• AnnUlv (10/5): - Läget är fantastiskt och kontakten med ägaren fungerade väldigt bra. Villan fungerar utmärkt för 4 personer med egna badrum och stort kök och vardagsrum. Läget på stranden inbjuder till många härliga bad och strandpromenader. Huset är lite slitet och skulle må bra av lite renovering och förnyelse. Men allt fungerar och det är välutrustat och städat.

• Maryam (10/5): Villa Foxie is geweldig!!! - De gastvrouw is een enorm lieve vrouw. Het huisje is heel schoon. Het uitzicht vanuit de kamer is fantastisch Dat we moesten werken en niet genoeg tijd hadden om goed het eiland te ontdekken. Verder verbaasden wij ons over de toeslagen voor pinnen toeslag op de service. En naast het strand gaat alles om 1800 alweer dicht.
• Ali (10/5): Perfect and relaxing in every possible way. - I absolutely loved the spaciousness of the Villa as well as the privacy and the fact that I could walk onto the beach anytime that I want. Rose Marie was a very gracious and helpful host and we had absolutely no problems. I would 100% stay there again. Nothing. The place was perfect.

• Jeff (10/5): We have never been to St. Maarten before and this place made us feel safe and right at home! - This place was awesome!! Just a 2 minute walk to the Boardwalk and right on the ocean!! The grocery store was less then a block away! We had bad weather coming in so our flight was several hours late (dark and raining), but Rose and Serg were all over getting us in and situated! Made check-in a breeze! This was a perfect location! Loved the fact we had a covered 1st floor patio, perfect view of the ocean, kitchen had all we needed and nice and clean! The bedrooms were very spacious and beds were comfortable! Very nice infinity pool just a few steps away, the property was beautifully gated and felt super safe! We had some bad weather the first couple of days and this property made it super easy to still enjoy ourselves!! Serg dropped off the Newspaper every morning (on our patio table) and made sure we didn't need anything (if we were outside). We were left completely alone, but if we needed something we also felt very comfortable to ask. Just good people!! The pictures posted on Booking were VERY accurate. No deception at all! Cant say enough of how great this place was!! If/when we come back this will be the place we stay!! I cant think of anything I can say we did not like? A little better weather in the beginning, but no one can control Mother Nature..Lol!

• Mike (10/5): VILLA FOXIE IS THE BEST IN GREAT BAY - Thank you for a fantastic stay at Villa FOXIE. This Villa is fabulous. We were warmly welcomed by the owner Rose Marie, who informed us of everything about the Villa to have a comfortable stay, and told us about all the activities and restaurants on the island. The villa which has two levels is very spacious, deliciously decorated Caribbean with a French touch. The foxie villa has two bedrooms upstairs, each with its own private bathroom It has everything you need for an excellent stay, equipped kitchen, barbecue, parasol, beach chairs... All you have to do is open the living room door to find yourself on the beach. You cannot find a villa closer to the sea. The view from the sea side bedroom on the terrace is spectacular. Villa Foxie is the most beautiful, most private villa in all of Great Bay. Only one regret, to leave this little paradise......😍

The layout and size of this unit is perfect for a couple of couples or families. The host was very informative and responded quickly with any concerns. Some features were fine but could be updated like the kitchen, bathrooms and beds.

Thanks. ✌🏻 - Thanks to the funny - sweet french boss Rose and to the nice Belgian Wally who welcomed us cordially, my friends and I had a very good time, a beautiful 2-storey apartment, all well-kept and spacious, a nice garden decorated with various plants gives a nice atmosphere. In a quiet place, the view is spectacular on the beach and the port where cruise ships attract, the pool on the edge of the sea is delightful, centrally located and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars, I fully recommend Villa Rose to anyone wanting a nice holiday in peace with enough space.
• Nicole (10/5): - If you are looking for a amazing beachfront experience at an affordable price, this is the place! We were a family of 4 adults and we wanted beachfront walkable to stores and restaurants. This was perfect. Super nice and attentive host and property manager. We definitely appreciated the small quiet property with just 12 (mostly empty) privately owned condos. The villa is older, but well maintained and the grounds are amazingly well maintained and behind huge gates. We felt safe. The villa is at a quiet end of the beach, unfortunately the city was not doing a good job at cleaning the end of the beach when we were there, so to sit in the villa and the 10-minute walk to town and all the shopping you could want, perfect. For actually going to the beach, you probably want to walk about 10 minutes down to the maintained part. Hopefully the city will maintain the whole beach in the future. We toured the whole island and we felt that we could not have done better for this price point. It was perfect for us: a quiet "sitting in the pool all day while watching the cruise ships come and go", BBQ on your ocean-side terrace, sleep to the sound of the waves, walk to endless shopping and dining kind of vacation. Perfect. We would stay here again!

• paula (10/5): - Great place, right on the beach, so friendly neighbors, wonderful warm pool inside the villa complex, loved and cared flowers /garden all around, quiet and pleasant all together. Short drive to grocery stores, small or large (carrefour), walk to restaurants on the beach. Will sure recommend and/or come back!
