Śniadanie dla tych niepoinformowanych: typowo włoskie w wersji mini czyli croassanty, drzem i kawa W sumie czystość i jakość ok (adekwatne do ceny) . Jedyne zastrzeżenie to takie że kabina prysznicowa bardzo malutka więc ktoś większy/wyższy musi się nagimnastykować żeby się umyć 🤣

• Tsvyata (10/5): Exceptional - The room is specious and the proprietor is a really kind, smiley and helpful Italian lady that enjoys speaking with you in Italian. I would highly recommend the place! It takes like 30-40 minutes to walk to reach the port and the old city, enough to see part of the ordinary city and you pass through the Russian Orthodox church which is a must see. I liked everything!

• William (7/5): Very nice overall. - Location was fine. Rooms were fine and comfortable. Owner ordered a taxi for us which was really helpful. Breakfast was very limited unless you happen to like sweet pastries.

• Benjamin (9/5): Great for a short stay. - The room was very large and had a nice bathroom. Pia also stayed up very late to accommodate my late arrival. Communication in English was very easy. The place was not the easiest to find inside a residential block.

Big room, comfortable bad, fully equiped bathroom, acess to kitchen in any hour (and up there free tea and cookies :) ) Stuff helped us to order a taxi for our morning ride to the airport. Super acomodation.

• Roberto (2/5): Attenzione che verrete recensiti voi. - Occhio a prenotare qui perché è la padrona di casa che recensisce voi, e non viceversa. La signora si è permessa di scrivermi su whatapp in cui critica le condizioni "pietose" in cui è stata lasciata la stanza. Considerando che avrebbe dovuto cambiare le lenzuola il giorno dopo, non capisco co cosa ha da lamentarsi se il letto l'ha trovato (giustamente) disfatto. Inoltre sono stato accusato di aver lasciato escrementi su asciugamani e coprimaterasso, quando il coprimaterasso era già sporco di suo, e gli asciugamani sono stati utilizzati solo per docciami, e non mi sono permesso di defecare nel suo bagno. Mi sono presentato con una ragazza avanzando io la proposta di pagare un sovrapprezzo, prima mi dice di no e poi me lo rinfaccia. La stanza è stata utilizzata solo per 3 ore anziché tutto il giorno, non ho preso nulla per la colazione (nonostante mi spettasse di diritto) e poi mi trovo ad essere criticato perché avrei dovuto magari rifare il letto (manco fosse casa mia) ed essere offeso e accusato di cose che non ho fatto perché non si ha l'umiltà di mettere in dubbio il servizio che si offre, basta colpevolizzare il cliente, manco avessi imbrattato i muri, svuotato il frigorifero, rubato qualcosa o non avessi buttato tutto nel cestino come in realtà ho fatto. Consiglio vivamente per i prossimi clienti di fare un'accurata perlustrazione della stanza e annotare già da subito ciò che non va, come l'aria condizionata non funziona e il soffione della doccia che schizzava ovunque
