A bit of an issue getting the right entrance (for anyone reading this, there are 2 enterances and you need the right one and may be told the wrong one!), but once all sorted, the appartment was perfect and in a great locations. Very modern, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend.
- Katie (8/5): Modern aparment - Apartment itself is lovely, very modern. The property management aspect could do with refining - had to chase up entrance code which was supposed to be emailed 3 days before, booking includes free bottle wine but this was not received, email said check in from 2.30 but room not ready until 3.30, and only a few squares of toilet paper. Location good, 20 mins walk from old town. We could only find parking that worked around 20 mins walk away - not ideal with heavy cases - 24 euro for 24 hours.

- Ira (6/5): Beautiful unit; terrible service/support. - A sleek, modern unit raises your expectations, but the services disappoint. The phone number and email address given in the room did not function. The soup dispenser remained empty. A wall light flickered.
- Mary (6/5): - The apartment was spacious and comfortable. I don’t recommend staying here because there is no customer service. I emailed numerous times and NEVER received a response. Hotels.com even tried unsuccessfully for three days to get in touch with Villa Erizio on my behalf, but they were also unsuccessful.

- Ethan (6/5): Nice rooms, confusing check-in - The rooms are nice and roomy. Very clean, nicely appointed. Not much bathroom storage. Soundproofing between rooms was poor. Biggest complaint was check-in. I did not get instructions in advance. Stuck on curb in the rain. When we received them, the code did not work. New code issued, but it must have been a master code: upon reading instructions to room, we chose wrong door and managed to open wrong room! After much embarrassment and apologies, we checked into correct room. Went to dinner and when we returned code did not work. On curb again. Received new code. No cafes open the next morning and we requested breakfast too late. Not interested in returning.

Well equipped, comfortable and well served. Villa Erizio is such a beautiful place. Myself and my husband spent 4 days here and didn’t want to leave! We will be back for sure.

- Kim (10/5): Bordeaux Gem. - A charming one bed loft apartment with everything supplied including a pastry breakfast hung on the door, and a well stocked refrigerator with jams and goodies. A very quiet and secure property just a short 15min stroll to the city centre. The stay was enhanced by delightful property manager Frabizio who was incredibly helpful with taxis on our departure

- Valentini (10/5): This property can't be beaten - The apartment is modern and perfectly clean. Very quiet and safe neighbourhood. Fantastic pastries and so forth provided each morning. Supermarket is under five minutes walk away. The city centre is an easy 20-30 minute walk. The host cleans the property immaculately each day. For the price and what is provided its hard to see this property being beaten.

Fresh breakfast brought ever morning of pain au chocolate, croissant & fresh mini baguette & milk, orange juice, cheeses, jams etc constantly replenished. Nice Tassimo coffee machine. Very clean. Bonus of laundry facilities. You must like walking as this apartment is 20-30 minutes from City Center.
- Kevin (10/5): - There is plenty of room, a nice efficiency kitchen, modern bathroom. It is only a few blocks to walk to transportation and many historical sites, restaurants, and bars. The property manager was there and allowed us to move in a bit before check-in time, she explained a map of the area, got us situated comfortably, and brought a very nice breakfast before 8AM. She was a pleasure to deal with.

Look, I'm the kind of person who dwells on where I ought to stay, and I'm telling you... Book this place if you can get it!

The amenities of fruit in the fridge, the complementary wine, the generous breakfasts each morning, the lovely shower and bathroom, the private patio where we could relax over breakfast or dinner, the well-equipped kitchen——all contributed to a delightful stay!
- Fred (8/5): - Lovely apartment. Traditional beurre et confiture breakfast of French rolls and croissants for breakfast with a fine expresso machine in the apartment. Fresh fruit and cheese. A bit of a walk (10-15 minutes) to the Hotel de Ville (Town Hall; Central Tram stop) and St Andre Cathedral. Very quiet residential neighborhood.

The apartment was impeccably clean and cleaned daily. Fresh breakfast dropped off daily .We cannot fault. Also the owner and house keeper are handy and approachable at all times. 👏👏
- Noel (10/5): A real find! - This is a very unique place. It's in a quiet residential neighbourhood, but just a 10 minute walk to l'Hotel du Ville (the epicenter of the lively pedestrianised core of Bordeaux). Our sparkling-clean unit (the Tivoli) was on two levels, with a large bedroom upstairs and a smaller kitchen area down. The bed was a comfortable queen-size, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We were provided with cheese, fruit, fresh bread and pastries, juice, coffee, tea and mineral water each morning. All at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

