Mais surtout, il s'agit d'un appartement divisé en chambres indépendantes , sans personnel sur place. On aurait aimé avoir un hôte au moins pour nous accueillir. Tout était très impersonnel et les conditions de sécurité aleatoires

- Lenka (9/5): Good location - The location is very central. The room was spacious. The bed was not very comfortable. The interiér looks nice, it is just a bit tired and could do with refresh… this maybe because we were visiting at the end of season.

Cons: very poor communication from the host (example I messaged him 7 times about how breakfast works and I got ignored all day) also asked about how check out went and then he responded right away again ignoring my previous question, there is no breakfast although it was very much advertised that there is it included It is a gorgeous place but just wish it was more organized so I could give more stars

Nice large bright and airy room. Shower a little on the small side, the drain was blocked and internet was on the slow side. No response from the host.

- Sarah (10/5): Very comfortable, would definitely stay here again! - Excellent location!! Clean, lovely view from the balcony! Very helpful owner, helped us book a restaurant as you could only do it over the phone and I do not speak Italian. The lift is VERY slow 😅 be prepared to take the stairs!

- Guest (8/5): - We arrived into Sorrento about 3 hours prior to check-in time. We reached out to the host who immediately responded and allowed us early entry. We really appreciated this kind gesture after a very long international flight. I was visiting with my adult son. We did not always have the same schedule. Despite a request for 2 sets of keys we were only provided with one set of keys which made it difficult for us with different schedules. Once the room was locked you could not leave the room without a key. This presented a safety issue for me.

- Nicole (9/5): Very convenient experience - This is located right in the middle of the pedestrian shopping streets. Very convenient to pop downstairs for food or shopping. The self check in was seamless and the host kindly let me check in early as I had all my bags. The suite has picturesque windows that overlook the street.

- John (7/5): Good - Great location to central downtown area of shopping and restaurants. Top floor rooms give you some view of the sea. Noisy area. 76 stairs to climb to get to room because elevator was extremely slow. Being notified of total visitor tax bill due in cash on the last day.
- Hukin (8/5): Very good - Location was perfect! Right in the centre of Sorrento, easy to walk to the station with lots of restaurants and shops right on the doorstep. The room was a great size for two people - was bright and airy, very clean. The windows kept out all the noise from the street so that didn't bother us at all. Appreciated the kettle and coffee machine. Good shower too. The lift was slow but that wasn't a problem - handy to have it for luggage. Slow communication from the host was a little slow, especially with info for check in. That was the only small complaint and everything ran smoothly check in wise in the end

All communication was done through wechat, who does that! Elevator takes forever to use on very old building. The ad is very misleading. Please be aware of this.

You couldn't have a better location, in the middle of the city centre with shops and restaurants, everything was so close. I loved it! The room was nicely decorated, shower was good and hot. You could hear sometimes a bit of the noise from the people near door and from outside but that didn't bother me at all. Just after 9AM there was someone ready to clean my room. There was a fridge, kettle, plug adapter, wine bottle opener so everything you wanted apart from cutlery. There was selft checkin and self checkout with easy to follow instructions. The room was on the 4th floor so I had great views. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to everyone.

Found the property on google maps and it was 6 mins from the listed location on Expedia. The pictures of the listing matched the google maps photos, we got there and it was 5 flights of stairs to find a number on a door during the time they said they would have receptionists. Called and he spoke 0 English. Whatsapped msged him to find out I had no booking… and said it was already booked by someone else
- Laura (8/5): Very fresh and spacious, lovely views over the old town streets. - I loved being so high up off the streets, very nice to look over the rooftops and watch the busy streets below with total privacy. The electrical outlet under the tv was unreliable, the kettle was not clean and I had to move the whole set to the bathroom to use safety.

- Settimio (2/5): Great position, less great experience with the staff and the room. - The place was very central and near to everything We got to the place and we were shocked to see that we don’t have a elevator for free and we have to pay 10 cents for the ride if not we have to go up the stairs 4 flours every time. The elevator was really slow and small. At first we got to the room it was pretty clean a little old but a good size for two people but we were shocked when the second day they didn’t put us new toilet paper and shampoo. We asked for new ones and they put it the next day but the day after that they forgot to put it again. They forgot to put that but remembered to ask for city taxes that on booking was written that the payment was tax included and lower on the page and really small was written about the city taxes and we didn’t see. Also the owner of the place that we were in contact with responded to the messages a very late or not at all. On check out we didn’t have where to put the laguage and they gave us the option to do the check out, give back the keys (put it in the letter box on the go round floor) and leave our stuff for a few hours but that way everyone can get in the room without any problem and get to our stuff. Sorrento was beautiful and this was what gave us a bad experience of the place. They should let know before that there is nowhere to put the laguage and whoever as a late flight got a problem! Nothing personal with the owner or the place we just want to tell our experience.

AC was never cold despite adjusting settings. Get a better mattresses, this one was soo soft and saggy a definite no if you have back issues.

- Cristina (3/5): Caruso suite’s was an amazing central location, keep in mind because it is central it is VERY loud / noisy early in - The location was fabulous! The cleaning lady was very accommodating and polite The first room we were booked into (room number 2) has a horribly uncomfortable, hard and sunken mattress, we asked the host to move rooms which we thankfully did on the second night. Additionally, we did not like that we didn’t meet the host, everything was via what’s app which did not make our stay personalised. It would have been nice to be introduced with a friendly face and given some recommendations from a local.

The communication to get access to the property and any other questions was really good! The lift was slow but worked and was helpful to get the bags up to the top floor. The beds were not the most comfortable and there was noise from the street below (we managed to sleep and honestly it is worth it for the location).

- Chloe (7/5): Good - The room was absolutely beautiful. Very bright and spacious with a gorgeous view from the Juliet balcony. Check in and out was easy and the host was very helpful. Location was very central too. The air conditioning randomly stops working which is unfortunate as having to sleep with the window/balcony due to the room over heating was extremely difficult as the street is a very noisy street with people outside until 4am and church bells ringing very early, not ideal if your a light sleeper.

Cleaners wanted you out your room by 9:30am to clean, no appreciation that people may want a lie in whilst on holiday, they even walked into our room whilst we were asleep. Also, no breakfast although photos and previous reviews suggest this is provided.

- Chazbne (9/5): A Comfortable and Clean Studio Room with Large Bathroom in the Heart of Sorrento - The location is excellent, almost directly in the center of Sorrento. The three individual and separate apartments within Caruso Suite are comfortable and secure. The area is safe. Breakfast isn't included, but that was no big deal (or "deal-breaker") for us, but the photos indicated breakfast was included.
- J (8/5): - Great apartment in the busy heart of Sorrento. Plenty of attractions and activity near the apartment which was very clean and well presented. Only down side, is that it is not the quietest apartment with noise from the active streets below going late into the night.

- James (8/5): - I stayed three nights at the Caruso Suite with a family member. We had never been to Sorrento area before, and we found it to be a really great location for shopping, dining, etc. Note: it’s not a quiet area due to the many surrounding restaurants, random opera singers, etc, which was fine for us and what we wanted but might not be what others want. (One unexpected downside of the great location, though, was that it is on a traffic restricted street, so traveling to the ferry and train with heavy luggage is a little difficult, but it wasn’t a huge problem.) The room was clean and bright, the twin bed is a little lower quality than double bed but not terrible, and there is an elevator. Only one minor issue was the hot water kettle was broken and couldn’t be replaced during our stay. Otherwise Alessandro was responsive and helpful, and I enjoyed my stay.
