- JOAO GILBERTO (2/5): Péssimo muito MOFO - A pousada vista pelas fotos é uma coisa, pessoalmente foi uma decepção, as condições do local deixa muito a desejar no quesito conservação, manutenção e limpeza. Ao chegar já foi possível perceber um certo abandono, móveis velhos e com acúmulo de poeira, estrutura rústica mas com exagero na parte de deterioração e descuido. Quarto com guarda-roupa de madeira bem antigo com forte cheiro de mofo, telhado e parede da varanda do quarto com musgos e mofo, para alérgicos tudo foi como uma bomba, por isso não tivemos condições de ficar no local. Visto sermos 3 pessoas alérgicas e uma com asma brônquica solicitamos o cancelamento por motivos de saúde, mas a proprietária pediu pra fazer via hotel.com, contudo após várias tentativas fomos informado que ela mesma que não quis proceder com o reembolso. Todo momento durante o check-in questionamos sobre possível mofo e mesmo depois nas conversas a proprietária negou sobre essa condição, mas alérgico não tem como mentir, as reações alérgicas mostram por si só. Infelizmente mofo é algo que para pessoas saudáveis não faz diferença nenhuma, mas para pessoas que trabalham com hospedagem é necessário ter o mínimo de consciência e respeito por pessoas alérgicas, isso não é algo com que se brinca e não é possível saber disso por fotos. Deixo aqui minha indignação com estabelecimentos que vendem algo que não é o real e que desmerecem pessoas que necessitam de condições diferencias nos ambientes.
- Fabiana (10/5): Férias maravilhosas - Hospedagem maravilhosa! A pousada é bem aconchegante, quarto confortável, café da manhã delicioso, com itens muitos fresquinhos, tapioca, ovos e queijo coalho feitos na hora. O atendimento é excelente, com destaque para a Izabel, dona da pousada, que é uma simpatia e nos faz sentir em casa.
