- Ela (8/5): Very good - Very comfortable beds. Good shower (dont forget to plug it in!). Spacious room. Free water in reception. Good location by the sea and food stalls No toilet paper. Noisy air con. Bed side lamp did not work. No window so very dark (this can ofcourse be a good thing!).

Before I came to the hotel I tried to contact with them several times (calls / mails) because I was coming in the night - zero answer I took a risk and luckily I could get the room Rooms don't look like on photos For the first night a/c didn't work I asked for fan but before I connected we lost electricity in the hotel... I had to wait until morning because it was too hot to fall asleep Finally around 6 am electricity back When I woke up there was no internet... I had to go to the mall to work... They fixed that around 6-7 pm... I asked staff for reduce the price but they didn't even ask the manager for that option (they say they will but nobody back to me with any answer from him)

- Lao (1/5): Dirty room - It is near SM Ecoland The room is very dusty everywhere. The aircon is so hot. Im just to tired to ask for room replacement. I stayed there for the whole day since I want to rest but was not able to since it is so hot. There's an on going construction beside my room (I think they are fixing the tiles) so it is very noisy
- Mitchell (3/5): Poor - My recent hotel stay was disappointing due to several issues. I found a centipede in my room's toilet, and there was no shower. Additionally, I observed unprofessional behavior from the staff, including a staff member sleeping in the lobby and the reception staff forgetting my check-in shortly after I completed it. I hope these issues will be addressed to improve future guest experiences.

- Reynaldo (3/5): Though I have not stayed in the property, the way they handle my booking through online was terrible. - None Informatrions as posted in the booking. com are all misleading. They did not mentioned that upon arrival at the property you still need to settle the overnight accommodation in cash basis wherein my understanding the payment was through an online banking / payment through credit card. ATMs are not also readily available near the location of property. I feel like hopeless when I arrived in the property and had a hard time finding a better place to have an overnight stay.
