- Romy (8/5): Alles in allem eine tolle Wohnung in super direkter Lage zu einem fairen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage,1 Minute vom Strand und am Kanal, großer Balkon, öffentliche Parkplätze waren auch reichlich vorhanden. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war auch in Ordnung. Es ist sehr hellhörig in dem Haus. Und die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr spärlich ausgestattet, vor allen Dingen die Küche. Ein Toaster sollte schon sein. Wir waren aber nur vier Tage da, so dass wir das irgendwie überbrücken konnten. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde dann auch zum Beispiel ein Backofen fehlen. Aber da sind nur Kleinigkeiten.

- sylvie (8/5): Peu être amélioré - L appartement est bien et très bien placé. Pareil pour la propreté Une odeur d égout venant de la salle de bain côté cuisine et une mauvaise isolation pour le bruit
- Patricia (1/5): no ir en familia - Del alojamiento lo que único puede valorar positivamente es que la ubicación está bien y puedes aparcar enfrente no es parking pero ahí puedes dejar el coche delante si hay sitio por supuesto y las vistas de detrás sí que son bonitas porque da a los canales Ahora para viajar con familias con niños pequeños, incluso no necesariamente le puede pasar a un niño porque también nos ha pasado a los adultos pero en familias con niños lo desaconsejo totalmente. Estábamos en el apartamento tres de la primera planta la escalera de caracol. Por un lado no tiene baranda además súper peligrosa porque hay varios escalones donde tan pequeño tan estrecho que no cabe ni el pie de un niño pequeño. Mi hijo se cayó por las escaleras aguantado iba porque además ninguna tiene antideslizante y se cayó volcó o sea, fue espantoso el lavabo súper sucio lleno de toda la zona de la ducha, pero negro no había papel no había papel en la cocina en fin con familia desaconsejado.

Couloir et accès étroit pour arriver au logement. Et au 2nd sans ascenseur.

- Sabrina (8/5): Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Kleinere Mängel, die aber sicher behoben werden können, dafür beste Lage und traumhafte - Schöne Unterkunft in bester Lage und traumhafter Ausblick! Ausstattung wie beschrieben und gepflegt, jedoch mit kleinen Mängeln, die behoben werden können. Der Ausblick wurde durch ein stark beschlagenes Fenster (zwischen den beiden Scheiben) eingeschränkt. Die Scheiben sind undicht und lassen sich nicht richtig schließen. Der Abfluss in der Dusche läuft nicht richtig ab. Wir fanden das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis trotzdem gut und würden wieder kommen!

- joseph (10/5): Trés bon séjour malgré le matelas peu confortable, studio trés propre. - Hébergement proche des commerces, bar ,restaurant et plage. Nous n'avons pas pris la voiture durant notre séjour. Matelas trop mou, dommage.

El display del aire caliente no calienta mucho, el agua sale caliente pero un poco más de presión no iría mal. A nosotros nos ha faltado ya que no hay horno una tostadora para el pan. Había polvo por todos lados y no estaba nada limpio. Además, faltaba ropa de cama y las ventanas estaban súper sucias. También hemos pasado mucho frío por la noche porque el nórdico era muy delgado.

- Alexander (4/5): Im Sommer sicherlich okay, aber einmal reicht - Die Lage war top, der Preis gerade noch so okay Man hätte darauf hinweisen sollen, dass es keine Heizung gab. Innen war es modernisiert. Wir haben uns dann mit dem Heizlüfter aus dem Bad geholfen. Leider wurde die Adresse falsch angegeben und als wir nach einem zweistündigen Stau endlich ankam leider etwas spät, hätte ich mich auf Russisch oder Spanisch verständigen müssen. Durch Zufall haben wir die Unterkunft schließlich gefunden. Wir wurden aufgrund der Sprachschwierigkeiten leider zweimal die falsche Richtung geschickt. Das Zimmer zu finden, war abenteuerlich und mit Koffern gefährlich!

Nos voisins du dessus sont rentrés ivres à 23h50, en hurlant, musique à fond, chaise qui bougent fort au dessus de nos têtes, réveille en sursaut, mes enfants qui dormaient ont été réveillés, cela a duré une bonne heure avant que je monte et perde patience. Odeur très forte d’égouts dans l’appartement. Nous ne reviendront pas

- Monika (8/5): Unkompliziert und super Lage - Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ausblick vom Balkon war super .Lage zentral und Alles in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen. Super Bett hat bei jeder Bewegung geknarrzt, war aber kein Problem da noch eine Schlafcouch für 2 Personen vorhanden war ,auf die wir dann umgesiedelt sind

- Laura (7/5): Correcte per passar pocs dies. - Situació a prop de la platja. Apartament Net i correcte per passar 1 nit. El nostre apartament si tenia persiana. Material cuina correcte. Aire Acondicionat funciona be. La mida del sofa llit x dos persones. Es insuficient i incòmode. No hi havia prou roba llençols i cobrellit pel sofà llit. També Estaria be que ofereixin mes paper de WC a cada bany. Moltes escales.

Le gros point noir: l'insonorisation.On entend très bien les autres locataires...Manque un canapé,et pas trouvé les chaines françaises sur la TV.
- cyril (8/5): Tres bien, bon emplacement, propre a par le canapé. - Dans l’ensemble tres bien. une banquette lit pour une 5eme personne, cette banquette était sale, une housse draps de lit heureusement était présente mais la housse de couette était sale non lavé.
