• Alessandra (4/5): Gestori/proprietari molto gentili, appartamento non adeguato alle nostre aspettative. - La posizione dell'immobile, ma la via è troppo rumorosa per la presenza di tanti locali, con gli infissi adeguati, l'esperienza sarebbe stata diversa. L'appartamento non lo valuto ben tenuto e confortevole. Il soffitto della metà dell'appartamento è troppo basso. Un bagno molto piccolo, senza bidet; l'altro bagno più grande, ma fare la doccia nella Jacuzzi col soffitto basso è veramente poco pratico e anche questo è senza bidet. La wifi in una parte dell'appartamento, dove si trova una camera, non funziona e il telefono è senza rete.

• Astrid (10/5): Ein schöner Aufenthalt und die Gastgeber haben alles wettgemacht. - Die Lage war perfekt, gleich neben dem Piazza Navona. Das Gastgeberehepaar war super - höflich, zuvorkommend und behilflich beim Transfer und offen für alle Fragen. Man die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen! Eines der Bäder war etwas sehr klein. Die Treppe hinauf war sehr steil und für ältere Personen ev nicht so ideal. Das ist aber alles eine Kritik auf sehr hohem Niveau.

La casa è semplicemente bellissima, curata nei dettagli, accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi come a casa. L'ospitalità dei padroni di casa, davvero super! gentili, disponibili e sempre pronti a fornire consigli utili per vivere al meglio la città. La posizione è un altro aspetto imbattibile: super centrale, perfetta per visitare Roma a piedi e raggiungere facilmente tutte le principali attrazioni. Infine, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo, soprattutto considerando la qualità dell’alloggio e la posizione privilegiata. Consigliatissimo a chiunque voglia vivere Roma in modo autentico e confortevole!

• Sophie (9/5): Magnifique appartement au coeur de Rome, bien équipé et literie des chambres confortable. - Localisation et charme de l'appartement comme du quartier, unique dans Rome et pour rayonner dans les différents quartiers de la ville. Deux chambres confortables, un grand salon, une cuisine bien équipée. Un accueil personnalisé et chaleureux, et une aide pour le transfert à l'aéroport : merci nos hôtes ! Le canapé lit du salon n'est pas très confortable, et la pièce est bruyante la nuit (comme la chambre côté rue) à cause du resto en dessous avec fête jusqu'à 2h du matin (mais pas plus !) - calme le matin ! J'ai recommandé à nos hôtes un double vitrage - mais à noter que nous y étions sur le moment des vacances de Noël, donc un moment particulièrement festif.

• Rafael (9/5): Excelente apartamento familiar en el centro - La ubicación es excelente, muy amplio, bonito y equipado el apartamento, perfecto en familia para 5-6 personas. Los dueños muy atentos y amables. No tenía microondas, parte del apartamento tiene techo algo bajo, algo ruidosa la parte del apartamento cerca de la calle, falta poder cerrarse desde dentro del apartamento para aumentar seguridad durante la noche.
• KOR (8/5): Loved the location & historical charm of this apartment - Location was fantastic!!! The apartment was filled with charm & historical quirks. Even that fact you had to duck through the doorways & stoop to stop your head hitting the ceiling in the kitchen & bathroom made the experience interesting. Management team were so helpful & attentive. A little noisey at night due to the location being right in the middle of a bustling restaurant strip. Kitchen had a mouldy smell.

• deborah (8/5): This is a wonderful apartment in a fantastic location - The location was amazing - we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. The ceilings in the back half of the apartment were VERY low. My husband and I were fine, but our friend could not stand up back there without bumping his head. It worked out fine, but we wish we had been warned about that.

• Nguyen (9/5): Clean and comfortable place for 4 of us. We stayed 3 days and 2 nights in the city. - Nice and comfortable for the 4 of us. Convenient located near to all tourist attractions. The shower stall in second bedroom was a bit small and didn’t have any shelf for shampoo/soap.
• Samantha And David (9/5): - Beautiful apartment in the stunning old town nestled amongst lovely restaurants. Very close and easy walk to all of the main sites. The owners met us on site, and they explained everything to us. Apartment was perfect for our family of 5. Our only regret was not staying longer. Thank you for a fabulous stay. Highly recommend.

• Catalina (8/5): Agradable estancia en pleno centro de Roma en familia. - Ubicación estupenda. Admitan mascota. 2 dormitorios y 2 baños. Comunicación con el anfitrión. Buena relación calidad- precio. Falta de mantenimiento (tapadera WC sin fijar,olor humedad baño, electrodomésticos antiguos en cocina, falta de pintura en paredes) y limpieza en algunas zonas. Escaleras algo incómodas en el acceso al apartamento para llevar maletas grandes. Una de las habitaciones ruidosa por estar en una zona de restaurantes…

The location is fantastic, it is central to all the sites in Rome. Our fantastic host Salvatore was there to meet us on arrival and to explain everything in the apartment and give advice on Rome. Wonderful experience.

Nos dejaron hacer check out tarde y guardar las maletas. Nos gestionó traslado al aeropuerto con shuttle privado. Sin duda la localización es perfecta. Lo recomendaría 100%. Es un 10!

• Richard (9/5): Great location at an affordable price. - The property was in the old part of Rome, not far from the Pantheon and the Colosseum. There was plenty of hot water and the air conditioning worked great. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was easy to use. Easy to communicate with the hosts, who met us at the property. The apartment was near a supermarket, many restaurants and cafes, as well as an easy walk to the Tiber, the Vatican, and other tourist sites. 10am checkout is a bit early for us.

The building itself is beautiful, an old building that gives you a great vibe, while it is will renovated and very nice to live in.
