También la atención súper rápida de Javier a través de mensajes, atendiéndonos en todo momento. Y además, nos permitieron salir una hora más tarde de lo acordado para no quedarnos "en la calle" con las maletas tan poco tiempo antes de irnos al aeropuerto. No hay nada negativo, pero si tuviera que decir algo es la parte negativa de estar tan en el centro (aunque es algo que ellos no pueden hacer mucho) fue el ruido nocturno. Se oía un poco a la gente en la calle. Nada que no nos permitiera no dormir ya que las ventanas estaban insonorizadas, pero se oía un poquito. Pero insisto, es algo inevitable por querer estar en el centro centro y tenemos claro que repetiremos 100%

• Mark (10/5): - The apartment is very well equipped with everything you may need for an enjoyable stay. It is mentioned in the description of the apartment, but the stairs are quite a long way to climb, but if you are in good fetle, this is not a problem.

• Cassidy (8/5): Other than a poor first impression I found our accommodations to be clean, well stocked, and an excellent location. - Location, location, location! I completed check in forms in the morning of our arrival, at approximately 7:30pm we were anxiously left sitting at the entry for over 20 minutes trying to reach someone for instructions to gain entry. I suspect after this review communication will be better.

No milk, beds are very hard, air con very mouldy can get very sick if not maintained(I work with air con) coffee and sugar very limited we had enough for our two day stay if longer we would have to buy some.

• Tony (7/5): Good - It's a lovely apartment in a superb location. Light and airy with high ceilings. Spotlessly clean. The air conditioning unit kept being turned on by the cleaners (we never used it) and a huge amount of water was leaking all over the floor. We had to use most of the towels to mop up all the water. Despite telling the owners a number of times about the problem, it was not fixed. They just sent a guy round who seemed confused about what the problem was and who was not a repairman. Bit weird.
• Nasim (8/5): Location was great and really helpful. - The location was exceptional. The view was great and located in the heart of historical Seville . It was just a few steps away from the restaurants. It was very clean with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The stairs were horrible and worse than stairs was the bad smell inside the staircases and bathroom. Those didn’t have any kind of ventilation and bad odours stocked there. It was very noisy place because very close to bar restaurants.Also didn’t provide any kind of toiletries just empty containers for hand soap ir shampoo!
• Anthony (10/5): Great stay in nice apartment in the perfect location. Close to Cathedral, Alcazar and other attractions. Plenty of good - Well equipped and in a great location. Nothing personally but the 2 flights of steps up to the apartment could be difficult for someone with mobility issues.
• Han (5/5): Right next to Seville Cathedral - The location is great, right next to the seville cathedral and downtown where lots of restaurants are near by and easy to access. The guest has to throw away the trash when checking out which I wans't aware until I visited the place. I followed the instruction throwing the garbage out to the designated place. However I think this should be included in the clearning service and easily done by the cleaning lady, not by the guests. This was kind of a pain for any guests checking out to have the departure schedule. Air conditioning was a bit problem for us in Jaunuary and the room the temperature couldn't get the warming level for us even though it says 30 degree. It gets kind of cold at night. The room was not ready when we were checking in at 3:00 PM. We had to leave our luggage and go out for a meal to give some time to clean the room.

Aircon did not work not did the fan work, could not open windows during the night as it would have been too noisy. Aircon started dripping water after 15mins. Room smelled heavily of smoke upon arrival but after we left windows open for a couple hours, it was better.

• Rod (9/5): Both the apartment and its location were excellent and we walked to all attractions from there. - My wife and I were on foot and traveling with carryon luggage only so we appreciated the central location of this apartment in Seville. This is a busy part of Seville, located one side street away from the Cathedral de Seville, so I was concerned before arriving that it would be noisy. The apartment has great sound proofing with double pane window so we could close out the city sounds when desired, but sometimes we would leave them open just to take in the sights and sounds. The room was well appointed and included a washing machine. There were only a few cups and one glass but maybe there were more somewhere that we weren't aware of. We were provided with one set of keys for the apartment door so we were extra careful not to lock our selves out. The last night some of the lights flickered a bit and one went out but the issue seemed to have been fixed a little later.

• Sean (7/5): Good - location is superb. spacious apartment with washing machine. the main bed is comfy and clean 1. the apartment is so cold. heater doesn't seem to work. plus during my stay, the electricity was out in the pitchblack dawn time. but they say it's the neighborhood area problem. so I just let it pass without complaining. 2. the sofa bed is not being attended for sure. many hairs and potato chips seen. 3. the sofa bed is not given a proper blanket or duvet even in the winter. I slept with thin bed sheet. 4. you need to clean the trash bin before checkout which is like 200m away from your building. why is cleaning fee included then?

• Foster (10/5): Excellent apartment in a great location. - Was a great apartment right down the road from the Catedral de Sevilla and the old quarter. Couldn’t ask for a better location in Seville. Apartment was very clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.
• Brittany (10/5): Great location for food, site seeing, and souvineers! - loved the location, how cozy it felt, how amazing Javier was with setting up a taxi and getting us in earlier so we could explore the city without luggage! The beds are hard and had to go hunting for additional pillows.
• Estela (8/5): Very good - The location was fantastic. Really that's what made it worth the price. I was walking distance from almost every single landmark and neighborhood. Sometimes I would just stop back at the apartment just to use the bathroom or change because it was so convenient. The area is very safe because it is centrally located, I walked home at night alone and felt fine. A lot of great restaurants and shops are nearby-within 3 minutes walking. The apartment is fairly basic but is clean, has nice high ceilings, and a good amount of light during the day. The room got pretty cold. I stayed with my jacket on for most of the night and added towels to the bed to keep warm. There is a space heater but if you use it while any other appliance is turned on it blows the fuse in the whole apartment(if that does happen just go to the switch board near the door-turn all the switches off-wait 10 seconds-then switch them back on-it should be fine then). This can happen in a lot of european apartments so it's not so rare, just something to be aware of. Also, my room was on the second floor right ontop of the bar-so at night it was VERY noisy. I suggest bringing earplugs.

• Alice (9/5): Amazing location - The location was brilliant. Really close to the airport bus stop, and right in the centre of town. We could get pretty much anywhere in 15 minutes max. Black out curtains were also a touch for afternoon siestas, and the dolce gusto coffee machine was used every day There was just an issue with the shower leaking which meant the floor got really wet in the bathroom, but the owner responded straight away and said they were going to get someone to look at it.it wasnt a huge deal at all, just one of those things
