- Ferhat (6/5): - Kahvaltı çeşitliliği yeterli, otel çevresi geniş araç park yeri sorunu yok, çalışanlar saygılı ve yardımcı oluyor. Fakat odalarda tuvaletten gelen ağır bir koku var, oda ortasındaki halılar temizlik açısından iç açıcı durumda değil, yatağın altı aşırı tozluydu belli ki uzun zamandır temizlenmemiş , toza ve polene alerjisi olan biri olarak sorun yaşadım. Bir daha konaklar mıyım evet ama gitmeden önce işletmeye kesinlikle durumu bildirir oda temizliği konusunu hatırlatırdım. Herşey için teşekkür ederiz
- ipek (4/5): - Odalar kış mevsimine uygun değil. Klima kumandasını talep etmemize rağmen odanın sıcak olacağı iddia edildi. Kumanda verilmedi. Gece resepsiyondaki çalışan yardımcı oldu. Yoksa soğukta uyuyacaktık. Bunun haricinde standart 3 yıldız
- J (8/5): Short Break. Panorama plaza - The staff were cheerful and helpful. Room was adequate but a bit ‘tired’. Didn’t like the carpet - needs laminate flooring like some of the other rooms on the same floor - would make the room more attractive. Food was good and good sized portions.
- Rebecca (8/5): Mid range choice with a nice pool & friendly staff - We booked two rooms for friends & family. Overall it’s a comfy, welcoming hotel with kind, helpful staff that needs some updating and a bit of real attention from management. PROS - Emre & Efe, couldn’t be more helpful; pool area very nice; good location, spacious rooms. CONS - breakfast very hit & miss with no choice at all one morning plus a lot of dirty tables left with old plates etc on; communal areas outside have rubbish and need attention; bathrooms need a full refurb and hotel feels tired in general. Okay but please invest & soon!

- Murat (10/5): Panaroma plaza 6 günlük deneyim - Otel Köyceğiz gölü kenarında, sakin bir konumda. Akşam yemekleri gayet doyurucu ve lezzetliydi. Kahvaltısı güzel, sıcak birşey de dahil kahvaltıya. Genel olarak çalışanlar sıcakkanlı, misafirperver ve ilgili. Özellikle arkadaş canlısı Efe'ye ve Ömer beye teşekkürler. Eleştiri olarak odalarda ses yalıtımı iyi değil, yan odanın özellikle banyosundan sesler net geliyor. Eski bir otel olduğu içinde biraz bakıma ihtiyacı var. Genel olarak memnun kaldım, tavsiye ederim.
- Kevin (8/5): Recommended! - Nice hotel right on Köyceğiz lake. Very pleasant10 min walk to bars & restaurants. Rooms small but absolutely fine. Nice pool. Everywhere clean. Breakfast adequate. Staff could smile a bit more but that seemed true of staff in the local bars and restaurants too!
- ATTILA (8/5): Güzel bir fiyat-performans dengesi - Halen Citta Slow özelliklerini korumaya devam eden, huzur dolu Köyceğiz'de, fiyat-performans dengesini beklenen düzeyde karşılayan, merkezi konumlu ve güvenilir bir tesis. Kordon boyu üzerinde, göl kıyısındaki restaurant ve cafe'lere, tekne turlarının kalkış noktalarına yakın. Odalar temiz, klima performansı yeterli. Sadece 2 gece kalmamıza rağmen, ikinci gün odanın temizlenmesi ve buzdolabındaki suların yenilenmesi bravo dedirtti. Kahvaltı ve çay-kahve seçenekleri gayet yeterli ve lezzetli idi. Personel ilgili ve güleryüzlü. İşletmeci Mustafa Bey'e ve her işe koşan Efe'ye özel teşekkürler. Asansör olmayışı nedeniyle engelli konukların tesisle önceden görüşmeleri önerilir (giriş katında oda?). Konaklama beklentileri makul düzeyde olan gezginleri hayal kırıklığına uğratmayacak bir adres.

- Catriona (10/5): Birthday break - Just had a fabulous stay atthe Panirama Plaza hotel in Koycegiz. As we are in our 70's we had asked for a ground floor room with patio. This we got and as a bonus it was near to the pool. The staff were lovely and the food was excellent we ate there nearly every night. Cleanliness was amazing sanitizers everywhere and the gardens and walkways were kept scruplessly clean every morning brushed and washed. Will definitely be back. On the whole the hotel went above and beyond.
- Andreea (10/5): - The stuff was really helpful. The room and the bathroom were clean and really spacious. I consider that they had good co vid precautions because they offer a mask and check yr temperature every time you walk in, also you may find disinfectant in rooms and common spaces.
