- Laura (6/5): Got the job done, and that's about it. - The morning breakfast server, Generoso, has kind and pleasant and helpful. It was a little tight in the breakfast nook so he'd make me a little tray of cappachino and croissant to take to my room. So thoughtful. There was a convenient pharmacy and taxi stand right next door with lots of cafes nearby. It was easy to catch public transit. We booked out of the downtown area by the harbour thinking it would be quieter. We were sadly mistaken as we had multiple nights of dozens, if not hundreds of motorcycles racing up and down the streets across from the hotel, for several hours into the wee hours of the morning. Nothing the hotel could have done but it was very disruptive.

Ci troviamo davvero bene Non ho molto da dire, solo che si sentiva nella stanza puzza di fumo (non siamo fumatrici sia ben chiaro) ogni volta che rientravamo, a parte ció tutto bene è andata.

Buffet della colazione basico e personale molto disponibile! La Posizione della struttura è vicino alla fermata metro di mergellina che si collega bene al centro e al porto per un eventuale imbarco a traghetti per le isole. Consigliato a chi cerca un buon rapporto qualità prezzo e non ricerca particolari confort da hotel ma più che altro un appoggio per dormire Camera rumorosa poiché affacciata su viale trafficato. Difficoltà nel comunicare con la reception in fase di check in.

The check in process was unfriendly and felt like we were imposing on the young gentleman by being there. The beds are overly hard. The noise level is to be expected on a large city but did make it hard to sleep.

- angelo (9/5): Un b&b molto carino in una posizione magnifica e con personale eccezionale. - Posizione eccezionale, di fronte al porto Mergellina e a due passi dalla Metro. La mattina il caffè sul balcone con il sole, il mare ed il Vesuvio sullo sfondo rende tutto magico. Una menzione particolare merita Gennaro, l'oste più gentile e disponibile che mi sia capitato di incontrare in viaggio, davvero una persona squisita! Nulla da segnalare, si può migliorare l'arredamento della camera, ma visti i prezzi non c'è davvero di che lamentarsi. Non ho assaggiato la colazione quindi non posso giudicare, ma il caffè era, ovviamente, eccezionale.

La struttura è ben tenuta e pulita grazie all’attenzione di Gennaro, sempre disponibile ed accogliente. A cinque minuti dalla stazione della metropolitana di Mergellina ed ancor più vicina alla fermata dell’autobus che la collega con la funicolare centrale che arriva nel cuore di Napoli.

La camera era pulitissima e confortevole con una bella vista sul golfo di Napoli. Io e la mia amica abbiamo ammirato da una posizione invidiabile i fuochi d'artificio di capodanno. - Matthias (7/5): - Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen. Zwar laut aber mit sehr schönem Blick auf den Golf von Neapel. Der Gastgeber Gennaro ist sehr herzlich und bietet ein kleines Frühstück an. Hat man keinen Meerblick, kann man diesen morgens bei einem Espresso genießen. Der öffentliche Nahverkehr ist gut erreichbar, eine der am besten bewerteten Pizzarien ist gleich um die Ecke. Neben dem Hotel ist ein Fahrstuhl/ Funicolare, der den Berg hoch fährt. Hier kann man seinen PKW gebührenfrei parken.

Also, the breakfast was surprisingly good. It would be nice to have soap in the shower, not next to the shower. However, this is minor and other than that everything else was great
- Marta (6/5): - Está muito bem localizado. Ar condicionado funcional. O quarto estava com um cheiro a tabaco (principalmente na casa de banho), mesmo sendo um quarto não fumador. As toalhas apesar de serem lavadas, tinham algumas manchas e desgastadas. As paredes tinham várias marcas de sujidade. Estava anunciado uma cama de casal e eram duas camas de solteiro juntas. O responsável não falava inglês. Não é um hotel, mas sim um B&B.

- Silvia (7/5): - La stanza carina con piccolo balconcino che dà sul mare Zona trafficatissima (più che altro clacson che suonano sempre) a qualsiasi ora della notte. Questo ovviamente non dipende dalla struttura ma non tornerei. Probabilmente delle finestre più performanti migliorerebbero l’insonorizzazione

- STUART (9/5): Working visit Naples August 2025 - I was met by the staff who communicated to me to ask at what time I would arrive. I was welcomed with a smile, a coffee and a bottle of water. Access to my room early was granted early as my flight was an early morning flight. Very central for the Mergellina Port, restaurants and bars. Easy access 24 hours a day. Continental breakfast before I went to work. Very comfortable bed, good size room. Extremely reasonable charge for the room, good value. I will stay again for sure. Nothing. Extremely good value, clean and comfortable.

Comoda la convenzione con parcheggio custodito h24 nelle immediate vicinanze Insonorizzazione inadeguata, si sente tutto dalle altre stanze e dall’esterno. Il pagamento in contanti non è molto pratico al giorno d’oggi
- Manuel (1/5): Esperienza negativa - Nulla Lenzuola sporche e con residui di peli Acqua calda mancante in alcune ore Bagno sporco e arrugginito Mazzo di chiavi ingombrante e fastidioso da portare Non abbiamo concluso il nostro soggiorno in struttura anche se abbiamo pagato l’intero importo ,Di conseguenza abbiamo soggiornato in un altra struttura.

- Beate (8/5): Empfehlenswert für einen Kurzaufenthalt - Die Lage ist sehr gut, ich konnte schon um 11 Uhr einchecken. Begrüssung sehr freundlich auf italienisch, Gott sei Dank spreche ich ein paar Brocken. Gepäck kann auch nach dem check out noch dagelassen werden. Klimaanlage ist hervorragend. Balkontisch sollte abgewischt werden, der ist sehr staubig. Ich wusste nicht, dass das Wasser in dem kleinen Kühlschrank etwas kostet. Ich dachte, das wäre ein Begrüssungsgeschenk. Preisliste fehlt! Handtücher werden alle 2 Tage gewechselt, ansonsten soll man 10€ zahlen. Fernsehsender nur auf italienisch.
