• Gihan (8/5): A Perfect Mountain Getaway – I Will Return Again! - I stayed in this hotel three years ago and I came back recently. This time I enjoyed my stay even more. The room was large, very comfortable, with a nice veranda that has an amazing view of the mountains and the stream. All the rooms have this veranda to enjoy the mountain view. The breakfast buffet is correct and the hotel is very well located. There is free private parking and the Wi-Fi connection is good. The rooms are spacious and bright. For me, it is a very good value for money and I strongly recommend it. The staff is very kind, helpful, and always available. I want to thank especially and warmly Abderrahmane for his service and kindness. I will be happy to come back again. It would be great if there is a kettle and coffee in the rooms.

• المطروج (7/5): مكان جيد ولكن للأسف النظافة والأثاث متهالك وعدم نظافة الفندق والافطار غير متنوع بالنسبة للسعر مبالغ فيه - الموقع والاطلالة عدم النظافة الحمامات متهالكة والاصوات تسمعها وانت نائم لايوجد عزل جيد وعدم تنظيف الغرف اثناء الخروج والمراحيض متهالكة والنوافذ وصخة يوجد فيها بيوت عنكبوت وغير نظيفة

• Muneer Bin Abdul Razzak (8/5): Excellent Location - Excellent Location. The site from the hotel and from the restaurant is breath taking & very beautiful. There is a beautiful stream flowing Infront of the hotel and a lot of tents build with mats, table & Chair where you can sit and enjoy with family & kids. There is a zip liner facility just beside the hotel and kids playing area. We just spent the whole day in the hotel surroundings enjoying the beautiful view. The facilities & amenities are basic. Very basic breakfast with fruits, cheese, bread and Turkish tea.

• Amal (8/5): - موقع الفندق ممتاز جداً وقريب من المتنزهات تعامل الاستقبال والموظفين في الفندق الغرف يحتاج لها صيانة حيث ان دورات المياه قفلها لايعمل وغرفه الكينج لايوجد بها ثلاجة ويحتاج الاهتمام بالنظافه اكثر استلمنا الغرفه وفيها اثار من المستأجرين قبلنا والارضيه غير نظيفه نهائي

• Saeed (1/5): تم الاحتيال علي حرفياً . - المطوع السوري/ عبد الرحمن هو الي كان مصبرني لا انفجر عليهم . نظافة متوسطه والموظفين جيدين لكن بقول الي صار معي انا حجزت اربع ليالي لغرفتين وكان الحجز للفتره هذي عن طريق الخطأ وعندما أبلغت مدير الاوتيل اني ابغى ليلتين فقط وارغب في اعادة مبلغ ليلتين . في البدايه رفض قلت اوك حقك ، بعدها قالي تمام موافق بس بشرط برجع لك حق ليله وحده قلت له اوك تم ( واتفقنا ) قال نهاية الليلتين حقتك تعال وبعطيك فلوسك قلت تم . وبعد ما انتهت الليلتين اخذت شنطي ورتبت اموري وحملتهم السياره ولما جيت عنده قال لا ما راح ارجع لك شي . ( طبعا انا بناءً على اتفاقي معه حجزت بمكان ثاني ) قلت له اتفقنا وكذا وكذا قال لا طبعا حركات الاحتيال معروفه المهم تهاوشت معهم وقلت لهم ليه تعطوني كلمه وتخلوني اخسر فلوسي هنا وهناك . وعشانه شافني حجزت بمكان ثاني وحملت شنطي قال بكيفك تبي تجلس او تروح بكيفك . وبالنهايه قالي خلاص برجع لك حق غرفه وحده حق ليله وحده وكأنه يتصدق علي وبأحتقار بعد . وربي لو المكان جنه وفيه مثل الشخص ذا ما ابيه لو بريال واحد . هذا رأيي بالمكان ولكم حرية الاختيار (( وشكرا )) .

• Hussain Alzahrani (8/5): - الموقع جميل جدا والغرفه ضيقه قليلا ليست بهذاك الوسع يوجد بلكونه جميله الشباب السوريين في الفندق والمطعم خدومين جدا وكذلك صاحب المطعم إفطارهم نفس الافطار التركي المعتاد اغلبه اجبان وزيتون وووو بالاضافه الى أنهم يقدمون اومليت * عدم وجود شطاف في دورة المياه. * عدم وجود تدفئه بما أن المكان في ديمركابي منطقه بارده جدا.
