Nhung (7/5): Good - The homeowner is friendly, and their dog and cat are just as welcoming. They sell handmade items and provide quick responses. The room feels cold and damp, with everything feeling chilly or wet to the touch. Instead of feeling comfortable, we find ourselves dreading returning home. Additionally, the bathroom has a clogged drain, causing water to drain very slowly during showers.

Tim (8/5): Very good - Lovely family operated business with a nice shop. Homey feel in a green quiet area of town. You must understand that the villa is quite a walk from the main house and is utilitarian, not homey like the main house. I would recommend only using the main house. Also, they do not offer a breakfast and getting breakfast foods in this particular area is not easy. You need to use grab delivery.

They’re very nice and welcoming, their 4yr old kid and 3mo old puppy definitely added so much charm, not to mention that the wife is showcases her art in macrame and the husband is a tattoo artist. They definitely are such a cute family of creatives! I got a tattoo! And it was well done! Nothing!

After a well-needed shower, we had dinner and then enjoyed an evening with the host and another guest, learning about Vietnamese culture. Our best night so far!

Phương (10/5): superb - I started the trip with absolutely no plan at all, but it turned out to be way above and beyond my expectations , the place and the whole experience. Sum villa gives you the sense of belonging, the subtle feel of peacefulness, if you are someone who is looking for a place to rest, to read, to make random talks with strangers then this would be a perfect fit the trip was so short I wish I could stay here longer

03mami02 (8/5): Very good - Cozy atmosphere, nice and detailed design, terrace with table and chair, beautiful garden. I really liked the soft and comfortable bed! Kind and welcoming staffs (they did not speak English though, which was ok as I do speak some Vietnamese, and on top of it, when it comes to hospitality, it is more of their heart that comes out as attidude and communication). It was a bit difficult to "control" hot shower. It took like 10 mins until the hot water came out, and when it came out it was really hot. The key did not work so I just spent a day without it, which was fine but need the maintenance. There was a spider web on the central light, and one light on the left did not work. No amenities like shampoo or soap. Overall, I liked the cozy room but when the guests pay much attentions to details, they might find lack of maintenance.