- Claire (10/5): Fantastic apartment in Bordeaux - Had a fantastic stay at Villa Erizio. Apartment was spotless & very nicely decorated. Communication with Fabrizio was excellent. When we arrived we were greeted with a bottle of Bordeaux wine & the fridge was full of cheese, milk, orange, juice & butter. Also plenty of tea, coffee (nice coffee machine) hot chocolate etc. every morning we were brought breakfast which was hung on our door from around 8am which was lovely (bread, croissants, pain au chocolate) and there was a dishwasher, microwave oven and plenty of cutlery. The foyer area was immaculate & there were golfing umbrellas (which we needed sadly as we did get a bit of rain) - overall a fantastic find! Thanks so much

I absolutely loved their great communication between the detailed instruction book for everything in the room and details upon booking that even provided me details on how to arrive by bus. All the details were extremely thoughtful and helped my stay go smoothly. Loved the breakfast on my door every morning and I was pleasantly surprised that they would come to tidy up each day. The Breakfast was delivered every morning and you served when you were ready. Room cleaned every day and supplies replenished. Even had umbrellas in the foyer, if it was raining. The small touches that make a difference. They thought of everything. Only 5 mins walk from the Center of town and in a lovely quiet area, with Shops and Cafe on your doorstep. Will be recommending this place and will be back again.

Further, each morning you are provided with a nice continental breakfast of fresh baked goods. The location is central about a 30 minute walk to tram lines and the Grand Theatre and tourist office. We would highly recommend this property.

- Michael (10/5): Beautiful apartment - We stayed at the Mandaline apartment which was very comfortable, well laid out and super clean. Access with the code was easy. The kitchen is fully equipped and breakfast is delivered in the morning. It is a bit of a walk, 15/20 mins, from the old town, but google maps will guide you.

We really appreciated the attentions such as the cheese, milk, butter, fresh fruits, water, many coffee capsules and refilled every day - there are so very few French hotels doing this nowadays, always on the cheap side. I find this especially welcoming, the owners care for their guests! The area is also perfect a lovely street, we walked everywhere from there and didn't take any transport except for the taxi from the airport.

The hosts were really nice and also met our requests when needed. Situated in a very good location, quiet, bus stops were a short walk away and many amenities in walking distance.

Our favorite part of the stay was waking up to fresh croissants, pain au chocolate, and baguettes every day. The stocked fridge, umbrellas, and luggage lockers made our stay incredibly convenient. Overall, there was great communication and we would highly recommend staying here!

- Robert (10/5): Couldn't be happier! - What a find! I Can't praise this property and its staff more highly. As arranged they sent us an access code for the front door and the room, - all ran like clockwork. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed for our stay. The walk-in shower was powerful and the provided toiletries very good. In the fridge was left butter and cheeses, there was also honey, a selection of jams, crackers and madeleines. Every morning at 8am they delivered fresh bread, croissants and pan au chocolate (still warm!) and hung the bag on our door. Delicious. When we realised that we had a late flight out, the staff helped us organise a locker for our bags using the same code as we'd been provided. Communication was perfect throughout and the staff very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay at Villa Erizio again.

- Zhan (10/5): The best example of a hotel - This hotel is the example of all hotels. The owner went into every detail to make the customers comfortable. The rooms was spacious, spotless, and well equipped. The cleaning everyday was thorough. The supply of food, bread, pastries, butter, cheese, milk, sugar .... was also filled everyday. Even olive oil, salt and pepper were provided. Couldn't believe a hotel could be so generous. We had such a nice stay, thanks to the great service of this hotel!

Didn’t expect to have daily cleaning and refilling of snacks like cheeses and coffee daily for serviced apartments. We felt really at home. The laundry machine in the communal area also very useful. If the management could put a little shelf in the shower, that would be perfect. We will definitely stay again. Spacious one bedroom apartment. Parking was easy in the street too.

The rooms are very compact but comfortable. The neighborhood is noisy but very close to the subway and all forms of ground transportation.

A bag of fresh croissants and French bread greets you each morning. Febrizio, the proprietor, was most helpful at every step of the way!

- Sarah (10/5): Stay here!! - I strongly recommend these apartments! We had a great stay here. The room was thoughtfully and stylishly decorated, the owners obviously didn’t cut any corners with the design. The breakfast included was perfect and the coffee maker in the kitchenette was really good! There were even umbrellas downstairs for guests to use in the rain. Easy to walk to the town and attractions. We were able to take the bus from the train station and also to the airport from nearby. The only issue might be with the stairs connecting to the mezzanine bedroom if you have mobility issues as the toilet is on the lower level, but I’m not sure if this is a feature in all of the apartments. A bit far from centre town, the tram is a good 15 minute walk but is very practical to go from one touristic attraction to another. We would go back to Villa Erizio.
