msn1987 (8/5): Schoon, netjes en prima locatie! - We waren hier twee nachten voor familiebezoek met een kleintje van bijna 3. De kamer was schoon en netjes. We misten wel een (combi)magnetron om iets snel op te kunnen warmen. Verder is het keukentje van alle gemakken voorzien. In plaats van een kinderbedje waar onze dochter niet uit kan vallen kregen we een 1 persoons uitklapbed. Niet zoals beloofd nadat we dit hadden nagevraagd. De bakker, Spar en Billa om de hoek waren heel handig om snel nog even wat eten en drinken te halen! Al met al een prima appartement! Kleine tip: Zet een bezem neer zodat gasten ook de kruimels na het ontbijt kunnen opruimen.

Hoffer (7/5): zweckmäßig, aber keine Offenbarung - Lage war für uns unerheblich, Garage ist super, Aufzug direkt ins Haus ideal. Die Betreiber haben sich für das herabgefallene Bild (s.u.) entschuldigt, immerhin... Mitten in der Nacht ist ein Bild (ca 80 x 50 cm) direkt hinter den Kopfpolstern aufs Bett heruntergefallen, zum Glück nur Lärm, kein Schaden. Aber da hat schon jemand vorher mit Klebebändern irgendwas gepfuscht. Und mit zwei kleinen Nägeln ist ein Bild nicht gut aufgehängt. Sollte bei allen Apartments überprüft werden. Und überdies war das Besteck nicht gut gereinigt. Den Fernseher drehbar zu montieren, wäre ein Vorschlag.

Britta (6/5): Zweckmäßig - Kostenlose Parkgarage, Bäckerei direkt im Gebäude, für längere Aufenthalte zweckmäßig, unter dem Namen hatte ich mir mehr erwartet (spa) Boden schmutzig, Wände hatten offenbar vor kurzem einen Schaden, sonderbarere Geruch, kein Personal vor Ort - telefonisch konnte niemand erreicht werden, sehr hellhörig. City tax bar zu hinterlegen (wäre gut im Vorfeld zu wissen)

Jens (7/5): OK für Übernachtung im Transit - Ganz gute Lage in Steyr, Stadtzentrum / Altstadt in 15min zu Fuß erreichbar. Suite war sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Und die Bäckerei im Haus macht ein super Frühstück für knapp über 20 EUR für 2 Personen. Gefühlt ist es eher ein AirBnB statt ein Hotel. Checkin nicht immer besetzt (ok, muss auch keine 24h sein), viele Türen mit PIN zugänglich. Kein Frühstück, kein Restaurant im Haus (kann man aber bestellen und liefern lassen, was nochmals AirBnB Feeling unterstützt).

Renate (10/5): Schöne Unterkunft, Gute Lage, wir kommen gerne wieder - Frühstück haben wir selbst gemacht. Alles da was man dafür benötigt. Ausstattung sehr gut. Appartement modern ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen. Alles bestens. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Lukas (9/5): - Die Unterkunft war der Hammer, wirkliche Wohlfühloase. Die Lage war auch nicht schlecht, man ist in ca 15. min in der Altstadt und direkt neben an sind 2 Supermärkte. Apartment wird im 2 Tagesrythmus gereinigt was auch klasse ist. Die Sonderaustattungen funktionieren einwandfrei (Sauna/Whirlwanne) Wlan ist in Ordnung jedoch nicht konstant gute Verbindung. Ansonsten klare Empfehlung

Walther van Mechelen (8/5): Prima, maar wat onpersoonlijk - Groot appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Lekker om die ruimte te hebben. Geluidsdicht ondanks de drukke weg. Bakker om de hoek, evenals Spar. Ruime badkamer, gewoon prima om te verblijven. Beetje inspiratieloos, strak, onpersoonlijk, het heeft geen receptie (behalve als ze weten dat je eraan komt) en het is nog wel een minuut of 20 lopen naar Steyr.

Patrick (3/5): Spacious rooms without propper houskeeping - Nice roomsize Dirty, reception only 1400-1500 available, the number to be called when nobody is at the reception is not being picked up... Cleaning is every 2 days, rhey call is sustainability, i call it cost optimisation. Nothing wrong woth it, bit the rooms need to be clean when the new guests arrive. The kitchenette has a list with all pieces that should be there... a lot was missing, some was broken.
