- Orfeas (5/5): Small rooms, kinda dirty - Unfortunately the pictures were found this place a big favour. We had booked 2 rooms, in this property. Both were extremely small. Especially the one on the top floor smelt mould and felt like a storage room. The family that runs it had a second place(Dar Ray) and moved us there. Both places were not clean enough! Hair were spottey in the bedding and the toilet was also dirty. We asked them to clean the room again, but even after this the toilet wasn't cleaned. It felt like the room that was provided to us was a room for the stuff working there. The people that own the business were overall very kind and accommodated our requests.

They really take care of their guests with their hearts which I think that's the most important when you run a business👍 You pay what you get especially when the location is so central. Can't expect 5 stars but good enough for short stay. They offer private to do ur at a lower costs! A nice family business well done. The cleanliness is rather disappointing plus the external toilet isn't too private. Those giant big narrow steps up to the room just quite risky for to pay extra attention.

Lo staff veramente gentile e disponi - Lo tutto staff gentilissimo molto cordiale disponibile sorridente La struttura è molto bella e tipica marocchina C’è la terrazza molto grande e accogliente, e abbastanza alta x vedere alba e tramonto Vacanza alla inizio di aprile, La sera è la mattina freddo, la pompa di calore non c’era il telecomando, il bagno fuori dalla stanza, la notte c’era un bel freddo andarci. 0 cestini del pattume, 0 cose x appoggiare zaini, solo 4 ganci attaccapanni, ci siamo arrangiati con le sedie prese sul terrazzo Siamo arrivati, camera e lenzuola non puliti, ma subito sistemato su richiesta

- Benoit (7/5): - Bien placé Il n'y a jamais personne dans l'hôtel. Si vous avez une question, c'est par WhatsApp. J'ai attendu 15mn devant la porte de l'hôtel à mon arrivée. Le petit déjeuner est un peu basique : il n'y a pas de vraie cuisine dans l'hôtel, où ils ne l'utilisent pas. Rien de "préparé", a la différence des trois autres ryad que j'ai connu au Maroc.

- Julius (9/5): Great stay in the center of the old town - Super friendly hosts, we felt very welcomed. It was very convenient to book trips through the hosts (we went to the Hammam and paid 400 Dirhams each, additionally 125 p.P. as tips). The rooftop terrace was beautiful and it was a pleasure to have breakfast there (which is very good as well - you just have to be careful to not step on the roaming tortoises on the terrace). The beds were also very large and comfortable. The bathroom feels a bit claustrophobic (due to the architecture) and there were some hairs in the shower drain. After showering, the bathroom was very wet as there is no space for curtains. A socket by the bed looked a bit shaky (but there were enough other sockets available).

Il faut bien se mettre d'accord sur ce que vous voulez faire librement et ce que vous voulez qu'il soit organisé pour vous.

The staff is nice, the breakfast is good, the room was big enough, we had plenty of space for our stuff. After turning on the heating the room got really warm. We brought our breakfast inside so we didn't have to eat in the cold lobby. The bathroom is a bit small and smelly. You can hear all the noise from the street.

Personal de 10, Karima prepara los mejores desayunos de Fez y Hatim un chico simpático que nos llevó bajo la lluvia ☂️ desde fuera de la Médina al alojamiento también nos arregló el transfer desde el aeropuerto. Todo muy bien y buena experiencia. Gracias amigos volveremos.

- Elisabetta (5/5): Personale meraviglioso - Il terrazzone è meraviglioso e si può godere della presenza di animaletti come tartarughe che camminano tra le piante:) Lo staff meraviglioso, tutti gentilissimi e pronti ad aiutare. Ci hanno proposto una guida per girare tra i cunicoli della città, un'esperienza incredibile per un prezzo davvero onesto! Non abbiamo apprezzato il bagno. In tutte le strutture visitate in Marocco, da nord a sud, hanno problemi con le fognature e nei bagni si respira il problema. Spesso, poi, anche nelle camere. Ovviamente questo non è un errore dello staff ma la proprietà dovrebbe investire per risolvere il problema. Anche se ci si passa poco tempo nelle camere, respirare quell'odore è veramente poco piacevole. La persona che era con me, è stata messa in una camera sulla strada dove per tutta la notte ci sono stati schiamazzi.

El doño solo hablaba árabe ( en la página decía que tenía español), el trato sin ninguna simpatía, me insistió para comer en un restaurante, donde he pagado 25 por un plato de arroz con un carne dura y legumbres viejos, y la bebida súper calle y no tenía hielo. La ducha rota, no tenía papel, la habitación sucia y comunicación 0, dejé el sitio un día antes. Escribí un mensaje al doño para avisar y hasta ahora no contestó. Fatal una pesadilla!

