• Zanella (10/5): - Appartamento ricavato da un vecchio casolare, restaurato in maniera impeccabile, già la prima vista dall'accesso lascia immaginare la cura ed il tempo che sono stati dedicati ai lavori di ripristino. A pochi metri dalla statale,ma in posizione silenziosa, locazione di generose dimensioni, arredata con cura e completa, tutto in stile, caminetto nel soggiorno, angolo cottura quattro fuochi, splendida vista sulle colline in zona soleggiata, già aprire le imposte al mattino e godersi il panorama migliora la giornata. Ampi spazi esterni,con giardino, piscina di generose dimensioni, griglia ad uso comune di altrettanto generose dimensioni,forno a legna per la pizza, ampio giardino con giochi per i bambini e sdraio per il relax. Noleggio bici e lavatrice disponibili,ho sicuramente dimenticato qualcosa, basta contattare i proprietari, veramente molto gentili e premurosi, disponibili per consigli sulle attività ed i locali della zona, disponibilità di olio e vini locali in struttura. Ambiente privato molto pulito, materassi di media altezza decisamente comodi, spazi esterni e giardini,ben curati,sono un invito a restare all'aria aperta. Soggiorno decisamente oltre le aspettative ad un ottimo prezzo, ritornerò di sicuro Non c'era veramente nulla di cui potersi lamentare

Nos han ofrecido uno más amplio del que habíamos reservado, así estábamos más cómodos. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía increíble. Estamos seguros de que volveremos! Está todo decorado a la perfección, cada detalle cuidado, y tiene todo lo necesario para vivir cómodamente. Uno realmente podría ir a pasar una semana sin necesidad de salir de la propiedad . Los dueños muy amables y atentos a cada detalle, fue muy linda la experiencia. -

On a adoré : l’endroit, les équipements, l’environnement, la gentillesse de la famille de propriétaires, le soin et l’attention portée aux hôtes sont tout simplement exceptionnels il y a vraiment tout ce dont on peut rêver pour un séjour reposant avec des enfants ! • Philip (10/5): Highly Recommended! - We had an excellent stay in Popolano dit Sotto although I had to go to the car garage twice. Luckily the mechanic was situated near by. Nevertheless Giovanni the owner's son went out of his way to help me get the car fixed. The service of the people of Popolano di Sotto is impeccable. Very thankful! On the appartment itself. It is very spacious with everything you need. The pool is clean, with a shallow part (1,20) for the kids and a deeper part (1,70) for dad to practice his diving skills... Monday night was pizza night together with the family and guests which was great. And the surroundings are beautiful. On the other side of the road (2 minutes by car. You could even walk it) is a supermarket which is very convenient. Popolano di Sotto is situated in such a way that the only thing you see is nature. During pizza night we even saw a wild boar mother with her cubs on the hill. Highly recommended
• Artturi (9/5): Famly vacation on beautiful Italian countryside. - The facilities are extremely beautiful and well kept. It's clean and everything is in good condition. The Italian countryside is beautiful. The beds were comfy .. The hosts wee always available for any advice and help. The location is a bit far from almost everything. There could have been more of different kitchenware , like only two wineglases. Living downstairs became noicy when people upstairs lived a lively life..
• Kelley (10/5): A unique Tuscan building carefully restored managed by a welcoming host - A fantastic example of a carefully restored heritage building with all the modern services. A family run business which gives to their guests a personalised service. Generous size rooms made the staying comfortable and relaxing. The owner’s warm welcome and the feeling to be in a special building with ample history. Each stone and architectural detail seem to have a story to tell. The well equipped kitchen and the closed by supermarket enabled also a great breakfast in the morning. A quick train ride to Florence. Slightly off from the main routes
