- brett (1/5): Business center closed unable to use laundry facilities. - Needed to load an app enter card personal details and phone number just to use the washer. Not acceptable The app then wanted a minimum payment of $10 for a $3.50 wash. Absolutely disgusting

- Paula Regina (7/5): It’s a good value for the price but not sure about cleanliness - The property was well located in Chantilly but as usual in the US, you need to rent a car for locomotion or use Uber. The breakfast was good and the staff absolutely lovely. We had a room with 2 single beds, a microwave , fridge, washing machine and utensils which could be used. It was a spacious room. Beds were comfortable. 1. We were 3 adults traveling together so I booked a room with 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed. When I arrived, I was informed that there were only 4 rooms with such features and they were all occupied. No solution was offered so 2 travelers needed to share a bed.
2. The rooms are cleaned once every 2 days, so garbage can accumulate. In our case we checked in on Monday night and checked out on Saturday. Our room was cleaned ( including change of towels) only once on Wednesday,

They used to provide milk, yogurt, and other products. Now the quality of the food is degrading. For example, no brown bread for diabetic guests. The hotel was clean I requested a room away from dogs however, that didn't happen. It did not spoil my stay however I prefer not to be on the same floor with dogs.

- RudyCIII (2/5): This Hilton Brand will take all your money and have no empathy for their gold honors members if someone gets sick. - I am very disappointed with this hotel team. I contracted strep this week and had to cancel my trip to Dulles since I have strep and I am recovering. With ample time, 48 hours prior to my reservation, they just told me they cannot cancel my reservation and they will be charging me the full $160-$190 total. I travel quite a bit using Hilton properties and I am a Gold Hilton Honors member. I am shocked they are going to take advantage of me since they have my card on file. Terrible customer service and I can't imagine how they treat their guests when they are actually on site. Do better Hilton.

hotel based on what it had to offer. However the Hot Tub was out of service and our air conditioner has a sever fan issue so we had to listen to a squeaky fan all night long. After a very long day of flying we just wanted to rest and relax.

NO yogurt in dispenser, no milk for cereal, one dried and old cheese omelette, one Jimmy Dean biscuit sandwich at beginning of the last hour of breakfast. I stayed till the end and it was not topped off. However staff grabbed the last of the hot sandwiches as I was arriving. Chipped mug at coffee station.

In this instance I was especially looking for the ability to get in and out in winter weather, with nearby travel services that continued to operate throughout. The only minor problem I saw was a work area near the TV that could have used a small desk lamp for better task lighting.

No hot water in the morning,ever! Management told me that I needed to let the water run for at least 45 minutes to bring hot water from the "boiler room" to my room.
WiFi never worked. Workers and management did not care or help resolve (even the "regional manager with whom I spoke briefly in the Lobby". I had to run to local fast food and Starbucks in order to get work done since I could not get an internet connection anywhere in the hotel.
South Riding VA is supposed to be an upscale, safe community. Twice during my 2-week business stay at the hotel, someone tried to get into my room in the middle of the night.
Continental Breakfast was managed by a food tyrant employee that stood over the food and informed each patron that they could take only 1 item.
English was the second language for the majority of employees in this hotel.
I've used Hilton Hotels extensively in my travels, but after this experience, I'll be looking at other hotel chains/options.
Said before and I'll reiterate here: I do not recommend this hotel!

- R9246BXmelissac (2/5): Pick Any Other Hotel - This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We had no hot water for three days so showering was miserable. Our tv screen would go black every ten minutes so we couldn’t watch tv. The pool and spa were closed the entire time which was one reason we booked here. The entire floor smelled horribly of cigarettes even though it’s non-smoking. When I spoke to the front desk clerk she simply said sorry and that they would send maintenance up to fix it. It was overall dirty and just felt unclean. I would stay at any other hotel just for the hot water alone.

This I presume is the culture of the hotel team so I would recommend the hotel to others.

There a problem and they nodded their head like a 2 year old. So soon I was told they would need to let me in and out of my room until it’s working. Also I know there is an incidental fee but just looking at me and saying $50 and not being professional enough to say the spill about the $50 fee was crazy. So again I asked what was the fee for. The breakfast was okay. The waffle machine timer was not working and all