- David (5/5): Affordable but low quality standad - Property is well located at the heart of the old part of the city and quite affordable. My room wasn’t clean and also wasn’t properly ventilated. I have seen bugs in my room. Mattresses felt quite hard to sleep on (although this appears to be common for many places in the country). Property was well located but sometimes felt a bit unsafe - many people are approaching tourists right before the entrance to the hotel and ask for money.

The family were incredibly friendly and supportive - Hatim, in particular, was always ready to help with any questions. I received great recommendations for things to do both in Fes and beyond. - Dave (8/5): - This place has 4 apartment. One with a hugr window is noisy. Every other one are quiet. 2 has one tiny window and only one room has no window and no bathroom inside the room. Very dark in the morning and personnaly I like it. Since people happened to be quiet I sleep well in the morning. They have an ok roof top. It is in the center of the old town. I did wash the floor, since it's obviously not been done for many many weeks. Some smell from drain in my bathroom. They were really nice to lend my a portable heater, it saved my life, but the same person forgot to bring me a lamp, take out the broken pin in the electric socket, so I had to do it myself and I searched for a lamp myself.

- Michelle (7/5): Good - Its a beautiful Riad. Tea on arrival, lovely rooms. Good shower and clean. There was only one thing we didn't like. The noise on the road outside. Its not a main road, but whats looks like a quiet medina road, but there were motorbikes all night. We would have had the perfect sleep if it wasn't for this.
- Patrick (9/5): Room in beautiful house in the old town - Good location right on one of the busy streets of the old town. Very beautiful house, but with very narrow staircase. Rooftop terrace is nice to have. The bathroom is quite old and also a bit cramped, but it works in the end.

- Benjamin (9/5): Authentic old house - Lovely old house in a convenient location in the Medina. Gives a real feel for life in the Medina as it used to be. Great rooftop terrace. Good breakfast. Staff really helpful with advice and arranging trips.. Gives a more authentic visit to Fes than one of the bigger hotels. Quite noisy being on a main street but quietens down later in the evening
- Patrick (8/5): Very good - Breakfast was great, everything was adequate. Close to everything in the medina. No toilet paper, no towels, toilet seat broken.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Inexpensive for a reason - The reason this place is so cheap is because the owner will try to upsell you on various services (e.g. airport transportation, medina tours, meals, etc.) which are all overpriced. The hotel is located in the old medina and is decent for the price but it's also very small and not a great place for long stays.
- Juan (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic location, nice terrace, great breakfast, friendly staff, all is great! Even the wifi!
- Thomas (6/5): Pleasant - Central location. Breakfast provided. Smelly comforter. And after first night of using them, my skin became itchy and developed a rash. Pretty sure the they havn't washed the comforter for quite a while.
- Juan (8/5): Very good option in Fez - Great location, great staff, nice rooftop, nice facilities. My bedroom was a bit too small.
- Alasana (10/5): - Quiet Cheap Centre of Medina. Taxi will take you to a place known as the Blue Gate and you walk the rest. Safe 19 mins walk
- Kristoffer (10/5): Beautiful, authentic stay in the middle of the old town - I’ve been welcomed very nicely by soufian. We had some tea, also called „Moroccan whiskey“ and he gave me some good advice on where to go and what to do. The riad was amazing, and the Breakfast that was included was also very tasty - brought by a very friendly lady. I’ve spent a lot of time on my favorite place - the roof terrace - with the turtles. Thanks, I’ll come again when I’m in Fès.
- Ermenegildo (8/5): Very good - This a family run Riad well located in Fes old medina, they are very nice and accommodating. Every request is a commitment to them, always attentive to make your stay as comfortable as possible! I highly recommend.
- Karel (8/5): Very good - The room was nice. Very good breakfast every morning. Friendly staff. Located in the main street of the medina not far from the blue gate. Sometimes some noise from the street which is understandable for the location.
- Ivana (10/5): Exceptional - In my six weeks of travelling Morocco, this was one of the most beautiful places I had a chance to stay in. Actually this place only made me stay in the city of Fes longer than I originally planned. Location is very convenient, rooms are clean and comfortable and family who runs it is just lovely. They all speak good English and are very helpful. If I ever came back to Fes, I would definitely stay here again. :) Nothing comes to mind :)

- Tatiana (9/5): Superb - The manager and Oumar are really polite, the position is perfect to visit the old Medina. The room was clean and cozy. I will come back of course Maybe a bigger wardrobe could help, but mashi mushkila.

- Bauer (10/5): Exceptional - I loved everything about my stay. The beautiful Riad is perfectly located in the old Medina, easy to find on the main road close to the Blue Gate. The room was nice, clean and calm. The breakfast was really good and I enjoyed it every morning on the wonderful rooftop (with two super cute little turtles). What really stood out was the incredible hospitality. Hatim and his family are amazing. Absolutely kind, welcoming, caring and helpful with everything. I had a problem with my credit card and they were so supportive and solution-oriented. I highly recommend staying there. Thank you for everything.
