- Bertrand (3/5): A fuir absolument si vous voulez vous reposer - L'hôtesse était souriante, le petit-déjeuner préparé Maison, la disponibilité d'une place de parking et l'allée de la plage à 15 minutes à pied. Comme il y avait peu de monde dans l'hôtel, l'hôtesse nous a proposé une chambre avec vue mer-autoroute et un petit balcon, où il est impossible de discuter tellement le bruit de la circulation domine, mais où l'on peut faire sécher ses affaires néanmoins. Ce sont les seuls points positifs de cet hébergement que nous vous recommandons de ne pas choisir. L'hôtel surplombe l'autoroute de l'entrée dans Sarranda, une 2 x 2 voies, et l'hôtel est distant de 50 m d'un rond-point pétaradant en pente. Vous ne raterez rien des klaxons locaux, des bruits de frein et des pots d'échappement qui accélèrent. Le sommeil nous a pris à Minuit-1 h pour un réveil à 4 h quand la ville et les travailleurs s'éveillent. Une climatisation bruyante, orientée sur nos épaules, et une isolation phonique défaillante nous ont épuisés. La 1ère chambre proposée, estampillée "Booking standard" n'avait pas de fenêtres. Au 2ème étage, une deuxième chambre "Booking standard" dotée d'une lucarne avec un rai de lumière car l'hôtel est adossé à la falaise... L'hôtesse ne parle pas anglais, de sorte que la communication n'est pas aisée quand bien même elle se donne du mal avec son portable et le logiciel de traduction simultané.

Localisation parfaite, bel appartement, parking privé, personnel très très sympatiques, service de chambre excellent! Nous recommandons cet endroit à 100%! Les seuls trucs à améliorer ne sont rien de majeurs, mais voici la liste des choses qui n'était pas présentes ou défectueuses et qui selon moi est la norme pour un appartement où vous séjounez quelques nuits: Pas de savons pour faire la vaisselle ni d'éponge pour faire la vaisselle, pas de bouilloire, pas de toaster, et l'attache de la douche est brisée, il faudrait la réparer. Voilà, tout le reste était A+

- Casey (8/5): Nice stay just organize your own taxi - Nice staff, clean property, good aircon and comfortable beds. Lovely big terrace though I wasn’t around long enough to enjoy. Up 3 flights with no elevator, but the owner carried it up for me 💪. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming but it wasn’t for lack of trying and I ate everything :) The property is up a hill, especially from the bus stop. I would suggest asking bus driver to stop a bit earlier if you are coming from the north as literally passes right by. TAXI ALERT: organize it yourself. It just didn’t seem to work doing through the hotel. I asked on arrival, the night before AND the morning of to order me a taxi to arrive at the port by 11. They told me they would check and then came to my room last minute telling me the taxi was already there. I needed 5 mins and by the time I was down (in less than 5) the taxi had been sent away. I gave up waiting and just walked. So now I’m hot and sweaty and annoyed. Otherwise would have given a 10.

La posizione buona sia per raggiungere il lungomare di Saranda sia per evitare il traffico del centro. La stanza arredata con design moderno, molto pulita, dotata di condizionatore, tv, frigo e balcone spazioso. Molto apprezzato che pulissero la stanza e cambiassero asciugamani tutti i giorni. La colazione poco varia ma buona. Parcheggio privato. Ci hanno dato anche una lista utile per tutte le info su Saranda. Assenza di ascensore. Il parcheggio interno è stretto e quindi bisogna lasciare le chiavi dell'auto allo staff per permettere i continui spostamenti delle auto parcheggiate (nonostante ciò le auto sono trattate con cura e non abbiamo mai dovuto aspettare per poter uscire). La salita per tornare in stanza dal centro di Saranda è impegnativa.

Parking outside is a must if you are driving from Tirana, and the personell is very helpful with the parking. Good AC! Good breakfast. A bit noise from the roundabout outside, but we found entertainment value in watching the police try to navigate the traffic 😂

- Joanna (7/5): Spoko, ale... - Świetna obsługa, bardzo miłe Panie, pomocne. Ładny pokój, łazienka ładna choć malutka. Klimatyzacja. Dobra lokalizacja względem istotnych punktów przystanek plaza itd. Minus to chodzenie pod górę codziennie ale cala Saranda jest tak położona. Stosunek pobytu do ceny - ok. Ogromny hałas. Hotel zlokalizowany przy rondzie na którym ciągle stoi policja, ogromny ruch, policjant kieruje ruchem z gwizdkiem, w nocy mega hałas od ulicy- ja praktycznie nie spałam. W srodu też brak wyciszenia, słychać wszystko z korytarza. Śniadanie - niewielkie, mały wybór, wybierasz z karty co zjesz następnego dnia.

The lady that owns the place is so caring making sure everything we needed was accommodated!! Was so kind oh her to send a message when we were on the way to hotel saying that we placed the aircon on for you so the room is nice and cool!! Thank you.
- Grzegorz (10/5): - Podsumujemy to krótko: podobało nam się absolutnie wszystko. Obiekt to rodzinny biznes, z przemiłą obsługą. Przez całe 4 dni czuliśmy się bardzo dobrze. Bardzo dogodna lokalizacja, wysoki standard apartamentu, smaczne śniadania. Jeśli jeszcze raz mielibyśmy przyjechać do Sarandy, to na pewno do tego apartamentu. Serdecznie polecamy!!!

- Erisilda (9/5): - We had a pleasant stay at Bebi Hotel in Sarandë. The location is great — close to the sea and within easy reach of everything we needed. The owner was very welcoming and made us feel at home, which added a personal touch to our experience. The room was cleaned daily, and towels were regularly changed, which we really appreciated. It showed good attention to cleanliness and comfort. However, the breakfast could use some improvement. While it was okay, it lacked variety and felt repetitive, especially for a hotel rated 4 stars. A wider selection would definitely enhance the overall experience. Overall, it was a good stay. If you’re looking for a clean, friendly place in a great location, Bebi Hotel is a solid option.

- Pablo Jose (10/5): - Das Personal im Hotel ist ausgezeichnet, sie haben uns mit allen, was wir brauchten, geholfen. Sie waren immer sehr nett und freundlich zu uns. Das Zimmer war auch sehr schön, sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Wenn ich irgendwann wieder nach Saranda fliege, würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen. 100% empfehlenswert. Es war alles sehr gut, nichts zu meckern.

- Cecilia (9/5): - A família que cuida da acomodação é muito gentil e prestativa, os quartos parecem novos, são fornecidas toalhas de praia e é possível ir andando até o calçadão de Sarande. Como quase todas as hospedagens que ficamos na Albânia, o box não tem porta ou cortina e o banheiro alaga quando se toma banho.

We had booked a standard room without a view but since it was off season they gave us a room with a view at no extra charge such a nice surprise❤️ The lady there was amazing so kind and helpful. She made us breakfast and answered all our questions with a smile.

Grazie mille per tutto, lo consiglio a tutte le persone che vogliono stare a Saranda in una struttura pulita e organizzata. The breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning, offering a wide variety of options that we loved. Our room was spotless, and the housekeeping staff ensured it was cleaned thoroughly every day, which we really appreciated. Everything about our stay was perfect, and I’m already looking forward to coming back soon! Highly recommend this hotel!

Entre bruit de circulation et même pas pouvoir regarder dehors par la fenêtre de la chambre c est rédhibitoire…
