Hier is alles vol liefde en aandacht gemaakt en kom je helemaal tot rust! Dit moet je gewoon zelf ontdekken. Het ontbijt is een feestje met allemaal zelfgemaakt eten, en dat met een prachtig uitzicht en leuke mensen om je heen. Sandra & Juan weten dit stukje paradijs te delen op een natuurlijk manier. Wij komen zeker terug! Helemaal niets, het overtrof alle verwachtingen.

• Etienne P Van Tiggelen (10/5): LOVE the place - Above expectations ! - Amazing place in a very quiet area of a usually busy region of Spain. The hosts are VERY nice, helpful and super welcoming. The pets are adorable and very well behaved. The breakfast is exceptional. I highly recommend this place despite the fact that I would rather keep it secret :) !!! The WiFi could be better but, it's a detail as it is supposed to be a place to relax, disconnect and NOT work !

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer wunderbaren, gemütlichen Location mit einem herrlichen Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge. Das Anwesen ist ein wahres Paradies mit spanischem Flair, liebevoll gestaltet und in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung, die perfekt zum Entspannen ist. Sandra und Juan sind außergewöhnlich herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Sie haben sich viel Zeit genommen, uns sehr nützliche Ratschläge für Freizeitaktivitäten in der näheren Umgebung zu geben – von Wandertouren bis hin zu Restaurants und kleinen Geheimtipps, die wir ohne sie nie entdeckt hätten. Das Frühstück war exzellent und ließ wirklich keine Wünsche offen: frisch, abwechslungsreich und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Man merkt, wie viel Wert die Gastgeber auf Qualität und Wohlbefinden ihrer Gäste legen. Wir wären so gerne noch länger geblieben und können dieses B&B aus ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen. Ein Ort, an den man sehr gerne zurückkehrt. Da gibt es nichts.

The room was perfect, so comfortable, clean, well kept, and the bathroom was lovely. The whole place made us feel so relaxed! The breakfasts were out of this world, and I’m still thinking about the tomatoes. The views were incredible and it was all just very charming and deeply pleasant. We will absolutely be visiting again when time permits. -

Sentimo-nos em casa, exclusivos e muito à vontade num sítio muito bem cuidado e decorado com muito bom gosto. O espaço da piscina é fantástica, cada um dos 4 quartos tem o seu pequeno terraço, há uma cozinha exterior comum a todos, o pequeno almoço é muito completo, caseiro e foi diferenciado nos 2 dias que lá estivemos. Espaço ideal para um retiro ou escapadinha. Muito romântico e tranquilo! Adorámos tudo! Visitámos o pueblo blanco de Mijas a conselho do Juán e vale muito a pena. Queremos voltar e aconselhamos vivamente. Só não gostámos de vir embora!

• Andre (10/5): We hebben een uitstekend verblijf gehad bij Roca Verde. - De locative was perfect. Prachtige onderhouden tuin en overal zitjes Het ontbijt was uitstekend. Heel gevarieerd en veel zelfgemaakt. Niets. Alles was perfect. Ontzettende aardige en dedicated eigenaren. Na 4 heerlijk dagen daar wilden we echt nog niet weg en gaan er zeker weer naar toe. En kunnen dit iedereen aanbevelen.
• Karol (9/5): Superb overall - The hosts, Sandra and Juan, were always warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful — always greeting us with a smile. The house itself was lovely, and the breakfast was superb: fresh, warm, and full of flavour. The property feels private and peaceful, with easy access and plenty of space to relax. We also appreciated the small shared kitchen, which was very convenient. And the presence of friendly animals on-site added a charming, homely touch to the stay. Overall, definitely worth visiting and staying, with little improvements needed! A few suggestions for improvement rather than negativity: - The use of tiny single-use shampoo and shower gel bottles is disappointing. You can't promote sustainability and water-saving while generating unnecessary plastic waste. Larger, refillable bottles would be far more practical and environmentally responsible. - Cleanliness could be improved — some of the side tables were dusty and had cobwebs, and the cushions on the self-made sofa didn’t seem particularly fresh and could use a wash. - Roofed parking would be a big plus — during hot weather, getting into a car that’s been baking in the sun for hours is really unpleasant.

• Richard (10/5): Roca Verde is outstanding value for money in beautiful surroundings with very welcoming hosts. - Sandra and Juan are exceptional hosts and couldn’t have been more welcoming and kind, providing invaluable local information for parking and restaurants. The house and gardens are also exceptional. There is a pool with a view of the surrounding area, set in acres of beautifully tended gardens and interesting nooks and sitting areas. Breakfast was particularly impressive with multiple courses of home cooked food. The bed was very comfortable. The pets were also a bonus and made it home from home. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay. Nothing to dislike.
• Robert (10/5): Do not be put off by my personal opinion. - Sadly we decided not to stay here because the room was very small and we didn’t feel comfortable with sharing someone’s home. The room did not feel private. Sandra was very understanding and gave me a full refund. If you are comfortable ‘sharing’ the house with other guests and owners do not be put off by my comments. My comments are my personal choice.

