Que el area para que los perros vayan al baño es de risa! no pueden ser pet friendly y destinar un espacio de 1mt x 60 cm para que los perros vayan al baño. Entiendo que pueda ser limitado pero no eso que además es más lodo y tierra que otra cosa. EL COLCHÓN!! horrible el de la habitación 5, todo guango y pandeado!

Por estos pequeños detalles consideraría mejor la opción de un airbnb u otro hotel, es una lástima que los dueños no inviertan en estos indispensables pues es personal hace un gran esfuerzo en atención y servicio, saludos

The air conditioning of my room didn't work, they knew it in advance and didn't say anything. Andres (2/5): - This is not a family friendly hotel. You need to check carefully when you get there because most of there rooms have humidity and if not you are under a terrace where you can hear loud music and people walking all night. If you wan to rest I would recommend to stay away.

Since I made my reservation I was charged 50% for my stay in advance and upon checking in the rest which is not customary as I usually pay the bill at checkout. While the room was big, the decoration is tasteless and the TV has no signal. There is no minibar as well and the Nespresso machine is only provided with 3 fake capsules per day. Moises could be heard from above in the morning. Breakfast was also bad. A carrot juice diluted with water and the second day a dirty carrot juice. And every meal had to be paid as signing the check did not seem an option. The pool is the size of a jacuzzi and when we wanted to use it, it was cold which is unacceptable. 3 hours notice was required to heat it. The service was ok as is in all Mexico. The hotel should be downgraded and priced accordingly.
