The location is very good, close to night market, Crazy House, and Bao Dai’s Summer Palace. The hotel has a modern look and facilities creating a cleanliness feeling. Rooms are spacious and clean. And top of all is the price. Super worth the money. Additionally, the spacious parking lot made it super convenient. Very kind and welcoming staffs.

Restaurant was closed. One room was not serviced. Had to ask for toilet paper. Very small rooms. Knocked my leg on the edge of the bed as it was difficult to move around.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and in very good condition. The fitness centre was a little poor but apart of that there is really nothing to complain about.

Located right in the city center, the rooms are extremely clean, fresh-smelling, and equipped with a smart TV with Netflix. The staff is friendly, enthusiastic, and provides daily room cleaning service. Overall, great value for money, everyone should give it a try! Will definitely come back when visiting Da Lat again.
• Blankenship (10/5): 10 points for cleanliness - The hotel has a spacious elevator, beautiful airy rooms, very clean with all amenities, and large, cool windows. They provide daily towel changes. The hotel is right in the center, making taxi rides and getting around very convenient. Next time I come to Da Lat, I will definitely stay here again!
• Frederike (10/5): Exceptional - It was so clean!! We could rent a scooter and drive around the area (180k/day), you could do the datanla waterfalls or the langbiang mountain. There are many options for food in the area, or you can get a grab to the City for about 15k. The soundisolation isn't that good, we could hear other guests arrive at 4.30 in the night, but that is not really the hotels fault.

• Jien (10/5): Excellent hotel, value for money. - Strategic location, 3 mins walking distance to crazy house. Many choices of restaurants and cafe around. We were only staying 1 night, but it is the best hotel we stayed compared with the other 2 hotels in Dalat and Ho Chi Minh city, consider the budget, safeness and cleaniness. The Staffs were friendly and able to communicate well in English. Overall it is excellent!
• Caleb (7/5): Good - Very friendly staff both at check in and during breakfast. Good sized room and decent bathroom. Location within walking distance to most things. WiFi was good. Biggest improvement needed is the cleaning. There was a lot of dust and mould, the whole room needed a deep clean. Had to ask twice for toilet paper as cleaners did not replace each day. Breakfast a little repetitive. Bed a little hard for our liking.