Sandra and Juan were fantastic hosts, serving up an amazing breakfast each morning and graciously helping us at every opportunity to get the most out of our stay. Our room and terrace were beautiful, maintained throughout by unintrusive staff. We would return without hesitation! Nothing to dislike!

• Manuel (10/5): Excellent stay close to Málaga! - This is a beautiful B&B where you can relax near the pool or in the nice garden if you just want to take a break but which also works as a great base to explore Malaga or further away. The breakfast Sandra and Juan serve daily is a real treat. All the rooms are warmly decorated, have all the amenities you need and are cleaned daily, there is a common very cosy 'living room' where you can spend the evening in company near the fire place when it gets chilly outside. Parking space is available for free and restaurants for dinner can be found in the village which is 8' minutes away by car but you could also make your own dinner in the outside kitchen. Both Sandra and Juan are great in giving you tips for a day out or ready for a chat when around. There is a reason why they have such a high score on Booking.com because all the boxes can be ticked. We would not hesitate to come back! For us absolutely nothing, but because they serve breakfast at 09u30 as the sun rises late, we can imagine that this could scare off early birds but if the majority of the guests would prefer a bit earlier, I believe there is some flexibility. Anyway, this was not a problem for us, it was only a pity that we could not enjoy their marvelous breakfast when we had to leave very early to catch our flight (but they provided us with sandwiches).

The breakfasts were absolutely gorgeous. We didn't have a car, so we stayed there each day and just soaked up the peace and quiet and the beautiful surroundings. The pool was a must because it was so hot. There are so many places to sit, lounge and relax. Sandra and Juan really looked after us. Thank you so much. It is the best bed and breakfast we have ever stayed in.

J'ai beaucoup voyagé, je suis allée dans de nombreux hôtels, maison d'hôtes etc...celui ci pour moi c'est bien le numéro 1 !!!! J'y retournerai très certainement !

Perfect bedroom and Amazing fresh breakfast every morning! Location is very good if you want to visit Costa del Sol. Juan and Sandra are amazing hosts and gave us very good recommendations of places and restaurants to visit. We totally recommend it!

• Sukhbir (10/5): Exceptional - We recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely bed and breakfast and I must say that it was the perfect getaway. The room was immaculate and tastefully decorated, and the surroundings were simply stunning. Not only were the accommodations top-notch, but the hosts Sandra and Juan went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the delicious breakfasts to the warm and friendly service, everything was absolutely perfect. The location was ideal, as it provided a peaceful respite from the hustle and bustle of city life. The charming ambiance and welcoming atmosphere truly made it feel like a home away from home. We cannot recommend this bed and breakfast enough and we look forward to our next visit!

It is the best place to relax and recharge. The breakfast was insanely good, never had any better! Room, bathroom, surroundings, nature, pool, everything was perfect perfect! I felt so welcome and taken care of! I will definitely come back and would recommend everyone to stay at this B&B!!

• Matthew (10/5): Excellent few days at Roca Verde! - Juan and Sandra are brilliant hosts. The property is stunning, and from the moment we arrived we were amazed with the beauty of the house and it’s surroundings. Rooms are decorated to an exceptional level and the grounds are equally as impressive. Could not recommend this Bed and Breakfast more! There’s nothing we did not like about this property! It’s perfect!

• Gail (10/5): Absolutely fantastic in every way!! - The owners Sandra and Juan were outstanding and went out of their way to look after our needs. The rooms and outside areas were extremely clean and the decor was just gorgeous. The views were amazing and the pool area with lots of different little seating areas were perfect. It was extremely chilled and peaceful. We loved the honesty bar and the fridge to store our bottles of water in. Breakfast was excellent; the set up, taste and variety. All home grown fruit and vegetables. It was excellent value for money and we wish we could have stayed longer! There wasn’t a thing that was wrong.

My room was in the house but had its own entrance so could be independent if desired. Breakfast was unbelievable, just like the photos, home made yoghurt and churros were exceptional. A fabulous stay with beautiful surroundings, cannot fault this place 11 out of 10

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Feels like you're staying with friends. Very friendly hosts, beautiful rooms and surroundings. It's a fantastic place to relax, with the pool and magnificent views. Only downside is that the location is a bit remote, but this is part of the reason it's so peaceful

L'acceuil, le petit déjeuner, l'amabilté et le sourire des propriétaires, le comfort et la propreté de la chambre, le salon 'cosy' pour les hôtes, le calme autant dedans que dehors... c'est vraiment la Perfection! On s'y sent très bien! Roca Verde doit satisfaire les plus exigeants entre nous!
